        도시건축환경은 그 질이나 발전에서 21세기 국가경쟁력을 높이는 중요한 부분으로 국제 경쟁시대, 지방자치시대, 첨단정보사회로 진입하면서 총체적이며 전략적인 대응과 국가경쟁력을 제고하여양 할 뿐아니라 국민들의 다양한 삶의 질을 확보해야 하는 명제를 안고 있다. 이 글은 이와 관련해서 지난 94.21.8 행정쇄신위원회가 건설산업 경쟁력 강화를 위한 제도개선이란 추세로 개최한 행정쇄신정책토론회에서 조성룡(우원건축)회원이 발표한 내용이다.

        ZnO 기판 위에 Hydride Vapor-Phase Epitaxy법에 의한 GaN의 성장

        A zinc oxide (ZnO) single crystal was used as a substrate in the hydride vapor-phase epitaxy (HVPE) growth of GaN and the structural and optical properties of GaN layer were characterized by x- ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, secondary ion mass spectrometry, and photoluminescence (PL) analysis. Despite a good lattice match and an identical structure, ZnO is not an appropriate substrate for application of HVPE growth of GaN. Thick film could not be grown. The substrate reacted with process gases and Ga, being unstable at high temperatures. The crystallinity of ZnO substrate deteriorated seriously with growth time, and a thin alloy layer formed at the growth interface due to the reaction between ZnO and GaN. The PL from a GaN layer demonstrated the impurity contamination during growth possibly due to the out-diffusion from the substrate.

      • 신라향가의 음악적 연구 : 고려가요 및 일본의 시라기가와의 관계를 중심으로

        Koreans have a lot of treasures they have enjoyed singing and dancing from long time ago at present, and they sometimes enjoy them now. These singing-custome, involvng dancing, have been well kept from the ancient contries such as the period of three States, Kolye, and Chosun. Therefore, we happily have a lot of songs or words written by our ancesters. But we need to focus about Hyanga made by Shills period about 1200 or over years ago. But unhappily, the study of music about it are very weak as well as approaching to. Why? It's very sorry that the materials about Hyanga have not been left in the melodies of it. We don't know why we can't find them, and misting or burnt? Even we have few records, we can find some ways to study the meloddy of it. We can imagine that the people of Shilla had sung the Hyanga to place various words on the same melody rather than singing with no rules. We understand the musical instruments such as Gayago, Bipa, Geumungo and so on, were popular by them. So we can guess the melody were deep interested in the scales of them. Besides, we can find the vestages of the Hyanga in the songs of Kolye period even missing the melody of it. For example, "Samogok", one of the songs of Kolye period, is well known "Mokjuga", one of Hyan-gas of Shilla period. And Jungsuh's "Jeunggwajung", when king. Uijong of Kolye dynasty, composes of 10 phrases the same as "Changgipalanga" of that of Shilla. Futhermore, "Silagiga" of that of Japan influenced by that of Shilla provides us good materials. Therefore we have possibility to revive it by such indirect ways or means.

        GaOOH로부터 합성된 GaN 분말의 구조적, 광학적 특성

        In this work, we report on the synthesis of the GaN powders from gallium oxide hydroxide (GaOOH) powders and on the structural and optical properties of them. Simple heat treatment of GaOOH in the flow of $NH_3$ gas leads to the formation of submicron hexagonal GaN powders even at the low reaction temperature of $800^{\circ}C$. XRD measurements show that the powders obtained are the single phase GaN. EDS, FTIR, and PL measurements indicate the oxygen-associated characteristics. It is shown from the low temperature PL measurement on GaN powders synthesized at $1000^{\circ}C$ that the shallow donor-acceptor recombination induced emission is more intense than the near band-edge excitonic emission.

      • 1945년 이후 음열 기법을 이용한 작곡가들에 관한 연구

        20세기의 음악은 2차대전을 전후로 급변하는 세계 정세, 사회 질서의 혼미와 더불어 여러 실험 과정을 보여왔다. 작곡가들은 새로운 음악을 찾기 위하여 악기를 개발하고 기법을 다양화 하였다. 그것은 무조 음악, 12음 음계의 합성, 유연성 음악, 전자 음악 등 여러 음악 형태로 나타나게 된다. 1945년을 이후로 하여 Pierre Boulez, 윤이상, 달라피콜라, 죠지펄, 밀튼 배빗 등에 의해 시작되는 음악에서의 우연의 요소는 그 이전의 전음렬주의나 진위 음악파 등의 작품경향을 20세기 후반을 향한 새로운 기법으로 바꿔주고 있다. 본 논문에서는 1945년 이후 음렬 기법을 사용한 주요 작곡가의 간략한 생애와 주요 작품을 분석해 보았다. Boulez는 Weberu풍의 점묘주의적 음렬 기법을 추구하면서 이것이 더욱 진보되어 음고, 리듬, 표현 기법 등의 모든 요소를 set화시켜 잘 통제되고 제한된 한계 내에서 자유로운 선택이라는 의미를 부여하고 있다. Milton Babbitt는 12음 기법에 있어서 잠재적인 가능성을 더욱 활용하는 새롭고 독창적인 방법을 발전시켜 기본 음렬에서 첫 번째 hexachord에 유용한 4개의 trichord를 사용하는 4개 trichord로 파생되는 음질을 만들어낸다. Dallapiccola는 비엔나의 12음 아파들과 다양한 특질들을 공유한다. 그러나 중음정, 7도, 9도와 더 넓은 음정들에 있어서 그의 선율은 훨씬 더 전통적인 음정을 사용함으로써 독자성을 뛴다. 더욱이 달라피콜라는 반음계를 순수한 전타음과 더불어 통합하는 결과를 거둔다. 한국이 낳은 세계적인 작곡가 윤이상은 동아시아적 음향관과 미학을 유럽의 Avant garde적 음악 언어로 표현하여 "서구 음악의 수단을 통한 한국적 음악의 표현", "한국 음악의 연주 기법과 서양 악기의 결함", "서양 현대 음악 기법을 통한 동아시아적 이미지의 표현"등으로 나타냈다. "윤이상의 선율"은 긴 음가를 나타내는 지속음들로 작품의 뼈대를 구성하는 진정한 의미의 음인 바로 "중심음"을 만들어 낸 것이다. In 20C's music, there have been varions experimental attempts since around World War II. Composers have developed instruments and diversified techniques to create new music. They emerged in the form of atonal music, synthesis of 12-tone scale, random composition music, electronic music etc. Factor of accident in music has changed work trend of Integral Serialism or Avant-garde music to new ways toward the close of 20th century, which was developed by Pierre Boulez, Yoon Yi-Sang, Dallapiccola, George Perle, Milton Babbitt etc. Important composers' life were mentioned briefly, who have used serialism technique sine 1945, and their chief works were analyzed in this thesis. Boulez pursued serialism technique of Webern-style pointillism, and by improving it much more, made sets of all the elements such as pitch, rhythm, and expression technique. Thus he created the meaning of "choosing freely within the limits well controlled and restricted". Milton Babbitt improved the new and unique technique in which potentiality was used still more. Dallapiccola shared many features with Viennese. However, in augmented, 7th, 9th and broader intervals, his melody is unique by using much more traditional interval. Yoon Yi-Sang, the World-wide Korean composer, expressed his East-Asian view of sound and esthetics with European avant-garde musical language: "expression of Korean music by neans of western music", "combination of Korean music performing technique with western instruments", "expression of East-Asian image through modern Western music technique". Yoon Yi-Sang's melody created the true sound "hauptton"(meaning "head tone" in Germany', which organized frame of work with the pedal point of long phonetic value.

        病院藥師 人力算出을 위한 業務量 分析에 있어서의 等價係數의 有用性

        Dispensary in a hospital plays an important role in the hospital function and operation. One of the most important works in a dispensary is a preparation of prescribed medicine. Accordingly the most preferential heed should be paid to the appropriate number of pharmacists needed for a hospital dispensary for the effective performance of preparation of medicine work. This study intends to apply and examine in six general hospitals in Seoul the five methods available for determining the number of hospital pharmacists, including a method according to the legal number of pharmacists, and methods by number of sickbeds, by number of patients, by number of prescriptions, and total amount of medicine dispensed per day, and to calculate the quantity of works show through the practical medicine-preparing time by the utilization of coefficients. The coefficient is obtained from the linear repression between number of medicine dispensed and time needed to prepare for it. The resultant findings are as follows : 1) The methods by number of pharmacists in a hospital required by the law, by number of sickbeds, by number of patients, by number of prescriptions, and by the total amount of medicine dispensed per day have been examined through the six subject general hospitals, but give no uniformity. 2) Of the generally utilized standard for evaluating number of pharmacists in a hospital, the method the total amount of medicine dispensed per day and a method by the required time of practical medicine preparation by the use of cofficient show a large difference. 3) The required time of medicine preparation for a pharmacist generally shows an increase when the total amount of medicine dispensed per day is increased. But the required time for 1 preparation shows an inverse proportion the total amount of medicine dispensed per day. That is to say, as number of days of prescription increases, the required time per preparation shows a decrease. 4) A method of calculating coefficients available with adequacy in the measurement of quantity of works as a method of calculation of the appropriate number of pharmacists necessary for a hospital dispensary, is newly developed.

      • Design of Component-Based GNSS Multi-Band IF Signal Generator

        A software GNSS signal generator for the GPS L1/L2/L5 and Galileo E1/E5 signals is proposed in this paper. And this signal generator is designed and implemented with several components by considering the reuse and expansion of components for similar GNSS signals. The characteristics of the reusability of the components are confirmed with the carrier generation and the band-pass filter components. And the functionality of the GNSS multi-band IF signal generator is validated by using the commercial software GPS L1 receiver, and the performance of signal acquisition, tracking and accuracy of horizontal position error are analyzed for this validation. As a result, the GPS L1 signal generator operates successfully and it could be expected that other signal generators also operate well because most of components are the same as those of the GPS L1 signal generator.
