A deck crane is controlled mainly by three hydraulic control system, i.e.hoisting, luffing and slewing system. In hoisting control system we used the "load-sensing" method, which allowed automatic adjustment of motor"s rotational speed depending on the load. We analysed influential parameters in design through hydraulic circuit analysis. Since the stability and accuracy of the system is important, all circuit analysis were conducted using AMESim, a leading commercial modeling program in the fields of hydraulics control system.

A hybrid mount for shipboard machinery installed on naval ships was developed. The mount is combined with a rubber mount and a piezostack actuator. The rubber mount is one of the most popular and effective passive mounts to have been applied to various vibration systems to date. The piezostack actuator is featured by a fast response time, small displacement and low power consumption. Through a series of experimental tests conducted in accordance with MIL-M-17185A(SHIPS), MIL-M-17508F(SH), and MIL-S-901D which are US military specifications related to the performance requirements of the mount, it has been confirmed that the hybrid mount shows more effective performance for use in naval ships.

As for an oil hydraulic vane pump of vehicle hydraulic systems, the highest of planning technique required by the acquisition of optimum profile data which can be available to predict noises and vibrations. Pressure pulsation may result in considerable vibration and noise of pump component as well as cavitation in hydraulic system. The influences of the discharge pressure and rotating speed of the vane on the dynamic pressure in chamber surrounding a vane have been investigated. It is very important to predict pressure pulsation in vane pump. This paper presents analysis of technique of vane pump for automatic transmission. The predicted result using AMESim model were good agreement with the experimentally obtained results.
