본 연구의 목적은 연령별 현대무용수들의 섭식장애와 골밀도와의 상관관계를 규명하는데 있다. 147명의 현대무용수(예술고등학교 학생 50명, 대학생 50명, 직업 무용수 50명)가 본 연구에 참여하였다. 섭식장애의 경향을 관찰하기 위하여 eating disorder inventory-3(Garner, 2004) 설문지를 이용하였고, 정량적 초음파(Quantitative Ultrasonography)를 이용하여 골밀도를 측정하였고, WHO의 가이드라인에 따라 정상군(T-score>-0.99)와 골소공증군(T-score -0.1과 -0.25사이)으로 집단을 분류하였다. 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 직교회전에 의한 요인분석, 연령, 체중, 경력, 월경의 규칙, 불규칙 여부, 초경 연령을 통제한 공변량 분산분석을 통하여 통계적 유의성을 검증하였다. 모든 통계적인 절차는 SPSS(12.0)을 이용하였다. 현대무용전공자들에 있어서 세 집단 간에 성숙도에 대한 요인에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 또한 신체불만족과 감정조절, 식사행동, 감정조절과 식사행동, 골밀도는 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연령별 현대무용수들을 대상으로 골밀도와 섭식장애와의 관계를 보다 명확하게 규명하기 위해서는 국내에서 뿐만 아니라 해외에서도 전문 현대무용수들이나 다른 전공자들을 고려한 다각적인 연구가 수반된다면 보다 긍정적인 연구결과를 기대할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the association of bone mineral density and eating disorder in modern dancers. 147 dancers (50 arts high school students, 50 university students and 47 professional dancers) were participated in this study. The tendency of eating disorder observed by eating disorder inventory-3 questionnaire(Garner, 2004). Bone mineral density was measured by Quantitative Ultrasonography(QUS), and participants were classified as normal (T-score>-0.99) and osteopenia (T-score between -0.1 and -0.25) following WHO guidelines. Statistical analysis in Frequency analysis, Reliability analysis, Factor analysis(varimax), One-way Analysis of Covariance(ANOVA), were performed with adjustment of age, weight, career, regular or irregular of menstrual period, and age at menarche. All statistical procedures were performed by SPSS(Ver 12.0) windows. Maturity among the groups of modern dancers is shown to be significantly different(p<.05). However, body dissatisfaction, emotional control, eating behavior, and bone mineral density are acknowledging no define difference.
유산소 운동과 Glycemic Index가 젊은여성의 건강체력, 대사적 지수 및 골밀도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of aerobic exercise and supplementation of different glycemic index values of carbohydrate on the body composition including fat mass(FM), percent fat(%fat), body mass index(BMI), and waist-hip-ratio (WHR), health-related physical fitness including back strength, sit-up, trunk flexion, and Harvard step test, and metabolic indices including leptin, blood glucose, and insulin and bone mineral density in young female adults. 22 young female adults were participated in this study and classified as a two groups by High glycemic index group(HGI, n=12), and low glycemic index group(LGI, n=10). They performed aerobic walking programs on treadmill for 8 weeks. Health-related physical fitness was determined by measuring back strength, sit-up, trunk flexion and Harvard step test, and body composition was measured by Bioelectric Impedance Analysis(BIA). Blood leptin, blood glucose, blood insulin were measured before and 8 weeks of the program treatment. There was a significant difference on bone mineral density but there were no significant differences on body composition, health-related physical fitness, and metabolic indices between two groups. Blood leptin was significantly associated with flexibility(r=-0.37), FM(r=0.56), % fat(r=0.44), LBM(r=0.41), WHR(r=0.38), BMI(r=0.39), blood glucose(r=0.35), and insulin(r=0.30). In conclusion, aerobic exercise program and supplementation of different GI carbohydrate for 8 weeks affect on bone mineral density but don't affect on health-related physical fitness, metabolic indices in young females. Leptin significantly associated with flexibility, fat mass, percent fat, LBM, WHR, BMI, blood glucose, and insulin in young females.

The tendency of eating disorder observed by eating disorder inventory questionnaire(Garner, 2004). Bone mineral density was measured by Quantitative Ultrasonography(QUS), and participants were classified as normal (T-score > -0.99) and osteopenia (T-score between -0.1 and -2.5) following WHO guidelines. Statistical analysis in Frequency analysis, Reliability analysis, Factor analysis(varimax), Analysis of Covariance(ANCOVA), were performed with adjustment of age, weight, career, regular or irregular of menstrual period, and age at menarche. All statistical procedures were performed by SPSS(Ver 12.0) windows. There were significant differences on body shape control, and self control between normal and osteopenia (p<.05), but there were no significant differences on emotional control, diet control, the concept of life, the relationship, responsibility for family, and satisfaction for myself between two groups. In conclusion, bone mineral density may be partly affected on eating disorder in ballet dancers.
석회암 내 방사상 발파균열을 예측하기 위한 동적파괴과정 해석법의 입력물성 결정법에 관한 연구

최근 채석장 및 광산의 파쇄설비로부터 발생되는 소음 및 분진에 의한 민원과 환경적인 문제가 대두되고 있으며, 이러한 파쇄설비를 지하공동으로 옮기는 사례가 증가하고 있다. 파쇄설비 및 가공시설을 갱내에 설치하기 위해서는 넓은 공간의 굴착이 이루어져야 하고, 대형공동 주변암반의 안정성이 확보되어야 한다. 지하공동주변암반의 안정성은 굴착 시공 시 발생되는 굴착손상영역과 밀접한 관계가 있어, 최종파단면을 형성시키는 최외곽 발파공에 대한 정밀한 설계가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 석회석 지하광산에서 대형공동 및 영구갱도 굴착시 발생 가능한 발파균열길이 및 손상영역을 예측하기 위한 수치해석기법을 제안하였다. 먼저 석회암블록에 대한 발파실험을 수행하고 발생된 인장균열수 및 길이를 분석하여, 동적파괴과정해석코드의 주요 입력변수인 평균 미시적 인장강도를 결정하였다. Recently, complaints or environmental problems caused by the noise and dust generated from crusher of the mine and quarry are emerging . Therefore mining facilities such as crushers and mills have been installed in an underground. In order to facilitate crusher equipments in the underground, excavation of large space is required and then the stability of the large space underground structure is an important issue. In this study, the blast experiments, which use a block of the limestone, are performed. Based on the blast experiments, the numerical model was prepared and simulated using dynamic fracture process analysis code(DFPA) with considering the rising time of applied borehole pressure and microscopic tensile strength variation. Comparing the non-dimensional crack length and no-dimensional tensile strength obtained from blast experiments and numerical analyses, the input parameters of DFPA code for predicting a radial tensile crack in limestone blasting were determined.
