        유튜브(YouTube)에 나타난 성인 ADHD 당사자의 인식 분석 - Mad Studies 관점을 중심으로

        본 연구는 유튜브에 나타난 성인 ADHD 당사자의 인식을 분석함으로써 당사자가 인식하는 ADHD관의 실체는 어떠하며, 이를 통해 제안할 수 있는 새로운 ADHD관의 형성에 일조하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이에 본 연구는 성인 ADHD에 관한 인식이 드러난 동영상 총 13편을 추출하여 분석한 결과 성인 ADHD 당사자 인식으로 드러나는 45개의 의미 있는 개념과 8개의 하위범주를 통해 3개의 범주를 도출하였다. 이에 본 연구는 질적 사례연구로 분석틀로 Mad Studies의 분석틀을 기반으로 장애인 자립생활 패러다임을 제시한 Dejong(1981)의 분석틀을 조합하여 연구자가 재구성하여 활용하였다. 연구결과, 개인정보 보호의 절실, 사회적 배려를 통한 긍정적 시각, 약물처방보다는 괜찮다는 인식의 필요, 개인의 경험을 통한 새로운 사회적 기회, ADHD 성인의 자기 삶의 문화인정, 다양한 인간의 측면 인정, 자기결정의 기회 보장, 당사자의 행복추구권 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the perception of adult ADHD parties on YouTube, and to contribute to the formation of a new ADHD tube that can be proposed through the reality of ADHD tubes recognized by the parties. In this study, a total of 13 videos showing the perception of adult ADHD were extracted and analyzed. As a result, 45 meaningful concepts and 8 subcategories revealed by adult ADHD party recognition were derived. This study is a qualitative case study, and the analysis frame of Dejong(1981) which presented the paradigm of independent living for the disabled based on the analysis frame of Mad Studies was combined and reconstructed by the researcher. The results of this study showed that the need for personal information protection, positive perspective through social consideration, the need for recognition that it is better than drug prescription, new social opportunities through personal experience, recognition of self-life of ADHD adults, recognition of various aspects of human beings, guarantee of opportunities for self-determination, and the right to pursue happiness of the parties are necessary.

      • 호스피스 자원봉사자의 활동과 영적안녕에 관한 연구

        This study was done to examine spiritual well-being of hospice care service volunteers for the purpose of providing them with programs promoting coping skills in response to the wholistic needs of patient effectively, also providing data for professional or nonprofessional hospice training program. Subjects were 123 volunteers serving in 6 hospice centers in Jeonbuk province at present. Data collection were done from 16 Oct. 2000 to 17 Nov. 2000. questionnairs were consisted of activities of hospice care service volunteer and spiritual well-being. The study results were as follows 1.Mean of activities of hospice care service volunteers were 2.433, those activities were divided into 5 categories such as spiritual, activities of volunteer for themselves, psychosocial, physical area and bereavement. The highest mean score was spiritual area 2.578, activities of volunteers for themselves 2.525, psychosocial area 2.456, physical area was 2.359 and the lowest mean score was bereavement area 2.130. 2.Spiritual well-being of hospice care service volunteers was 5.25, the highest mean. In subcategories of spiritual well-being, religious spiritual well-being was higher than existential spiritual well-being, mean score for each one was 5.41, 5.10. 3.Statistically significant relations among demographic characteristics such as gender(t=2.72, P=.008), status of marriage(t=6.067, P=.003), occupation(F=3.795, P=.025), frequency of visiting for volunteered hospice care(F=3.833, P=.024) were noted. 4.Statistically significant demographic characteristics of hospice service volunteers was religion(t=-4.38, p=0.000), status of marriage(F=3.505, p=0.033), frequency of visiting for volunteered hospice care(F=3.107, p=0.048), level of satisfaction from hospice care volunteer service(F=3.610, p=0.030), hospice service volunteers doing more home visiting(5-9times/month) had higher status of spiritual well being than volunteer with less home visiting(1-4times/month) 5.A significant relationship between activities of hospice service volunteers and status of spiritual well-being was noted(r=.236, p=.004), activities of hospice service volunteers was related to both subcategories of spiritual well-being such as religious well-being(r=.210, p=.010) and existential well-being(r=.208, p=.011). From the results of the study It is noted that status of spiritual well-being for hospice volunteers influences on service activities. It means spiritual well-being should be considered as a essential character for hospice service volunteers, it also means that managing and maintaining of status of spiritual well-being for hospice service volunteers is important. On the base of the study recommendation are made as follows: 1.Considering status of spiritual well-being for hospice care service volunteers is needed to promote hospice care activities. 2.It is necessary to develope spiritual well-being programs for hospice care service volunteers and further study for effect validation of them is needed. 3.Further study to sort out effecting variables for hospice care service volunteer activities is needed. 4.It will be desirable to have spiritual well-being information included in the hospice education program.

      • 사염화탄소로 유발된 간손상에서의 효소 활성도의 변화로 본 홍화자 분획물의 간손상 보호 작용

        본 연구소에서는 사염화탄소로 유발된 간손상에 대한 홍화자 메탄올 추출물과 이를 계통 분획한 분획물의 보호 효과를 이미 보고하였다. 본 실험에서는 혈장과 조직 생화학적 분석으로 홍화자 분획물의 간보호 효과를 확인하며, 간보호 작용에 대한 기전을 살펴보기 위하여 약물 대사 효소에 미치는 영향을 측정하였다. 홍화자 butanol subfractions 중 BS-5 분획물은 CCl_4로 간손상을 유발시킨 흰쥐에서의 혈장 ALT와 AST 활성과 간조직 중 cholesterol and triglyceride를 감소시켰으며, 이러한 BS-5 분획물의 CCl_4로 유발된 간손상에 대해 보호 작용은 cytochrome P450 감소와 glutathione S-transferase의 활성 증가에 기인된 것으로 생각된다. Previous studies have shown that methanol extract and its butanol fraction of Carthamus tinctorius L. Semen have the hepatoprotective effect on the CCl_4-induced hepatotoxicity. The hepatoprotective effect of subfractions has been evaluated by analyzing blood and hepatocyte biochemical analyses and biotransformation enzyme analyses. Treatment of BS-5 subfraction has significantly decreased the activities of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase. In addition, the levels of cholesterol and triglyceride in liver have been decreased as compared with that of CCl_4 treated rats. The hepatoprotective effect of BS-5 subfraction on the CCl_4-induced hepatotoxicity would be mediated of the attenuation of the level of cytochrome P450 and the enhancement of the activity of glutathion S-transferase.

      • Saccharomyces cerevisiae와 lactic acid bacteria를 이용한 탁주 주모에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this research was industrially to choose the best yeast strain and fermentative conditions for Korean traditional Takju manufacturing. The changes of pH, total titratable acidity, and reducing sugars in seed mashes, were measured during fermentation at 20℃ and 25℃ for three days. The results were as follows : 1. In seed mashes, the mixed culture with Sacchromyces cerevisiae C and lactic acid bacteria at 20℃ as well as Sacchromyces cerevisiae A and lactic acid bacteria at 25℃ showed almost the same pH 3.28. It was the lowest value among the different fermentation and enough condition for safety of Takju brewing in order to prevent mashes from putrefaction during fermentation. 2. The total titratable acidity produced by Sacchromyces cerevisiae C and lactic acid bacteria showed the highest numerical value of 2.76% at 20℃ and 2.37% at 25℃. 3. Also the reducing sugar contents in seed mashes fermented by Sacchromyces cerevisiae B and lactic acid bacteria showed 1.47% at 25℃, and the mixed culture by Sacchromyces cerevisiae C and latic acid bacteria spent more reducing sugar.

      • Saccharomyces cerevisiae 와 lactic acid bacteria를 이용한 탁주 발효에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this research was industrially to choose the best yeast strain and fermentative conditions for Korean traditional Takju manufacturing. The changes of pH, total titratable acidity, reducing sugars, and ethanol contents in seed mashes, the first and second addition mashes were measured during fermentation at 20℃ and 25℃ for eight days, and then the sensory properties of final mashes such as taste, aroma, and mouthfeel were evaluated as well. The results were as follows : 1. In the first addition mashes, pH showed 3.07 in the mixed culture with Sacchromyces cerevisiae C and lactic acid bacteria at 20℃ and the single culture by Sacchromyces cerevisiae C appeared 3.19 at 25℃, in the lowest numerical value. And total titratable acidity by the single culture of Sacchromyces cerevisiae B showed 2.03% at 20℃, and that of Sacchromyces cerevisiae C showed 1.72% at 25℃, with the highest value. The reducing sugar contents by the single culture of Sacchromyces cerevisiae A showed 0.44% at 20℃, and both the mixed culture of Sacchromyces cerevisiae A with lactic acid bacteria, and the single culture of Sacchro-myces cerevisiae A showed 0% in all at 25℃. 2. In the second addition mashes, pH showed 3.46 in the mixed culture of Saccharomyces cerevisiae C and lactic acid bacteria in the condition of 20℃, and in 25℃, the single culture of Sacchromyces cerevisiae A appeared 3.74, with the lowest numerical value. The total titratable acidity by the single culture of Saccharomyces cerevisiae in the condition of 20℃ was 1.26% and in 25℃, the mixed culture of Saccharomyces cerevisiae C with lactic acid bacteria and the single culture of Saccharomyces cerevisiae C showed 1.05% in all. The reducing sugar contents were all the same 0% in the condition of 20℃ and 25℃. It meant that the residual sugar was converted to ethanol and oganic acids complately. 3. The ethanol contents in final mashes fermented by the single culture of Saccharomyces cerevisiae B, the mixed culture of Saccharomyces cerevisiae C with lactic acid bacteria, and the single culture of Saccharomyces cerevisiae C showed 18% in all under condition of 20℃. In case of the single culture of Saccharomyces cerevisiae B, and the mixed culture of Saccharomyces cerevisiae C with lactic acid bacteria they were produced ethanol contents of 19% under condition of 25℃ 4. In the sensory properties, the mixed culture of Saccharomyces cerevisiae C with lactic acid bacteria at 20℃ and the mixed culture of Saccharomyces cerevisiae B with lactic acid bacteria at 25℃ showed the greatest value of taste and flavor. In conclusion, this study suggested that it was better to produce Takju using the mixed culture of Saccharomyces cerevisiae B and C, bread yeast, with lactic acid bacteria than that of Saccharomyces cerevisiae A, Korean traditional Takju yeast, in the domestic brewery. And the best way appeared to use the mixed culture of high sugar resistant Saccharomyces cerevisiae with lactic acid bacteria at 25℃, and that of low sugar resistant Saccharomyces cerevisiae with lactic acid bacteria at 20℃ to yield the high contents of ethanol and the best taste and flavor.

      • 홍화자 분획물이 사염화탄소 유발 간손상 흰쥐에서 지질과산화와 oxygen free radical 제거 효소 활성도에 미치는 영향

        저자들은 사염화탄소로 유발된 간손상에 대한 홍화자 메탄올 추출물과 이를 계통 분획한 분획물의 보호 효과를 이미 보고하였다. 본 실험에서는 홍화자 분획물의 간보호 작용에 대한 기전을 살펴보기 위하여 지질과산화와 oxygen free radical 제거 효소 활성을 측정하였고 조직병리학적 분석을 통하여 간보호 효과를 확인하였다. 홍화자 BS-5 분획물은 CCl_4로 간손상을 유발시킨 흰쥐에서 superoxide dismutase의 활성도를 유의적으로 증가시켰으며, in vitro에서의 1, 1-diphenyl -2-picrylhydrazyl radical를 직접적으로 제거하였다. 또한 조직병리학적 분석에서도 홍화자 BS-5분획투여군은 CCl_4 투여로 인한 중심정맥 주변의 ballooning degeneration, 염증 세포 침윤 및 괴사를 완화시켜 간손상 보호 작용을 나타내었으며, 이는 free radical scavenging 작용에 의한 것으로 생각된다. Previous studies have shown that methanol extract and its butanol fraction of Carthamus tinctorius L. Semen have the hepatoprotective effect on the CCl_4-induced hepatotoxicity. The hepatoprotective effect fo the subfractions of butanol fraction has been evaluated by analyzing oxygen free radical scavenging enzyme activities and histopathological examinations. In BS-5 subfraction treated group, the activity of superoxide dismutase has been significantly increased as compared with that of CCl_4 treated rats. Antioxidant activity has been evaluated by the examination of the scavenging ativity against 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical. BS-5 subfraction has shown strong antioxidant activities. The histopathological examination showed that the treatment of BS-5 subfraction has relieved the ballooning degeneration of hepatocytes which had been generated by CCl_4. It appears that the protective effect of BS-5 subfraction would be mediated of the attenuation of lipid peroxidation by acting as a free radical scavenger. which were based on the increase of superoxide dismutase activity.

      • Acetaminophen 간독성에 미치는 Angelica koreana Extracts의 효과

        Previous reports have shown that furanocoumarins, abundant compounds present in Angelica koreana, affect acetaminophen(AAP)-induced hepatotoxicity which is primarily associated with the formation of reactive metabolic intermediates. The present study was initiated to examine whether Angelica koreana would protect the liver from AAP-induced tissue damage. Rats were treated with each of the fractions from Angelica koreana methanol extreat at the dose of 1g/㎏, p.o., followed by the treatment with AAP(1800㎎/㎏, p.o.). The fractions include hexane, ether, ethylacetate and butanol. Biochemical parameters which indicate liver damage were monitored. The rats treated with AAP alone exhibited increases in GOT, GPT and ALP activities, as compared with the saline-treated rats, whereas the serum enzyme activities from the rats treated with both Angelica koreana extracts and AAP were decreased, as compared with those from the AAP-treated rats. Hexane fraction appeared to be the most effective among the fractions examined, resulting in 111%, 76% and 88% decreases in GOT, GPT and ALP activities, respectively, relative to the treatment with AAP alone. Total cholesterol, lipid and bilirubin contents were elevated after AAP treatment. The elevations were significantly inhibited by the pretreatment with Angelica koreana extracts. Hexane fraction is the most effective, causing 85%, 126% and 89% decreases in total cholesterol, lipid and bilirubin levels as compared with the AAP-treated rats. Angelica koreana extracts failed to effect on the rate of lipid peroxidation. These results suggest that Angelica koreana extract is effective against the liver damage induced by acetaminophen and that lipid peroxidation is not involved in the protection by the plant.
