        Sn이 첨가된 Li_(4)Ti_(5)O_(12) 음극활물질의 전기화학적 특성

        리튬이온이차전지용 음극활물질 Li_(4)Sn_(x)Ti(5−x)O_(12) 화합물을 high energy ball milling (HEBM)법을사용하여 제조하였다. Li_(4)Ti_(5)O_(12)에 SnO_2의 첨가량을 달리하여 혼합 제조 후, 열처리를 통하여합성하였다. 본 연구는 Sn의 첨가물에 따른 Li_(4)Ti_(5)O_(12)의 전기화학적 성능의 변화를 살펴보고자하였다. 제조된 시료들의 물리적 특성을 조사하기 위해 XRD, SEM, PSA 등의 분석장비를 사용하였다. 충/방전 시험기를 사용하여 1.0~3.0 V 전압범위에서 제조된 활물질의 충/방전 특성을알아보았다. 열처리 온도에 따라 합성한 Li_(4)Sn_(x)Ti(5−x)O_(12)의 구조적 특성과 전기화학적 성능을 볼 때,합성 열처리 온도는 800oC가 필요함을 확인하였으며, 합성물질 크기의 분포는 0.2~0.6 μm임을 확인하였다. 충/방전 실험을 50 cycle 동안 상온에서 진행하였으며, Sn 첨가조건에 따른 가장 우수한성능을 나타낸 초기용량은 168 mAh/g으로 측정 되었으며, 1.55 V(Li/Li+) 영역에서 평탄전압을나타내었다.

        Egg Capsule of Hongeo koreana (Chondrichthyes: Rajiformes: Rajidae)

        The egg capsule of Hongeo koreana is newly described based on two egg capsules extracted from the uterus of a female collected near the type locality, the southwestern coast of the Korean Peninsula. The egg capsule of H. koreana has the following characters: medium sized, measuring 124.5~133.7 mm in total length including horns, 102.8~109.4 mm in length excluding horns, and 41.0~42.2 mm in maximum width; asymmetrical, with the egg capsule more convex ventrally in lateral view; the surface relatively smooth, with longitudinal striations distinct, and covered with masses of sticky silky fibers; anterior and posterior aprons distinct; all four horns short, tube-like in shape, elliptical in cross section, anterior horns recurved inwardly; respiratory fissure present at tip of each of the four horns. The color of the fresh capsule is bright brown.

        스피넬형 Li4Ti5O12 음극물질의 Al3+ 첨가에 의한 전기화학적 성능 변화

        The effect of the addition of Al3+ dopant on the electrochemical characteristics of Li4Ti5O12 was investigated. Li4Ti5O12 is known as a zero-strain material, and Li3.95Al0.15Ti4.9O12 has been manufactured by solid-state reaction with high energy ball milling (HEBM). The samples were heated at 800, 900 and 1000℃ in electric furnace. The structural and surface structures were measured by XRD (X-ray diffraction) and SEM (scanning electron microscopy). Cut-off voltage of charge/discharge cycles was 1.0~3.0 V to investigate reversible capacity, cycle stability and plateau voltage. The reversible capacity of Li3.95Al0.15Ti4.9O12 was 138 mAh/g. 본 연구에서는 첨가물이 전기화학적 성능에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 실험변수로서 첨가물 Al3+를 사용하였다. Zero-strain 삽입 혼합물로 알려진 Li4Ti5O12에 Al3+가 첨가된 Li3.95Al0.15Ti4.9O12를 high energy ball milling (HEBM)을 사용하여 고상반응으로 제조한 후에, 800, 900, 1000℃에서 열처리하여 시료를 제조하였다. 합성물질의 구조적 특성과 입자의 표면분석을 하기 위해 XRD (X-ray diffraction)와 SEM (scanning electron microscopy)을 사용하였으며, 이때의 입자의 분포는 대략 0.2~0.6 μm 정도로 측정되었다. 충/방전 실험은 1.0~3.0 V에서 하였으며, 가역용량, 사이클 안정성, 평탄 전압 등을 알아보았다. Li3.95Al0.15Ti4.9O12의 충방전 용량은 138 mAh/g이었다.

        한국산 홍어류(판새아강 , 홍어과)어류의 분류학적 연구 현황과 국명검토

        Based on the reviewing the present specimens and published data, taxonomic revision about the Korean names and distributional ranges of the rajid fishes(Rajidae) in Korea was conducted. As a result, the family Rajidae from Korea was classified into 4 genera encompassing 11 species, Bathyraja bergi, B. isotrachys, Dipturus kwangtungensis, D. macrocauda, D. tengu, Okamejei acutispina, O. boesemani, O. kenojei, O. meerdervoortii, Raja koreana and R. pulchra. Proposed new Korean names are "Salhongeo-sok" for the genus Dipturus and the "Hongeo-sok" for the genus Okamejei, because those are elevated from subgeneric to generic rank recently. In particular, the new korean names are needed to be given that, the genus Raja is "Chamhongeo-sok" and R. pulchra is "Chamhongeo". The occurrence of Bathyraja bergi is recognized as in the Korean waters according to this revision. The check list and the map of geographic distributions of 11 species of Rajidae from Korea are presented.

Various amount of $SnO_2$was added to $Li_4Ti_5O_{12}$ and heated at different temperatures. The purpose of this research was to see the effect of $SnO_2$ addition into $Li_4Ti_5O_{12}$. Manufactured samples were analyzed by TGA, XRD, SEM, PSA. Battery cycler was used to test the charge/discharge properties of active materials. Heat treatment temperature of $800^{\circ}C$ was needed to make a stable structure of $Li_4Sn_xTi_{5-x}O_{12}$ and the particle size distribution was $0.2{\sim}0.6\;{\mu}m$. Charge/discharge process was repeated for 50 cycles at room temperature. The initial capacity was 168mAh/g and the voltage plateau was observed at 1.55V(Li/$Li^+$).

        A Review of Taxonomic Studies of Batoids (Chondrichthyes: Batoidea) from East Asian Waters

        The modern cartilaginous fishes, class Chondrichthyes, are small group of Pisces, and comprisingmore 1,000 described valid species, and including approximately 190 genera, 55 families, and 15 orders. The Chondrichthyes consists of two subclasses, the Holocephali (chimeras) and the Elasmobranchii(sharks and rays). The dominant subclass Elasmobranchii includes sharks (Selachii) and rays (Batoidea), the former is more diverse than the latter in higher taxa (order, family, genus) but has fewer species. The Batoidea, batoids or rays, has long been recognized as monophyletic, however, the interrelationships of the groups are problematic and uncertain. In order to review biodiversity and systematics of batoids, valid species name and supraspecific taxa from the published materials are studied. Batoids (including sawfishes, Pristiformes; electric rays, Torpediniformes; stingrays, Myliobatiformes; skates, Rajiformes; wedgefishes, Rhiniformes; and guitarfishes, Rhinobatiformes) is speciose and worldwide with about 580 species in 4 to 6 orders, 17 to 19 families, and about 75 genera. In East Asian waters, the previous records of the Batoidea reveal about 170 species belonging to 41 genera, 18 families, 6 orders. The largest group of batoid fauna in the area is order Myliobatiformes comprising about 80 species, 16 genera of 7 families. The predominant families are Dasyatidae (whiptail stingrays: 46 spp. of 6 genera), Arhynchobatidae (softnose skates: 26 spp. of 3 genera), and Rajidae (skates: 21 spp. of 6 genera). The predominant genera are Bathyraja (softnoseskates: 20 spp.), Himantura (whiprays:19spp.), and Dasyatis (fantailstingrays: 18 spp.). There are 23 species in the Yellow Sea, 70 species in the East China Sea, 82 species in the South China Sea, and 58 species in the North Pacific coast of Japan. Batoid fauna from the East Sea (Sea of Japan) is the poorest of the five regions, consisting of 14 species. Korean waters include only 28 species, 16 genera, 10 families and 5 orders of batoids. Two species is torpediniforms, 4 rhinobatiforms, arhynchobatiforms, 11 rajiforms and 10 myliobatiforms. By the earlier works, the systematics and a check list of the valid species of batoids will be presented.

        낙동강 수계 임하호의 어류상 고찰

        낙동강 수계의 임하호에 서식하는 담수어류의 다양성과 종목록을 고찰하고자 1992년부터 2016년까지의 문헌을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 임하호 내에서 출현한 전체 어류는 총 4목 11과 36속 46종 23,269개체가 보고되었다. 잉어과가 27종 (58.7%), 미꾸리과 5종 (10.9%), 망둑어과 3종 (6.5%), 메기과, 꺽지과, 검정우럭과가 각각 2종 (4.3%)씩 보고되었다. 우점종은 9,333 개체 (40.1%)가 출현한 강준치였고, 아우점종은 2,281개체 (9.8%)가 출현한 끄리로 나타났다. 우리나라 고유종은 17종으로 출현어종 46종의 37.0%를 차지하였고, 환경부 지정 멸종위기종은 3종, 국내이입종은 5종, 외래종은 3종이 보고되었다. Diversity of fish fauna and species list collected from the Imha-Dam Reservoir of the Nakdonggang River system were reviewed based on the published materials from 1992 to 2016. As a result of the present study, 46 freshwater fish species/subspecies belonging to 36 genera, 11 families, 4 orders were reported in the Imha-Dam Reservoir. Of them, Cyprinidae occupied 58.7% (27 species), Cobitidae 10.9% (5 spp.), Gobiidae 6.5% (3 spp.), and Siluridae, Centropomidae, Centrarchidae were 4.3% (2 spp.) in the number of species, respectively. The dominant species in the number of individuals was Erythroculter erythropterus (40.1%, 9,333 inds.), and the subdominant species was Opsariichthys uncirostris amurensis (9.8%, 2,281 inds.). Among 46 species/subspecies, 17 species (37.0%) were identified as endemic species to Korea. Three species were endangered fish species by the Ministry of Environment of Korea, five translocated species, and three exotic species were reported.
