        This study inquired into the effects of the career search group counseling program on the job hunting efficiency for the unemployed youth who lost the job in this country. Accordingly, career search group counseling was conducted with the career search group counseling program by revising and complementing the Youth Job Guidance Program developed by Korea Employment Information Service, with a purpose of finding out the effects on the job hunting efficiency for the unemployed youth who lost the job. The study question is, first, what are the effects of the career search group counseling program on the job hunting efficiency? To address the above problem, the career search collective counsel program was revised and complemented corresponding to the stages of understanding the self, job exploration, decision-making ability, job information search, employment document preparation method and interview techniques, and the job hunting efficiency test developed in 2001 by Korea Employment Information Service was used as measuring tool. Following is the summary of the demonstration analysis results. First, in order to examine whether the career search group counseling program affects job hunting efficiency, the effect of job hunting efficiency on the low-order scale unemployment impact adaptability was examined to find that the test group who participated in the career search group counseling program gave positive influences to both economic impact adaptability and psychosocial impact adaptability in employment impact adaptability compared with the control group. Second, in order to examine whether the career search group counseling affects job hunting efficiency, the effect of job hunting efficiency on the low-order scale job hunting vulnerability adaptability was examined to find that the test group who participated in the career search group counseling program gave positive influences to both economic vulnerability adaptability and psychosocial vulnerability adaptability in job hunting vulnerability adaptability compared with the control group. Third, in order to examine whether the career search group counseling affects job hunting efficiency, the effect of job hunting efficiency on the low-order scale job hunting motive was examined to find that the test group who participated in the career search group counseling program gave positive influences to all of self-respect of job hunting motive, self-evaluation, self-confidence, self-regulation, failure tolerance, emotional reaction, and behavioral reaction, compared with the control group. Fourth, in order to examine whether the career search group counseling affects job hunting efficiency, the effect of job hunting efficiency on the low-order scale job hunting technique was examined to find that the test group who participated in the career search group counseling program gave positive influences to all of career fluidization ability of job hunting technique, interpersonal relation technique, and employment information collection technique, compared with the control group. Based on such results of research, the paper discussed theoretical suggestion and practical implication of this study and presented the limitations this study has.

      • 간호사의 수혈간호에 대한 지식, 중요도 및 수행도에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 수혈에 대한 안전관리를 위해서는 수혈을 많이 다루고 있는 간호사의 수혈간호에 대한 지식, 중요도 및 수행도를 파악하여 효과적인 수혈의 안전관리 방안의 개선 및 교육 프로그램 개발에 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도하였다. 연구 대상자는 서울시 소재 K 대학병원 간호사 259명을 대상으로 하였으며, 자료 수집은 2014년 9월 8일부터 9월 22일 까지였다. 연구도구는 지식은 질병관리본부 수혈 가이드라인을 본 연구자가 수정․ 보완하여 총 40문항으로 구성된 설문지와 중요도 및 수행도는 20문항으로 된 도구를 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 전산처리 하였으며, 기술통계와 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 간호사의 수혈에 대한 지식은 40점 만점에 평균 27.20점이었고, 중요도는 80점 만점에 평균 74.49점, 수행도는 80점 만점에 평균 72.20점으로 중요도보다 수행도가 약간 낮았다. 2) 간호사의 수혈 간호 관련 지식에 대한 문항별 평균 정답율은 68.0%였으며, 그 중 정답률 100%인 문항은 “수혈전용 세트를 반드시 사용해야 한다.”, “수혈 전표에 의료인 2명이 확인 후 서명한다.”, “수혈오류, 근접오류 보고 체계가 구비되어 있어야 한다.” 등의 3문항이었다. 정답률이 20%미만으로 낮게 측정된 문항은 “알러지 반응은 쇼크, 흉부 압박감, 두통, 빈맥, 빈호흡, 혈압 하강이다.” 15.4%로 가장 낮았으며 “혈액보관 냉장고 적정온도는 2~8°이다.”는 18.9%로 정답률이 매우 낮았다. 3) 간호사의 수혈에 대한 중요도가 가장 높은 문항은 3.97점의 2문항으로 “ 수혈 전, 수혈 시작 15분 후, 1 unit 수혈 종료 후 활력징후를 측정하고 기록 한다.” “ 수혈부작용 발생 시 즉시 수혈을 중단하고 환자의 활력징후를 측정하고 기록한다.” 이었으며, 가장 낮은 문항은 3.78점으로 “수혈 시행 전 수혈의 필요성, 이로운 점, 위험성, 방법 등을 설명한다.” 이었다. 4) 간호사의 수혈 간호에 대한 수행도가 가장 높은 문항은 중요도와 동일한 문항으로 “수혈 전, 수혈 시작 15분후, 1 unit 수혈 종료 후 활력징후를 측정하고 기록 한다.” 로 3.95점이었으며, 가장 낮은 문항은 3.44점으로 “수혈 시행 전 수혈의 필요성, 이로운 점, 위험성, 방법 등을 설명한다.”이었다. 5) 간호사의 일반적 특성에 따른 수혈에 대한 지식정도는 교육정도에서만 통계적으로 유의한 차이(F=6.814, p=.001)를 보였으며, 일반적 특성에 따른 수혈간호에 대한 중요도는 통계적으로 유의한 변수가 없었다. 그러나 일반적 특성에 따른 수혈에 대한 수행도는 연령(F=4.667, p=.003), 결혼상태(t=-2.976, p=.003), 임상경력(F=3.186, p=.024)에 따라서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 6) 간호사의 수혈 관련 특성에 따른 수혈 지식, 중요도 및 수행도는 수혈 시행 경험, 수혈교육 경험, 수혈의 필요성 등의 모든 변수에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 7) 간호사의 수혈 간호에 대한 지식, 중요도 및 수행도 간의 상관관계에서 수혈 관련 지식은 수혈에 대한 중요도(r=.150, p=.016) 및 수행도(r=.125, p=.044)와 약한 양의 상관관계가 있었고, 수혈간호에 대한 중요도는 수행도(r=.788, p<.001)와 강한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서 수혈간호에 대한 간호사의 지식정도는 비교적 낮았으나 중요도와 수행도는 높은 편이었으며, 수혈간호에 대한 지식은 중요도 및 수행도와 상관성이 있고 수혈간호에 대한 중요도는 수행도와 강한 상관성이 있는 것을 확인하였다. 그러므로 간호사의 수혈간호에 대한 지식, 중요도 및 수행도를 향상시키기 위해서는 수혈가이드라인의 실용적인 활용과 실질적이고 체계적인 교육이 주기적으로 이루어져야 하겠다. The purpose of this study were to provide the preliminary data in developing the training programs and the betterment for safety management of effective blood transfusion by apprehending the importance, work performance and the of nurses who are frequently responsible for the blood transfusion. The subjects were 259 nurses working at K university hospital in Seoul. Data was collected from 8th to 22nd of September 2014. The questionnaire was modified based on blood transfusion guideline from Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and opinions from experts to measure nurse’s knowledge and work performance for the blood transfusion. Knowledge items of questionnaire were 40 questions and the importance and work performance of blood transfusion were 20 items. The data analysis were by SPSS 21.0 program. Descriptive statistics were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test and Pearson’s correlation. The results of this study were as follows. 1) The mean scores of nurses’ knowledge of blood transfusion was 27.20 of possible 40 points. The mean importance scores was 74.49 of a possible score of 80 points and the mean scores of work performance was 72.20 of a possible score of 80 points. The work performance scores generally remained low. 2) The correct response rate of nurse’s knowledge of blood transfusion was 68.0 for each question. Among the questions, the 100 scores were given to the following 3 items. “The blood transfusion set must be used”, “two medical staffs must cosign on the form after confirmation.”, “blood transfusion errors and proximity error, reporting system must be prepared.” The items responded less than 20% were like this; “allergic reaction includes chest pressure, headache, frequent pulse, tachypnea, descending blood pressure” , which was the lowest percentage, 15.4%. Appropriate temperature of refrigerator for the blood storage is 2~8 C degree. 3) The highest score of the questionnaire which nurses were aware of the importance of blood transfusion were two question and their score were 3.97. “Full vital sign is required to be recorded, within 15 minutes after and before the initiation of 1 unit of the transfusion.”, “In case of transfusion side effect occurred, it must be recorded” 4) Nurses’ work performances regarding blood transfusion were the highest in the following item; “Full vital sign must be recorded”, which was the same question as the item asking the importance. The highest scores of work performance of nurses’ blood transfusion was 3.95, which is the same item(question?) as the importance section, the lowest item score of the questionnaire was 3.44, which was “Explain the methods, risks, good things and its necessity of blood transfusion during the nurses’ practice. 5) The nurses’ knowledge of blood transfusion by terms of their general characteristics, showed small difference (F=6.814, p=0.001). The importance of blood transfusion by terms of general characteristics has no significant variables. However, the practice of blood transfusion by general characteristics showed statistically small differences; Age (f=4.667, p=0.003), Marital status (t=-2.976, p=0.003), Clinical experiences (F=3.186, p=0.024) 6) The nurses’ knowledge of blood transfusion, the importance and the work performance were statically no difference in the possible variable such as blood transfusion experiences, blood transfusion training experience and necessity of blood transfusion In conclusion, nurses’ knowledge of blood transfusion was generally low; however, the importance and performance of work was remained high. The knowledge of blood transfusion is related with the importance and work performance. The importance of blood transfusion was confirmed by significant relationship with the practice. Therefore, in order to improve nurses’ knowledge of blood translation, the importance and the work performance must be considered.
