        생리신호를 기반으로 한 자동 감성 평가 전문가 시스템의 개발

        The purpose of this study was to develop an automatic expert system for the evaluation of human sensibility, where human sensibility can be inferred from objective physiological signals. The study aim was also to develop an algorithm in which human arousal and pleasant level can be judged by using measured physiological signals. Fuzzy theory was applied for mathematical handling of the ambiguity related to evaluation of human sensibility. and the degree of belonging to a certain sensibility dimension was quantified by membership function through which the sensibility evaluation was able to be done. Determining membership function was achieved using results from a physiological signal database of arousal/relaxation and pleasant/unpleasant that was generated from imagination. To induce one final result (arousal and pleasant level) based on measuring the results of more than 2 physiological signals and the membership function of each physiological signal. Dempster-Shafer's rule of combination in evidence was applied, through which the final arousal and pleasant level was inferred.

        The Clustering Threshold Image Processing Technique in fMRI

        핵자기 공명 뇌기능 영상에서 상관관계를 이용한 데이터 해석기법이 많이 사용되고 있다. 이 논문에서 새롭게 제안된 CLT 기법은 상관관계(CCT)를 이용한 기법을 변화시켜서, 이 CCT기법의 단점을 보완하고자 하였다. CLT기법은 다음의 두 단계로 이루어진다. 첫째, 잡음을 포함한 CCT기법의 상관계수결과로 부터 잡음은 제거하고 실제 자극반응 픽셀들은 추출한다. 둘째, 이산적인 분포를 가지는 반응 픽셀들을 두 가지의 선별법으로 군집을 이루도록 한다. 이 CLT기법을 이용해서 실제 자극에 반응하는 픽셀들은 서로 모이게 하였고, 잡음에 기인한 오류의 픽셀들은 제거 되어질 수 있었다. 본 논문에서 제안된 CLT기법은 기존의 다른 기법에 비해 여러 잇점이 있고, 특히 잡음에 강한 특성이 있다. The correlation technique has been widely used in ctRl data processing. The proposed CLT (clus- tering threshold) technique is a modified CCT (correlation coefficient threshold) technique and has many advantages compared with the conventional CCT technique. The CLT technique is explained by the following two steps. First, once the correlation coefficient map above the proper TH value is obtained using the CCT technique which is discrete and includes splash noise data, then the spurious pixels are rejected and the real neural activity pixels extracted using an nxn matrix box. Second, a clustering operation is performed by the two correction rules. The real neuronal activated pixels can be clustered and the false spurious pixels can be suppressed by the proposed CLT technique. The proposed CLT technique used in the post processing in ctRl has advantages over other existing techniques. It is especially proved to be robust in noisy environment.

        디지타이저를 이용한 실시간 주관적 감성 평가 시스템

        Conventionally the subjective assessment for measuring the human sensibility is always performed after an experiment or a stimulus is terminated. This aftermath method can not. exactly, reflect the human sensibility which is produced at the moment of the presentation of the stimulus. In the present study, a new real-time subjective assessment system is developed. The system is composed of two parts: the sensibility input part and the sensibility evaluation part. The sensibility input part gets the values, which are recorded on the input board using pen-mouse, from the evaluation of each subject on his/her own subjective sensibility for the stimulus. The sensibility evaluation part displays the level of the pleasantness and arousal on one and two dimension in real time. An experiment on the design of the input board that any subject can easily and exactly evaluates one's own sensibility is also included in this study. The system can be used for evaluating the human subjective sensibility in real time, and, also, can be applied to other subjective assessment tests that require real time evaluation.

        시각자극에 대한 실시간 및 비 실시간 주관적 평가와 생리반응과의 상관관계

        The purpose of this study was to approve the capability of human sensibility evaluation based on physiological responses and real-time subjective assessments. Three well-trained healthy human subjects were participated in the experiments. We measured physiological responses such as Heart Rate Variability(HRV), Galvanic Skin Response(GSR) and skin temperature under rest and visual stimulation conditions, respectively. Off-time subjective assessments were recorded before and after visual stimulations. Real-time subjective assessments were recorded during visual stimulations. The results of physiological responses and off-time and real-time subjective assessments were quantified and compared. The results showed that the correlation between physiological responses and real-time subjective assessments was high (83%) for both the positive and negative visual stimulation. The correlation between the physiological responses and off-time subjective assessments was high (83%) for the negative visual stimulation but was low (15%) for the positive visual stimulation. Although the current observation is preliminary and requires more careful experimental study, it appears that the correlation between real-time subjective assessment and physiological responses is higher than that of the off-time subjective assessment and physiological responses.

        상상으로 유발된 감성 변화에 관한 연구

        In this study, emotion changes were induced by four imaginations- pleasantness, unpleasantness, arousal, relaxation and it was examined using subjective evaluation and analysis of the physiological signals of the central and autonomic nerve systems whether the intended emotions were appropriately achieved, and whether these emotion changes could be distinguished from the analysis of physiological signals. Each of the four imaginations was implemented on 32 subjects for 30 seconds, while that Electroencephalogram (EEG), Eelectrocardiogram (RSP) were measured, and a subjective evaluation was implemented following the completion of the measurement. The analysis of the subjective evaluation revealed that the subjects underwent the four clearly differentiated imaginations, and the pleasantness level was classified into four imagination stages, pleasantness>relaxation>arousal=comfort>unpleasantness, and arousal level was classified into four imagination stages in the order of arousal>unpleasantness${\approx}$pleasantness>comfort>relaxation. The analysis of the EEG revealed that three stages of pleasantness level, pleasantness>relaxation=arousal=comfort>unpleasantness were classified from the values of ${\alpha}/{\alpha}+{\beta}\;and\;{\beta}/{\alpha}+{\beta}$, and about tour distinguishable stages of arousal level were obtained from the autonomic nervous system responses following the order of arousal>unpleasantness${\approx}$pleasantness> comfort> relaxation. It was found that intended emotion could be induced from the imagination, and these induced emotion changes could be differentiated using the physiological signals of the EEG and autonomic nervous system.

        X선에 노출된 보리의 생장과 엽록소 측정

        The purpose of this study is to measure of growth and chlorophyl in barley exposed by X-ray. Barley seed was soaked 24h duration in water, then was classified into two group; pre-seed germination group (Pre-G) or post-seed germination group (Post-G). Also, divided as control subgroup and experimental subgroup(10Gy, 20Gy, 30Gy) in each group. Experimental subgroups were exposed by X-ray using linear accelerator (Clinac IS, VERIAN, USA). Expose condition was 6 MV X-ray, SSD 100 cm, 18×10 cm, 600 MU/min. Length was measured every day for 10 days and 10th day for weight. Chlorophyl was analyzed using spectrophotometer(uv-1800, shimadzu, japan) in l0th day. Data analysis was performed using SPSS ver 22.0(Chicago, IL, USA), ANOVA test (Dunnett_T3) between control subgroup and experimental subgroup in group and Independent T-test between Pre-G and Post-G in subgroup. In Pre-G, length of barley was significantly difference between control and 30Gy in 4th day (4.3 vs. 1.5, p= 0.011). Length of 30Gy was statistical difference with control(10th day; 14.4 vs. 6.3, p < 0.01), and was not in 10Gy or 20Gy in all day. In experimental subgroup, length was shorter as increasing radiation dose. In Post-G, length of barley was not difference statistically between control and experimental subgroup in first day, but more difference between two subgroup with increasing duration after exposing. Length of experimental subgroup was shorter significantly compared with control in 10th day, and no significant difference between experimental subgroup. Density of chlorophyl was increasing with increasing radiation dose in Pre-G and Post-G. Chlorophyl density of control was lower than 30Gy; 0.26ppm in Pre-G, 0.29ppm in Post-G). Growth and chlorophyl of barley was effected by X-ray. It is expected to be used as basic data for future radiobiological research.

        주요 농작물 생산과정에서의 탄소배출량 산정 및 무기화학비료의 기여도 분석

        본 연구를 통하여 우리나라 대표적인 농작물 47개의 탄소배출량을 산정하였다. 또한 농작물 생산 시 주요 요소로 투입되는 무기화학비료의 기여도 분석을 통하여 무기화학 비료가 차지하는 탄소배출량을 정확하게 파악하였다. 농작물 중 시설감귤의 탄소배출량이 5.78E+00 kg CO₂ eq. kg<SUP>-1</SUP> 으로 47개 작물 중 가장 높았으며 시설포도 4.61E+00 kg CO₂ eq. kg<SUP>-1</SUP>, 착색단고추 4.34E+00 kg CO₂ eq. kg<SUP>-1</SUP>, 인삼 4.23E+00 kg CO₂ eq. kg<SUP>-1</SUP>, 시설고추 4.04E+00 kg CO₂ eq. kg<SUP>-1</SUP> 순으로 나타났다. 다음으로 농작물 1 kg 생산 시 발생하는 탄소배출량 중 무기화학비료의 기여도는 생산단계, 사용단계를 모두 포함하여 평균 25.19%를 차지하는 것으로 분석되었다. 정부의 정책, 정부 및 기업의 연구 개발을 통한 고품질 저탄소 비료 생산·보급과 같은 노력이 함께 이루어진다면 농업분야의 온실가스 감축에 큰 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다. Korea is currently underway research to estimate carbon footprint in agriculture centered on the RDA (Rural Development Administration). This study was estimated carbon footprint for major 47 crops. In addition, contribution of inorganic chemical fertilizers, main elements for production of crops were analyzed. The carbon footprint of 5.78E+00 kg CO₂ eq. kg<SUP>-1</SUP> for citrus fruit in greenhouse was highest, grape in greenhouse, sweet pepper in greenhouse, ginseng, green pepper in greenhouse were followed by 4.61E+00 kg CO₂ eq. kg<SUP>-1</SUP>, 4.34E+00 kg CO₂ eq. kg<SUP>-1</SUP>, 4.23E+00 kg CO₂ eq. kg<SUP>-1</SUP>, 4.04E+00 kg CO₂ eq. kg<SUP>-1</SUP> respectively. Next, production phase contribution of inorganic chemical fertilizer to carbon footprint of crop 1 kg were analyzed mean value 1.88%, 9.06% for single fertilizers and complex fertilizers respectively. And use phase accounted for mean value 14.24%. Therefore, to reduce the fertilization of inorganic chemical fertilizer will be reduced CO₂ from crop production, also greenhouse gas emissions of agricultural sector will be reduced.
