부모의 성취압력이 아동의 학업스트레스에 미치는 영향: 학업수행능력의 매개효과

본 연구는 초등학교 4학년을 대상으로 부모의 성취압력과 학업스트레스, 학업수행능력의 관계를 토대로 아동이 지각한 부모의 성취 압력이 학업스트레스에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 학업수행능력이 부모의 성취압력과 아동의 학업스트레스의 관계를 매개하는지 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모의 성취압력과 학업스트레스는 정적상관으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모의 성취압력과 학업수행능력과의 관계에서는 부적상관으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 부모의 성취압력과 학업스트레스와의 관계에서 아동의 학업수행능력이 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 부모의 성취압력에서 아동의 학업스트레스를 낮추는데 학업수행능력이 중요한 변인임을 밝히고, 아동의 학업수행능력을 증진시킬 수 있는 환경 조성을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이라 기대한다. This study examines the effects of parental achievement pressure perceived by children on academic stress based on the relationship between parental achievement pressure, academic stress, and academic performance in 4th graders, and academic performance is the parent’s achievement pressure. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the relationship between school and children’s academic stress is mediated. The results of this study are as follows. First, parents’ achievement pressure and academic stress were positively correlated. Second, in the relationship between parents’ achievement pressure and academic performance ability, there was a negative correlation. Finally, the relationship between parents’ achievement pressure and academic stress was found to be mediated by children’s academic performance. The results of this study reveal that academic performance is an important variable in lowering a child’s academic stress under parental achievement pressure, and it is expected that it will help to provide basic data for creating an environment that can improve children’s academic performance.
부모-자녀 상호작용과 가족 상호작용이 유아의 사회적 유능감에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 부모-자녀 상호작용과 가족 상호작용이 유아의 사회적 유능감에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 이를 위해 육아정책연구소의 한국아동패널 7차년도(2014) 자료를 사용하였으며, 총 1,320명의 부모와 유아의 자료를 활용하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모-자녀 상호작용과 가족 상호작용 모든 하위변인(부 응집성, 부 유연성, 모 응집성, 모 유연성)은 유아의 사회적 유능감과 전체적으로 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 유아의 사회적 유능감에 설명력은 ‘부’ 가족 유연성, ‘모’ 가족 응집성, 부모-자녀 상호작용 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 유아기에 있어 가족 환경에 대한 관심을 높이고 그 중요성을 인식할 수 있는 기회를 제공할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 가족 기능에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓힐 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. This study investigated the effects of parent-child interaction and family interaction on the social competence of infants. For this purpose, the 7th year (2014) of the Korean Children’s Panel of the Parenting Policy Research Institute was used, and multiple regression analysis was performed using the data of a total of 1,320 parents and infants. The results of this study are as follows. First, all sub-variables of parent-child interaction and family interaction (cohesion, cohesiveness, parent cohesion, and parent flexibility) showed a significant positive correlation overall with the social competence of infants. Second, the explanatory power of children’s social competence was found in the order of ‘father’ family flexibility, ‘mother’ family cohesion, and parent-child interaction. It is expected that this study will provide an opportunity to raise interest in the family environment in infancy and recognize its importance, as well as broaden the understanding of family functions.
중소병원 야간교대근무 간호사의 수면의 질, 직무몰입, 웰니스의 관계

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between quality of sleep, job commitment, wellness, and identify contributing factors affecting on the wellness of night shift nurses in medium and small-sized hospitals. Methods: One hundred twenty four nurses who had working experiences with night shifts for 6 months or more completed a pack of questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA with Scheffe test, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Factors including quality of sleep, job commitment, and wellness were identified. The quality of sleep score of the subject was 7.55(0-21), the job commitment was 20.17(7-35), and the wellness was 2.93(1-5). There was no significant in wellness according to general characteristics of subjects. The subjects' wellness had a significant negative correlation with quality of sleep(r=-0.31, p<0.001), and a significant positive correlation with job commitment(r=0.45, p<0.001). Regression analysis to identify factors affecting the wellness of night shift nurses showed that job commitment was the most significant factor (p<0.001), followed by quality of sleep(p=0.049). In the regression analysis, quality of sleep and job commitment were significant predictors and explained 21.9%(p<0.001) of wellness. Conclusions: Results of this study have suggested that job commitment and quality of sleep were significantly related to nurses' wellness in medium and small-sized hospitals. Therefore, there is a needed to develop a program with an enhancement of job commitment and a strategy of improving quality of sleep.
