The P'aerim and the Taedong Yasung are the two better known among unofficial history collections of the Yi Dynasty still available. The compilers and writers of unofficial historical records generally were people without official connection with the incidents recorded, and were thus in a position to be critical in their evaluation. Therefore, in order to gain a balanced view of Korean history, these unofficial history sources must also be consulted. However, there are differences in the contents of various unofficial history collections, even though the titles may be identical. For this reason, the writer has made a comparative study on the. contents of both the P'aerim and the Taedong Yasung. As a result, various differences between the two collections are noted. This points out the need for continued research on collections of unofficial historical records.

The period from Jong Taijo(太祖) to King Sungjong(成宗), especially from King Sejong(世宗) to Sungjong, was singificant in that various cultural systems were reorganized. The works were carried out by the high ranking officials through the government projects. Since nearly every ranking official participated in the movement, it is worthwhile to investigate various government projects and cultural reformations of the period. One of the representative figure was Yang Sung-Ji(梁 誠之), a major reformer, who especially contributed to the improvement of library system. First, he participated in the compilation of various books-history, maps, geography and codes. It is notable that he collaborated in the compilation of Sillok(實錄, the royal history) from King Sejong to King Yejong(睿宗)(for the period of five king), and the revision of the history of Koryo. The revision was important in nderstanding the preceding dynasty, Koryo from a new point of view. Yang Sung-Ji also completed the compilation of the entire national map, eight provincial maps and those of smaller administrative divisions; Koryo history and Koryo geography, eight provincial geography and Dongguk-Yoji-seungnam(東國與地勝覽). Based on these experience he later played an important role in compiling the codes, “Kyungguk-Daijon(經國大典)”. Yang Sung-Ji's contribution cannot be overemphasized in compiling most relevant works which were the bases of government policies and reformations. He also proposed and realized a royal library “Hongmoonkwan(弘文館)” and the nomination of librarians to preserve the books in the palace. The Hongmoonkwan became later a center of research and a model of library. At the same time, he proposed several important measures against the loss of books. That si, to duplicate the important books and keep them in different libraries. kor the new editions, he proposed to produce ten duplicates and keep two duplicates at as the each of five different libraries. For the most important books such as the Royal Cabinet Diary, Yang Sung-Ji proposed measures against theft, fire, war or other emerencies. He pointed out that the binding of the hiary used metal or silk and was too glossy and large and heavy, and might attract theft, or would be inconvenient for removal in case of emergency As a solution he proposed to prepare an additional duplicate in simple binding to garantee preservation. Such study of Yang Sung-Ji may add to the clarification of the cultral reformation of the early Chosun.

비 연고성 소재를 활용한 축제의 서비스품질 만족도 평가: ‘서울 밤도깨비 야시장 2018’을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to investigate the overall satisfaction factors of festival service quality which utilized non-connected material using Revised Importance-Performance Analysis. For achieving the results of this study, data was collected from 260 visitors at the Seoul Bamdokkaebi Night Market on April 27th and 28th of 2018. Among the 260 questionnaires, only 235 were selected as valid samples. From the revised IPA results, the present status about festival service quality which is derived from 4 quadrants can be grasped. And also the implication of which attributions should be improved first can be found. The most urgent attributions needed for improvements are in quadrant 4. They are diversity and price of shopping product, sanitary condition of food, beverage and place to eat, whole configuration of festival and placement of rest facilities. In conclusion, this research aims to find and suggest strategic priority improvements about festival service quality for future development.

본 연구에서는 5상 소형 교류전동기 개발에 요구되는 전원공급 장치용으로 연구 개발된 5상 220[V] 5[Kw] 표면부착형 영구자석 동기발전기(SPMSG)의 운전특성을 관찰한 연구 결과이다. 시험용으로 개발된 영구자석형 동기발전기에서 제시되는 특성은 무부하시와 저항부하 및 5상 유도전동기 부하에서 전원 주파수 변화에 따라 발생되는 유도기전력의 특성과 가변 부하에서 얻어지는 발전특성 및 고조파 분석 결과를 보여준다. 정격운전에서 전압변동률, 효율, 역율, THD, 운전특성 등이 많이 저하 되어 이에 대한 문제점의 개선에 대한 연구가 요구하고 있다. This paper propose an operating characteristics of the 5-phase 5[Kw] within developed the surface permanent mount synchronous generator (SPMSG) in order to make a study of a polyphase ac motors keeping hold of more advantages. There are shown a amplitude and waveform of the generated electromotive force, FFT analysis of harmonics within output voltages, and reviewing a experiment results in load of resistive and 5-phase induction motor by variable output frequency. The developed manufacturing generator is necessary to do improvement of voltage regulation, efficiency, power factor, THD, operating characteristics, and so on at rated load.
