Speaking in general terms the form injection process can be described as a new process-variant of already known structural foam molding technology which roots go back to the early sixties. The most limiting factors of already know foaming processes are large cell size and the lack of uniformity of these cells as well and the inability to foam all kinds of plastic materials. In this paper, Process Study on weight change in injection rate during foaming. Experimental conditions were set as the injection speed 50,150,300 and 450 mm/s. The experiments PA, PA+GF, PP, was confirmed that the weight increase to PP+TA.
사출성형기의 속도제어 방식에 따른 형개거리에 관한 연구

The increase in automation facilities in the injection molding industry is a very important process control item. The most important item when constructing an unmanned machine using a take-out robot is the "mold opening stroke" of the mold. The injection molding machine control method is divided into hydraulic type and electric type, and there have been few studies on the mold opening distance according to the control method. In this study, the correlation was confirmed by increasing the injection speed to 20, 50, 80, and 100% for the three types of hydraulic control method, open loop and close loop, and electric control method. Through the experiment, the following results were obtained. (1) It can be seen that the reproducibility is excellent with the electric, close loop, and open loop control methods. (2) When the injection speed is set to 50%, the mold opening distance is 263.10~263.27 mm, which is the most reproducible. (3) As a result of ANOVA, both injection speed and mold opening distance showed a significant difference in the hydraulic control method (p<0.05), but it was verified through experiments that there was no significant difference in the electric control method. Based on these results, when electric control is selected rather than hydraulic control, the reproducibility of the mold opening distance is excellent, so it is thought that the taking-out robot can take the object out of the mold more safely.

The injection molding industry is in the hard situation where it cannot make both ends meet and guarantee the best products because of unstable injection molding machine which is not enough in reproduction and repetition. Besides, there is the deficiency of human resources because most people dislike laborious jobs and, so far, we have not developed new products which substitute for plastics. However, from now on, all the industrial fields including household electric appliances and automobile industry will have to be dependant on the plastic industry. By the result of above situations, there will be much more studies on the plastic goods. Through this study, I come to realize the importance of industries involved in the injection molding and research laboratories and colleges that study injection molding machine.

Measuring pulse wave technology has received great attention because it indicates the status of the heart and blood vessels. For measuring precise pulse wave, high sensitivity (gauge factor〉500) at low deformation (〈1% strain) and repeatability are necessary. Because a pulse of blood causes micro-scale deformation of skin, high sensitivity sensor is required to measure the small deformation. However, other studies are low sensitivity under 1% strain and poor hysteresis that makes unreliable repeatability. Here, we fabricated a crack-based strain sensor that has high sensitivity (Gauge Factor〉2,000) at low strain (〈1% strain) with pre-strain (P.S) and sensor extending (S.E) process. We can also control sensitivity and linearity through P.S and S.E as needs.

The performance of injection molding machine’s control system, such as reproducibility, repeatability, etc, is widely studied nowadays. Since screw stroke, injection cylinder body pressure and barrel temperature are the most important terms of injection unit, interval linearity and repeatability to each parameter are analyzed here. Barrel temperature is analyzed according to the repeatability of the thermocouple at 150℃, 210℃, 300℃using a precise oven. The result temperature is within ±0.5℃ Through the reliability evaluation of the most important terms of injection unit, the method of evaluating the linearity and repeatability is proposed and verified.
