W-CDMA 단말기 수신 시스템에서 요구하는 최소성능 분석 및 설계에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 W-CDMA단말기 표준안에서 요구하는 최소 성능을 분석하고, 현재 상용화되어 있는 부품 들을 사용하여 W-CDMA수신 시스템을 설계 및 제작하였다. 표준안의 테스트 조건들로부터 수신 시스템의 최대 잡음지수와 ⅡP3를 도출하였으며, 인접채널에 대한 선택도 및 프론트-엔드 단의 최소 성능을 결정하였다. 제작에 앞서 ADS를 이용하여 성능검증을 하였으며, 모두 분석된 최소성능을 만족하였다. 끝으로 W-CDMA수신 시스템 을 헤테르다인 구조로 RF 단에서 IF 단까지 제작하였으며, 측정을 하였다. 따라서 본 논문이 W-CDMA 단말기를 제작함에 있어 이론적인 설계 기준이 될 것으로 여겨진다. In this paper, we have analyzed minimum performance required for W-CDMA mobile-phone from standard and implemented the receiver for W-CDMA mobile-phone. We have derived the noise figure and IIP3 of receiver and determined the selectivity about adjacent channel and minimum performance for front-end stage. Before the implementation, we have verified the performance using ADS simulator. In conclusion, we have implemented the receiver for W-CDMA using the heterodyne architecture and performed measurement. Therefore, this paper will give a guideline for design of the W-CDMA mobile-phone.
유럽형 디지털 무선전화기 수신단 RF 시스템 최소성능 분석에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 유럽형 디지털 무선 전화기일 DECT(Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications)의 RF 수신단의 최소 성능 요구 조건을 표준안으로부터 분석하였다. 또한 현재 상용화되고 있는 부품(Component)의 정보를 이용하여 DECT RF 시스템을 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션(Agilent EEsof ADS)상에 구성하고 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 그 결과와 표준안으로부터 분석된 결과를 비교하여 최소 성능 요구조건에 만족하는지 검증하였다. In this paper, we have analyzed the minimum performance of RF system for DECT receiver using the test parameters of standard. As well as, The RF system of DECT receiver is designed and analyzed on the computer simulation using the Agilent EEsof ADS software. The simulated results are compared with those of the DECT standard and we have seen that the minimum performance requirements of the simulated results are well satisfied.
고추 생육단계에 따른 무인항공 살포 농약의 잔류 분포 특성

This study aimed to investigate the residual distribution of pesticides in peppers with UAV across different growth stages and to look into the characteristics of difenoconazole in peppers concerning UAV application methods and sprayers. To assess the residual uniformity of difenoconazole at different levels of height (top, middle, bottom) and growth stages (early, mid, late), the coverage ratio (%) on Water sensitive paper (WSPs) was calculated. Additionally, the residues of difenoconazole were evaluated with variations in UAV application condition and sprayer equipment. The results revealed an horizontal coverage ratio was inconsistent with coefficient of variation (52.94-165.64%) in all test plots. In addition, The skewness of the coverage ratio based on height exceeded 1 in all growth stages, which means coverage ratio was unequally distributed. Especially, the coverage ratio of difenoconazole on WSPs decreased from the top to the bottom during the mid and late growth stages of pepper (p < 0.01). Moreover, kurtosis indicated considerable outliers with values of 0.54 and 8.47. Consequently, the aerial application was deemed most effective during the initial growth phase of peppers. However, doubling the application volume at the 5 km/h of flight speed wth UAV resulted in an approximately twofold increase of the coverage of difenoconazole on WSPs at all heights. Therefore, it seems suitable for the mid to late growth stages of peppers. Thus, utilizing UAV appears to be a reasonable choice for Korean agriculture, particularly in cases where labor shortages are prevalent despite lower residue of difenoconazole compared to conventional sprayer plot.
