인간과 사물, 컴퓨터간의 유기적인 관계 및 통신을 위하여 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크기술은 다양한 분야에서 응용 및 기술 개발이 이루어지고 있다. 센서 네트워킹 기술은 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크 시스템에서 가장 기본적인 구성 요소로 핵심 요소 기술에 대한 IPR 확보 및 지능화 기술 개발에 노력하고 있다. 이에 센서 네트워킹 기술의 특징과 기술에 대한 국내외 동향 및 전망에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다.
플라스틱 광섬유 표면 입사 현상을 이용한 아크플래시 검출 광센서

In this work, a loop sensor for Arc-Flash detections has been developed in order to trip a circuit breaker within 2.5 ms after an Arc-Flash event. For an efficient capturing of the flash light, plastic optical fibers, where light attenuations are larger than those in silicabased ones, with different diameters and surface conditions were utilized. The performance was comparatively analyzed with those of a point sensor and a commercialized product. The point sensor module was designed for hemisphere-like capturings of Arc-Flashes larger than 3 kA at 2 meters from the sensor. On the other hand, the loop sensor allowed 360-degree-detections around the fiber axis and the measurement range was dependent on the length of the fiber connected to the sensor module. The trip-level-dependent brightness measurement results showed that the fabricated point sensor and loop sensor satisfied a brightness condition, 10~40 klux, and the responses of the system to Arc-Flashes were completed within 2.5 ms.

A stable protein source is required to support the rapidly increasing global population, and fishery products are a particularly important part of the required protein supply. However, due to continued overfishing, fishery resources are depleted, and the number of fish caught by fishing boats has stagnated. Consequently, the aquaculture industry is becoming increasingly important. Internationally, smart aquaculture technology that minimizes labor and environmental pollution has been established through technological developments supported by large investments in automation and water treatment technology over the last several decades. In the case of Korea, the aquaculture industry has not yet emerged as a labor-intensive primary industry. However, in recent years various attempts have been made to apply ICT technology to aquaculture to overcome these problems. In this study, domestic and foreign technologies and patent trends for smart aquaculture are analyzed. In addition, the current status of the smart aquaculture cluster business that the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries has been promoting since 2019 to utilize ICT technology in aquaculture is introduced.
G009가 $CCl_4$로 유발된 간손상 및 지질 과산화에 미치는 영향

To evaluate hepatoprotective effects of G009, an hepatoprotective agent which was extracted from the mycelia of Ganoderma lucidum IY009, we were, studied using $CCl_4$-and galactosamine-induced hepatotoxicity in rats. The ratio of liver weight to body weight, the value of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT) and glutamic pyruvic transaminase (GPT) activities, the change of a lipids in serum, and the inhibitory activity of malondialdehyde (MDA) formation in serum and liver homogenate were determined in rats. G009 was not significantly changed of the ratio of liver weight to body weight and the content of lipids in serum, but reduced the serum GOT and GPT values in $CCl_4$-and galactosamine-induced hepatotoxicity in rat. Especially, protective effect of G009 on rat hepatic injuries induced by galactosamine was significantly appeared. $CCl_4$ increased markedly the formation of lipid peroxides in the liver homogenate, and serum. The increase of lipid peroxides by $CCl_4$-induced hepatotoxicity was markedly reduced by the treatment with G009. These results suggest that the hepatoprotective effects of G009 may be correlated with its anti-lipid peroxidative activity, therefore, it may be potential agent for hepatic disease.

A simple method is presented for fabricating micro/nanoscale combined hierarchical structures using a two-step UV-assisted capillary molding technique. This lithographic method consists of two steps: (ⅰ) fabrication of partially cured polymer microstructures using a PDMS mold and (ⅱ) subsequent nanofabrication using a high-resolution polyurethane acrylate (PUA) mold on top of the pre-formed microstructures. Using this technique, various micro/nano hierarchical structures were fabricated with minimum resolution down to 70 ㎚ over a large area with very good reproducibility.

A new, innovative approach for fabricating high aspect-ratio polymer nanohairs is presented, which is based on an elongation of polymer nanostructures by interfacial energy modulation. Calculation of two interfacial energies at the mold/polymer and the polymer/substrate interface indicates that the two energies should be compatible for successful elongation of the polymer nanostructures. By this approach, high aspectratio polymer (PMMA and PS) nanostructures were fabricated with maximum ratio up to ~ 25 on a solid substrate with good uniformity and reproducibility. A double-sided flexible tape fabricated by this approach shows good adhesive property and super-hydrophobicity, demonstrating the unique fabrication ability and applicability of this method.
Capillary-driven Rigiflex Lithography for Fabricating High Aspect-Ratio Polymer Nanostructures

We present simple methods for fabricating high aspect-ratio polymer nanostructures on a solid substrate by rigiflex lithography with tailored capillarity and adhesive force. In the first method, a thin, thermoplastic polymer film was prepared by spin coating on a substrate and the temperature was raised above the polymer’s glass transition temperature (T<SUB>g</SUB>) while in conformal contact with a poly(urethane acrylate) (PUA) mold having nano-cavities. Consequently, capillarity forces the polymer film to rise into the void space of the mold, resulting in nanostructures with an aspect ratio of ~ 4. In the second method, very high aspect-ratio (>20) nanohairs were fabricated by elongating the pre-formed nanostructures upon removal of the mold with the aid of tailored capillarity and adhesive force at the mold/polymer interface. Finally, these two methods were further used to fabricate micro/nano hierarchical structures by sequential application of the molding process for mimicking nature’s functional surfaces such as a lotus leaf and gecko foot hairs.
