본 연구의 목적은 베이비부머의 삶의 만족 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 역량이 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는지 탐구하고, 네트워크가 역량과 삶의 만족 간 매개효과가 있는지를 실증분석 하였다. 주요 분석 결과는 대인관계역량과 개인역량은 네트워크에 직접적인 영향을 미치고, 네트워크를 매개로 삶의 만족에도 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 문제해결역량은 매개변수인 네트워크에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 따라서 이상의 분석결과를 바탕으로 베이비부머의 역량강화와 네트워크의 활성화를 통한 은퇴이후 삶의 만족 향상을 강화시켜줄 수 있는 다양한 방안들이 검토되어야 할 것이다. The intention of this research lies in verifying whether the capabilities have an influence in raising their satisfaction. The results were as follows. Personal inter social skills and personal capabilities had a direct influence on the networking, and also on life satisfaction (networking acting as a mediator). However, problem solving capabilities did not have a substantial influence on the networking (which here, works as a mediating variable). Therefore, according to the above results, various measures which may advance life satisfaction by using the networking as mediator should be reviewed.

사회적기업가 정신, 네트워크, 사회적기업 성과간의 인과관계 탐구

본 연구는 사회적기업가 정신이 사회적기업 성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 이 두 변수 사이에서 공식적 네트워크와 비공식적 네트워크가 매개변수로 기능을 하는지를 확인함으로써 사회적기업의 성과 향상을 위한 이론적·실천적 함의를 도출하려는 목적을 달성하기 위해 수행된 실증적 연구이다. 먼저 선행연구 고찰을 통해 변수들 간의 영향관계를 설명하는 연구모형을 구축하였으며, 사회적기업 종사자를 대상으로 편의표집을 통해 수집된 자료를 사용하여 구조방정식모형의 검증 등의 통계분석을 실시하였다. 주요 분석결과, 사회적기업가 정신이 높을수록 공식적 네트워크의 수준은 높았으나 비공식적 네트워크의 수준은 낮았다. 사회적기업 성과 간의 관계에서 비공식적 네트워크가 아닌공식적 네트워크가 매개 효과가 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 연구결과를 바탕으로 사회적기업 성과 향상을 위한 공식적 네트워크의 활용에 관한 전략의 필요성이 제기된다. In this study, not only aims at understanding the cause-and-effect relationship between variables such as social entrepreneur spirit, official network, unofficial network, and result of employees working within social enterprises, but also, this is an empirical study performed to derive practical and theoretical implications of raising result of social enterprises based on the aforementioned variables. Social entrepreneur spirit when tied up with official network, rather than with unofficial network, has a larger influence on the result of social enterprises. Therefore, building strategy on enforcing the expansion of official network will help social enterprises raise their result.
