In this study, as a basic research for the patients with amputation rehabilitation, time-frequency was confirmed through the STFT EMG during level ground walking and stair walking. The results of STFT were represented by spectrum and Mesh grid, according to the frequency of the gait cycle and features of the patterns are analyzed. Spectrum from all walk between 5-50 Hz with amplitudes was stronger , than based Giga swing with a wider frequency band was confirmed .The swing has bandwidth at based 5 Hz until 250 Hz to 300 Hz. And the stance has bandwidth, until 300 Hz to 450 Hz. Future research, STFT technique is thought to be more extensive analysis by a study on threshold setting of frequency. The results of this study is could contribute to effective rehabilitation methods at amputation patients is considered.

In this study, changes of muscle activity that occurs when subjects walk or go up and down the stairs were analyzed by using EMG signal. The muscle activity of swing phase and stance phase was evaluated for each walking. Five healthy male capable of normal gait and stair climbing were selected as subjects. EMG signal from quadriceps and biceps femoris was measured. The stance phase was high during walking and the swing phase was high when subject go up the stairs, when subject go down the stairs, the stanse phase was high. Observations of muscle activity, stanse and swing phases were separated easily but kinds of gait were not separated. Through this study, appropriate EMG measurement part can be selected and recognition of stance and swing phased is possible using muscle activity when developing rehabilitation content for patients with transtibial amputation.

In this study, and severely paralyzed patients with limited mobility rehabilitation for patients with eye tracking algorithm to recognize the mouse"s eye is proposed. OpenCV (Open Source Computer Vision - Inter created in the Image Processing Library) and the Starburst Algorithm used to track the movement of the pupil is proposed. After extracting the eye area to area, using the Starburst algorithm to obtain the position of the pupil to control the mouse in the eye of the conventional ocular image matching and face recognition method and characterized by a pattern of how to detect than the S / W It is easy to develop.
