In this study, and severely paralyzed patients with limited mobility rehabilitation for patients with eye tracking algorithm to recognize the mouse"s eye is proposed. OpenCV (Open Source Computer Vision - Inter created in the Image Processing Library) and the Starburst Algorithm used to track the movement of the pupil is proposed. After extracting the eye area to area, using the Starburst algorithm to obtain the position of the pupil to control the mouse in the eye of the conventional ocular image matching and face recognition method and characterized by a pattern of how to detect than the S / W It is easy to develop.

The upper limb paralysis is inability of using arms of upper limb. Typically this paralysis appear to stroke patient who has partial or whole damage of brain and so continuingly generated disability. There are many Rehabilitation therapies. One of them is exercise therapy that is very effective and popular. But exercise therapy is almost affected by patient"s will , so lately concern for the method of interest induction for patient IS mcreasmg Therefore this study suggest that new rehabilitation therapy assistance system development to inspire participation will into a patient and Improve efficiency of upper limb rehabilitation therapy. Algorism of developed system suggest proper difficulty figure pattern following patient"s disease degree . So this rehabilitation therapy method that is drawing this pattern repetitively is applied. In this system, the motor controls patient"s correct motion and infrared ray sensor is attached to bottom of handle to recognize figures. And this system is classified active mode that is voluntary therapy assistant tool to patient and passive mode for patients who have difficulty with voluntary exercise. Through this study, the new therapy tool production that is differentiated with existing therapy tool thorough repeatitive study is possible. As a result, cut of therapy period and maximization of therapy efficiency are expected as induce patient"s voluntary participation about rehabilitation.
