굴 효소 가수 분해물의 항산화성 측정을 통해 그 기능성을 확인하였으며, 아미노산 분석을 통해 내부에 함유된 유리아미노산의 종류 및 함량을 측정하였다. 그러나 앞선 실험에서 굴 효소 가수 분해물의 기호도가 매우 낮게 측정되어 기호도를 증진시키고, 식품 소재로 응용 가능한 캡슐을 제조하기로 하였다. 캡슐의 외벽 물질로는 알긴산과 염화칼슘을 이용하였고, 굴 효소 가수분해물의 고유의 기능성을 보존하기 위해 열이나 유기용매를 가하지 않는 유화법으로 캡슐을 제조하였다. 제조 결과 캡슐의 직경이 커지고 염화칼슘의 농도가 높을수록 제조된 캡슐의 수율이 증가하였으며, 이에 반해 굴 효소 가수분해물의 농도가 높아지고, 교반속도가 증가할수록 캡슐의 수율이 감소함을 확인하였다. 이와 같은 결과를 이용하여 캡슐 제조의 최적 공정을 확립할 수 있으며, 향후 제조 공정에 응용 가능할 것으로 기대된다. Possibility of capsulation of oyster hydrolysate was investigated due to a low score of preference from the previous products, such as drinks and solid tablets of oyster hydrolysate. Encapsulation was made by emulsification to protect functional properties of oyster hydrolysate. Sodium alginate and calcium chloride were used as a wall material. Capsulation yield increased with increasing the capsule diameter and calcium chloride concentration, whereas capsulation yield decreased with increasing the oyster-hydrolysate concentration and stirring speed. Feasibility of capsulation of oyster hydrolysate was discussed for the processing of the functional food.
다양한 필터의 성능에 따른 주거건물용 열회수 환기장치의 풍량 변화 실험 분석

Recently, ultrafine dusts have become a social problem in Korea. Dangers resulting from the ultrafine dusts can be increased in Korea because Korea had the highest concentration of ultrafine dust among OECD countries in 2019 according to a report published by Greenpeace. Since the heat recovery ventilators are widely used in Korea, these fine dusts could be clarified to some extent with these systems. However, the KS for heat recovery ventilators could not guarantee the performance related to the high-performance filters such as HEPA filter. Nevertheless, there are very few studies on the performance of ventilation systems equipped with high-performance filters although the degradation of the system could be dramatic. For this reason, in this study, experiments of a heat recovery ventilator in an apartment unit carried out for analysing the air volume change according to the 3 different filters as an initial experiment to study its performance.
주택 침실의 침기 및 기계 환기에 따른 CO₂ 농도 변화 분석

The minimum performance standard of ventilation systems defined in the Rules on Equipment Standards for Buildings, etc. is 0.5 air change per hour. Since this standard is for all households, it can be seen that the doors of all rooms are open, when the doors of the rooms are closed, the appropriate ventilation amount could vary. In addition, the appropriate ventilation amount can be calculated from the number of occupants and the external CO₂ levels, and the external CO₂ levels has been increasing since the measurement in 1984. The ventilation systems applied to apartment houses generally provide the same amount of air to all households. This inevitably causes differences in air quality for each space depending on the difference in the infiltration rate or the number of occupants for each room. Therefore, two rooms with different infiltration rates were selected from the apartment house, and the CO₂ removal rates according to the number of occupants and various ventilation rates were experimentally analyzed, and basic research was conducted to effectively operate the ventilation system for the apartment house.
소규모 상가 건물의 환기량을 고려한 냉방시스템 적정 용량 제시를 위한 분석

In general, the WWR of commercial spacel’s elevation facing the load tends to be high and greatly affected by solar radiation when calculating the cooling load. The cooling load doesn’t considerably decrease due to the improvement of the insulation performance of the envelope. However, the ventilation rate changes have a relatively large impact on the cooling load. If small commercial buildings comply with the Indoor Air Quality Management Standards for Multi-Use Facilities according to the Indoor Air Quality Control Act, the cooling load is expected to increase by 14.1~45.2%. The importance of ventilation is growing due to COVID-19, and the argument that indoor air quality in small and medium-sized commercial buildings should also be managed is gaining strength. In the case of commercial buildings where window ventilation is impossible, regular ventilations through mechanical ventilation need to be required. It is necessary to present a standard that reflects the ventilation load in accordance with KS C 9306.
