본 논문은 동북아시아 항만에 기항하는 선사들의 서비스 노선의 변화를 통해 기항패턴을 분석하고, 각 항만의 처리량 및 기항패턴의 변화에 따른 동북아지역 항만간의 점유율의 변화를 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 기존 연구들과 정량화된 자료를 검토하고 동북아시지역 항만들의 기간항로 점유율(타지역 규모 이용)을 분석한다. 여기서 타지역 규모라 함은 타지역에서 연결되는 항만들의 규모를 의미하며, 이를 토대로 동아시아 지역 항만들의 거점화 정도를 알아본다. 중국 경제의 급격하게 성장함에 따라 서해안의 항만들의 중요성 또한 커지고 있다. 중국과 근접한 군산·장항은 지리적 이점과 증가하는 물동량으로 서해 관문항으로서의 역할이 더욱 중요해 지고 있다. 하지만 군장항은 정기항로의 부재, 화주의 특정항 지정 및 타항 대비 물류비 과다 등으로 기업들이 군장항을 이용하지 않고 있으며 이로 인한 국제항로의 부족이 군장항 활성화를 가로막는 저해 요인이다. 본 논문에서는 과거 5년간 발생했던 기종점(O/D)자료를 분석하여 대중국 주요 항만 및 주요 수출입 품목을 살펴보고 군장항 발전 방향을 모색하고자 한다. 여기서 기종점(Origin-Destination) 분석이라 함은 화물이 어디에서 얼마나 발했는가, 그 화물이 어떤 목적지로 향하는가 또는 어떤 경로를 통해 운송이 되는가를 파악하는 것을 말하다. Due to the economic growth of China and the geographic advantage that Gunsan and Janghang ports are close to China , recently traffic of China is rapidly increasing and the role of Gunsan & Janghang ports as a gateway port of west coast became more important. There, however, remains that Gunsan and Janghang port still don't equip with enough facilities and strategies to handle increasing traffic. The purpose of this paper is to analyze O/D data of Gunsan·Janghang Port and present the result of O/D as preliminary data. O/D data of Gunsan and Janghang had been analyzed by kinds of general cargoes and from/to China's ports and this paper suggests to the competitive strategies of Gunsan and Janghang port to attract cargoes from/to China particularly.

지구온난화에 의한 해수면 상승에 관한 문제점이 국제적 이슈화로 부각되고 있다. 해수면 상승은 자연적, 국가적 전반에 많은 변화와 피해가 예상될 것이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 정부나 사회전반에서는 이에 대한 대비가 미비한 상태이다. 더구나 삼면이 바다로 둘러싸이고, 연안역에서 활발한 사회·경제적 활동이 이루어지고 있는 우리나라에서의 해수면 상승은 향후 큰 영향을 미칠 것이다. 특히, 바다와 인접한 항만시설은 내륙 다른 시설보다 해수면 상승에 더 많은 영향을 받을 것이다. 그러므로 이 연구에서는 이러한 해수면상승에 의한 항만환경에 대하여 우리나라의 항만은 취약한지, 취약하다면 얼마나 취약한지, 적절한 대응 전략 및 대응 체제는 어떻게 수립해야하는지 마지막으로 향후 우리의 과제는 무엇인가에 대하여 조사할 것이다. Due to an increase in CO2 emissions resulted in global warming, International society's taking much interest in the matter of a rise in sea levels. A rise in sea levels will generally affects and damages environment. Nevertheless government is properly not ready for it. Korea bounded on three sides by the sea will be badly damaged and suffered from it if not consider a counterplan. In addition the contiguous ports to the sea will be more easily affected from a rise in sea levels than any other inland facilities. Therefore we study on the counterplan considered by a rise in sea levels and the solution through the co-operation with neighboring countries's ports.
