        운동수행과 한약제 투여가 실험쥐의 적혈구, Serum Iron, Ferritin, Transferrin의 변화에 미치는 영향

        Iron is the required microelement supporting life and is the main component of hemoglobin. Thus iron has affinity with exercise capacity. Iron metabolism turbulence induced by exercise is one of causes of hematopoietic hypofunction. Results of the experiment showed that long-term treadmill exercise of progressive loading significantly decreased levels of erythrocyte indexes, serum iron, serum ferritin and significantly increased serum transferrin level. Nutrition supplement could significantly retard the variations, and Exercise +Nutrition group have higher levels of erythrocyte indexes, serum iron, serum ferritin and lower level of serum transferrin than Exercise group. The results indicated that nutrition supplement have function of prevent and cure on iron metabolism turbulence induced by exercise, furthermore significantly enhance hemoglobin level in rats.

        16주간의 줄넘기 운동이 초등학교 여학생의 신체조성 및 성장예측지수(AHP)변화에 미치는 영향

        This study attempts to examine changes in body composition and growth prediction score through a jump-rope program for 16 weeks in elementary school girls. 26 students (experimental group 13, control group 13) attending D Elementary School located in Jeonnam voluntarily participated in the study. The study experiment was conducted for 4 months (about 16 weeks) from March 2 to July 31, 2011 and a jump-rope program was done three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) for 16 weeks. Training hours were 40 minutes for a warm-up and a cool-down. Independent analysis t-test, and paired samples t-test were used for effective analysis of materials. The findings were as follows. There was a statistically significant difference in BMR, muscle mass, and AHP before and after experiment and there was a between-group difference in muscle mass and AHP. Although this study was meaningful that it investigated the relationship between a jump-rope which is the most accessible in elementary school and physical growth, it focused on the age group of the 5th and 6th grades and did not examine specific effectiveness in relation with age. Accordingly, further research should extend the subjects to lower, intermediate, and higher grades and analyze the relationship with growth hormone factors.

        운동 중 발생한 쇄골골절에 대한 수술 후 운동재활과 어깨관절 운동범위(ROM) 회복에 관한 연구

        This study is a case analysis study related with clavicle fracture caused during the exercise. The study aims to examine how patients with clavicle fracture recover shoulder functions after surgery and exercise rehabilitation. The subjects were six patients with exercise injuries who had surgery and treatment in B Hospital located in Jeollanam-do in 2013 and 2014. After exercise rehabilitation such as forward elevation exercise, strength training, and angular movement of shoulders, the following conclusions were made. First, the common characteristic of clavicle fracture patients was that their ROM recovery was slow until six months after surgery. Second, clavicle fracture patients showed that ROM recovery was more difficult in open fracture than in closed fracture. Third, clavicle fracture patients had more difficult ROM recovery of flexion and abduction motions in open fracture than in closed fracture. Fourth, clavicle fracture patients showed ROM recovery starting the 9th month and had nearly normal ROM in assessment held in the 12th month.

        초등학생의 교내 활동유형 및 체육수업 흥미도와 체력 및 신체조성의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of school activity types and physical education interest on physical fitness and body composition in elementary students. To achieve this purpose, 557 5th and 6th grade students in D Elementary School, located in Y City, Jeollanam-do, were measured in school activity types, physical education interest, Physical fitness, and body composition. Also, independent analysis t-test and two-way ANOVA were conducted for effective data analysis using SPSS 15.0. Finally, the following conclusion was drawn. First, the presence of physical activity and difference in physical fitness and body composition according to sex was analyzed. As a result, grip strength, sit-ups, % body fat, and BMI were different in physical activity according to sex and significant results were derived in the group of physical experience. For after school hours, the 1000m race(p<.05) and BMI(p<.05) had correlation with physical activity and sex. Second, the presence of physical activity and difference in physical fitness and body composition according to grade was analyzed. As a result, standing long jump, grip strength, sit-ups, the 1,000-meter race, and % body fat were different in physical activity according to grade and significant results were derived in the group of physical experience. For intermission, the 1000-meter race(p<.05) was correlated with physical activity and grade. Third, difference in physical fitness and body composition according to physical activity interest and sex was analyzed. As a result, standing long jump and the 1000-meter race showed difference in physical education interest according to sex. Significant results were derived in the group of high physical education interest. Finally, difference in physical fitness and body composition according to physical activity interest and grade was analyzed. As a result, standing long jump, the 1000-meter race, and % body fat showed difference in physical education interest according to grade, Significant results were derived in the group of high physical education interest. Also, % body fat(p<.05) and BMI(p<.05) had correlation with physical education interest and grade.

        고교배구선수들의 단기간 고강도 플라이오메트릭 훈련이 근 손상지표와 혈중 산소운반능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of short-term high intensity plyometric training on muscle injury markers and blood oxygen-carrying capacity in high school volleyball players. In order to achieve this purpose, plyometric training was conducted with 18 male volleyball players with more than 5 years experience for one month(four weeks) from November 1 to 31, 2011. Also, independent analysis t-test and two-way ANOVA were used for effective analysis. Finally, the following conclusion was drawn. First, as regards CK, changes were found in the experiment group before and after experiment and there was a statistically significant difference. Moreover, a statistically significant difference was found in group, blood-collecting period, and interaction between group and blood-collecting period. Second, as regards LDH, changes were found in the experiment group before and after experiment and there was a statistically significant difference. Moreover, a statistically significant difference was found in group and blood-collecting period. Finally, as regards Hct, changes were found in the experiment group before and after experiment and there was a statistically significant difference, Moreover, a statistically significant difference was found in group, blood-collecting period, and interaction between group and blood-collecting period.

        초등학생들의 태권도 수련에 따른 체력의 장기적 변화

        본 연구는 초등학생들의 태권도 수련에 따른 장기적 관점에서 체력변화를 추적한 연구로 태권도 수련의 시작에서부터 12개월까지 체력수준이 어떻게 변화하는지를 관찰하는데 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 특히, 초등학생의 태권도 수련에 따른 유연성, 근력, 근지구력, 심폐지구력의 변화과정 분석을 통해 태권도 수련의 장기적 관점에서의 신체변화를 분석하고자 하였다. 이에 따라 2014년 3월 1일부터 2015년 2월 28일 안에 신규로 등록한 전라남도 Y시에 소재한 태권도장의 수련생 91명을 대상으로 등록 후 1주일 안에 1차 측정, 6개월 시점에 2차 측정, 12개월 시점에 3차 측정을 실시하여 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 남자수련생의 제자리멀리뛰기(F=4.192, p<.05)와 줄넘기(F=6.497, p<.01)는 차시 간 통계적으로 유의한 집단차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 좌전굴은 성별에 영향을 받는 것으로 확인되었으며(F=5.453, p<.05), 줄넘기는 측정차시에 따른 영향력이 확인되었다(F=6.068, p<.01). 결국 초등학생의 장기적인 태권도수련은 근력과 심폐지구력에 영향을 미치며, 동시에 좌전굴은 성별에 따라 증가속도가 차이가 있고, 줄넘기는 측정시기에 따라 증가속도가 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. This study is a follow-up study to examine physical changes with taekwondo training in a long-term view in elementary students. The study aims to examine the effect of 12 month taekwondo training on physical fitness level in elementary students. Specifically, the present study focused on the analysis of changes in flexibility, muscle strength, muscle endurance, and cardiovascular endurance followed by 12 month taekwondo training. The subjects of the study were 91 trainees of taekowndo halls, located in Y city, Jeollanam-do, who became new members from March 1, 2014 to February 28, 2015. Baseline measurement was conducted within one week, the second measurement was done at the end of 6-month training, and the last was conducted after completing the 12-month training. Finally, the results are as follows. First, there was a statistically significant group difference between measurement times in distance jump(F=4.192, p<.05) and jump-rope(F=6.497, p<.01). Second, sit and reach was influenced by sex(F=5.453, p<.05) and jump-rope was influenced by measurement times(F=6.068, p<.01). Elementary students’ long-term taekwondo training had an effect on their muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance. According to gender, sit and reach showed a significant difference of increased speed followed by a long term taekwondo training. According to a measurement period, jump-rope showed a significant difference of increased speed followed by a long term taekwondo training.

        대학 태권도 선수들의 상해유형에 따른 재활형태 및 경기력 영향요인 분석

        This study The purpose of this study is to analyze rehabilitation systems and reduced effects factors according to injury types during training or games in university taekwondo players. For this, this study distributed a 17-item questionnaire to taekwondo players who attended the Department of Taekwondo, C University, located in Gwangju Metropolitan City, and had more than level (33rd Dan) certificate and secured 172 effective samples. Using the chi-square test, distribution analysis by frequency, the following results were obtained. First, the results of analyzing injury types and rehabilitation systems in university taekwondo players were as follows. Most of injuries occurred in the place of training, the exercise injuries of leges and fracture and ligament injuries were the most common, and treatment once or twice per week was common. Second, the results of analyzing the effects of injury types on performance in university taekwondo players were as follows. Exercise injuries occurring in the place of training or game mostly needed 6 months for the return. The exercise injuries of legs which occurred most frequently needed more than 6 months for the return. Ligament injuries needed the longest return period in injury types. Third, the results of analyzing the effects of rehabilitation systems on performance in university taekwondo players were as follows. Hospital treatment needed the longest time for the return to training and games. Medication and physical therapy needed the longest time for the return to training and operation needed the longest time for the return to games.

        여자실업 핸드볼 선수들의 포지션별 스포츠상해 특성분석

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of sports injuries by position in women’s handball players. The focus was on the grasp of injury regions, injury types, name of injury and injury situations by position in women’s handball players. The questionnaire consisting of 8 items were distributed to 104 players of 8 women’s handball teams that participated in the SK Handball League 2016. 104 effective samples were collected for statistical processing. The Chi-square test was conducted for the characteristics of sports injuries by position to derive study results. Finally, the following conclusions were drawn. First, the cross tab analysis of injury regions by position was made in women’s handball players. The results showed that the most common injury region was legs in all positions and there was a statistically significant difference in frequency(X²=20.985, p<.05). Second, the cross tab analysis of injury types by position was made in women’s handball players. The results showed that the most common injury type was a ligament injury in all positions and there was a statistically significant difference in frequency(X²=32.300, p<.05). Third, the cross tab analysis of injury situations by position was made in women’s handball players. The results showed that the most common injury situation was bumping into other players in all positions and there was a statistically significant difference in frequency(X²=76.232, p<.001). The most common name of injury was contusion and sprain but the cross tab analysis showed no significant difference in frequency.

        MRI분석을 통한 생활체육 배구동호인의 어깨관절 상해유형에 관한 사례연구

        This study aims to find out injury causes through MRI(Magnetic Resonance Imaging) in volleyball club members who had difficulties in doing a spike with continuous shoulder pains and suggest effective exercise methods from this case study. Physical examinations and shoulder MRI were performed with four subjects selected by the help of orthopedists. Finally, this study reached a conclusion as follows. First, the findings of analyzing a spike movement which perceiv ed shoulder pain indicated: Subject A felt pain in ②late cocking, ③acceleration, ④impact, ⑤wrist-snap shot, and ⑥follow-through; Subject B felt pain in ②late cocking, and ⑥follow-through; Subject C felt pain in ③acceleration, ④impact, and ⑥follow-through; and Subject D, E felt pain in ③acceleration, ④impact, and ⑥follow-through. Second, the findings of shoulder MRI and physical examinations indicated: Subject A, E showed rotator cuff injury, impingement syndrome, tendinitis and SLAP; Subject B showed tendinitis; Subject C impingement syndrome, tendinitis, SLAP; and Subject C, D showed rotator cuff injury and tendinitis.
