최근 휴대폰을 이용해 URL을 입력하여 PC와 동일한 웹사이트에 접근할 수 있는 ‘풀 브라우징(Full Browsing) 서비스’가 전 세계적으로 각광받으며 급성장하고 있다. 그러나 급격한 시장 성장 수준에도 불구하고 서비스에 대한 평가기준이나 평가척도의 개발은 느리게 진행되고 있어, 사용자의 요구사항과 서비스 만족도에 대한 평가기준의 마련이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 풀 브라우징 서비스 사용자에 대한 실증연구를 통하여 풀 브라우징 서비스에 대한 고객 만족도 평가체계를 제시하였다. 이는 사용자가 풀 브라우징 서비스에서 중요하게 인식하는 요소들이 무엇인지 제시하고, 향후 고객 유지 및 신규 고객 창출에 영향을 미치는 마케팅 전략 수립에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

It has been reported that risk of death caused by cardiovascular diseases (CAD) in women markedly increases with the onset of menopause. Low levels of cardiorespiratory fitness are associated with high CAD and all-cause mortality. However, the effects of circuit exercise training in sedentary postmenopausal women with prehypertention are not studied. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate whether the cardiovascular responses to increasing exercise intensity were differ in postmenopausal women participating in an exercise program. Fourteen prehypertensive postmenopausal women were recruited for this study. All subjects underwent a maximal graded exercise testing. Following at least 48 hours, all subjects reported to the laboratory and were instrumented to measure the cardiovascular responses at rest and during exercise. The experimental procedures repeated after exercise training program. Systolic blood pressure were significantly decreased at rest and 40% of VO2max and diastolic blood pressure at 60% of VO2max, and mean arterial pressure at 40% and 60% of VO2max, after exercise training program. There were no differences in both stroke volume and cardiac output responses, where heart rate was significantly decreased at 40% if VO2max. Total vascular conductance was significantly increased at 60% of VO2max. Thus, attenuated blood pressure responses were mainly mediated via increases in total vascular conductances. This study suggests that the decreases in blood pressure response in postmenopausal women after exercise program may be due to improvement in function of exercise presser reflex.

탐라오가피의 Eleutheroside B, E 및 β-Glucan 함량 분석 및 분석법 검증

탐라오가피를 이용하여 건강기능식품 개발 시 원료의 표준화를 위한 eleutheroside B, E 및 β-glucan의 함량 및 분석법 검증을 실시하였다. 분석법 검증결과, HPLC를 이용한 분석방법에서 표준용액의 피크유지시간과 탐라오가피 뿌리 및 줄기 추출물의 피크유지시간이 일치하였으며 동일한 spectrum을 나타내는 것으로 특이성을 확인하였다. Eleutheroside B와 E의 검량선은 각각 0.9997, 0.9999로 1에 가까운 높은 직선성을 보여주어 분석에 적합함을 알 수 있었다. Eleutheroside B와 E의 검출한계는 각각 0.050 μg/mL, 0.025 μg/mL이었고 정량한계는 0.250 μg/mL로 eleutheroside B와 E가 동일한 값으로 설정되었다. Eleutheroside B의 함량은 탐라오가피 뿌리 및 줄기에서 각각 525.7±16.8, 525.1±21.1 μg/g으로 큰 차이가 없었으며 eleutheroside E의 함량은 뿌리 및 줄기에서 각각 1,315.3±22.7, 1,037.5±22.2 μg/g으로 뿌리에 더 많은 eleutheroside E가 함유되어 있었다. 정밀도(RSD) 측정 결과, eleutheroside B와 E는 일간 정밀도에서 각각 1.4~5.0, 1.1~2.5%의 정밀도를 보여주었으며 일내 정밀도에서는 각각 2.8~2.9, 0.4~1.1%로 일간 정밀도보다 높은 정밀성을 나타내었다. 또한 eleutheroside B는 100.66~110.04%,eleutheroside E는 94.26~111.62% 범위의 회수율을 보여주어 실험방법에 대한 정확성을 검증하였다. β-Glucan 분석법 검증 결과, 100.03%의 회수율을 보였으며 분석오차는 2.33%로 높은 정확도를 보여주었고, 일간(inter-day) 정밀도는 1.32~5.67%이었으며 일내(intra-day) 정밀도는 8.01~11.76%의 정밀성을 나타내었다. 탐라오가피 줄기, 잎 및 열매의 β-glucan 함량은 각각 5.32±0.38, 4.34±0.32, 3.71±0.22%(w/w)로 줄기에 가장 많은 β-glucan이 함유되어 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과, 지표성분인 eleutheroside B와 E의 HPLC를 이용한 동시분석 방법과 β-glucan 분석방법이 적합한 분석방법임이 검증되었다. The aim of this study was to investigate the method validation for the determination of eleutherosides (B and E) and β-glucan in Acanthopanax (A.) koreanum. This medicinal plant reportedly mainly included eleutherosides which exhibit the pharmacological effects, and β-glucan substantially enhances the function of the immune system by activating macrophages. The specificity, linearity, precision, accuracy, limit of detection (LOD, S/N=3), and limit of quantification (LOQ, S/N=10) were measured by HPLC and enzymatic methods. Our results showed that the coefficient of calibration correlation (R²) for eleutheroside B and E were 0.9997 and 0.9999, respectively. The limits of detection (LOD) for eleutheroside B and E were 0.050 μg/mL and 0.025 μg/mL, respectively. The recovery rate of eleutheroside B and E were revealed in the high range of 100.66~110.04% and 94.26~111.62%, respectively. The inter-day precision of eleutheroside B and E in the root and stem in A. koreanum were 1.4~5.0% and 1.1~2.5%, respectively. The intra-day precision of eleutheroside B and E in the root and stem in A. koreanum were 2.8~2.9% and 0.4~1.1%, respectively. Furthermore, the inter-day and intra-day precision of β-glucan in the stem, leaf, and fruit of A. koreanum were 1.32~5.67% and 8.01~11.76%, respectively. In conclusion, the methods were validated for the detection of eleutherosides and β-glucan in A. koreanum.

가시오가피와 탐라오가피의 산지별 및 부위별 Eleutheroside B, E 및 β-Glucan 함량 분석

The present study was performed to quantitatively analyze eleutherosides (B and E) and β-glucan in different plant parts of three cultivars (Chungnam, Gangwon, and Jeju) of Acanthopanax senticosus and Acanthopanax koreanum using HPLC and a commercial enzyme kit. Our results showed high linearity in the calibration curves as the coefficients of correlation (R2) were 0.998 (eleutheroside B) and 0.999 (eleutheroside E), respectively. Eleutheroside B and E were found in stem extracts of A. koreanum cultivated in Jeju (1,122 μg/g, eleutheroside B) and A. senticosus cultivated in Chungnam (2,536 μg/g, eleutheroside E), respectively. However, eleutheroside B was not detected in any part of A. senticosus cultivated in Chungnam. For β-glucan contents, stems of A. senticosus and A. koreanum showed higher than other parts. Furthermore, the β-glucan content in stems of A. koreanum cultivated in Gangwon was significantly higher than in those of other cultivars. These results show that the contents of eleutheroside B, E, and β-glucan were higher in stem extracts of A. senticosus and A. koreanum than other parts. Moreover, our results suggest that the contents of eleutheroside B, E, and β-glucan in A. senticosus and A. koreanum are influenced by cultivation area and the selected part.

Recently ‘full browsing service’ is growing rapidly throughout the world. This service allows mobile phone users to access websites using their mobile phone as they do using a PC. Despite the rapid expansion of the mobile phone market, however, criteria or scales for evaluating the new services are being developed slowly and far behind the current demand trends. Thus, this study proposed a customer satisfaction evaluation model for full browsing services through empirical research. The proposed model is expected to derive and suggest key factors that users consider important in full browsing services and those factors can be used in developing marketing strategies for maintaining existing customers and creating new customers.
