Purpose: This study was conducted to analyze the effects of operating site verification and timeout performance rate for protocol application for the purpose of decreasing medical malpractice and improving patient safety circumstances. Methods: The research design was a single group posttest design. The protocol was performed for over three months. Total 2.536 cases of surgery in D University hospital operating room were analyzed using computerized program. Results: The results showed that the performance rate of the operating site, verification was 70.49% on the first month, 78.24% on the second month, and 92.01% on the third month after applying the protocol. And the performance rate of the timeout was increased from 61.91% on the first month to 87.94% on the third month. Conclusion: The results suggest that operating site verification and timeout protocol is effective and can be recommended to use as a operating room protocol to prevent wrong site errors of patient during operation.

충청지방 혼례복식 연구

본 연구는 우리 민족 고유의 전통을 보존하고 계승, 발전시켜 나가기 위하여 충청지역에서 관습적으로 행해졌던 전통혼례의 혼례복을 체계적으로 분류하고 그 형태를 고찰하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구방법은 문헌조사와 충청도지역의 박물관, 향토민속자료관 등에 소장된 유물 그리고 개인소장자를 방문하여 면담조사 하였다. 조사 자료는 조선 말기부터 1960년대에 걸쳐 사용되어온 민간혼례복을 대상으로 하였다. 그 동안의 연구과정에서, 혼례복 관련 문헌에 언급되고 있지 않은 점이 있다는 것을 발견하였다. 예를 들면, 혼례복이란 혼례 시 입는 겉옷을 일컬으며, 계절과 무관하고, 여자에게 있어 혼례복은 초혼복을 말한다는 점이다. 충청지방의 혼례복은 동네에서 공동으로 사용하는 마을공용과 일가·친척이 사용할 수 있도록 가문에서 마련해 두고 사용하는 집안공용 혼례복이 있었다. 혼례복의 특징은 첫째, 맞춤옷이 아니고 기성복이며, 일반 옷보다 치수가 크고 넉넉하였다. 그러므로 사람의 키나 몸집에 관계없이 크거나 적어도 그냥 입었다. 둘째, 신랑 옷은 서민의 경우, 빈부에 관계없이 입었고, 신부의 경우는 빈부에 따라 옷과 장신구가 달랐다. 혼례복의 그 형태적 유형은 크게 신랑복식과 신부복식으로 나누어지고 다시 의복과 장신구로 나눌 수 있다. 신랑복식의 의복은 사모 관복 목화가 있으며, 장신구로는 각대가 있다. 신부복식의 의복은 화관, 족두리, 활옷, 원삼, 꽃신이 있고, 장신구로 비녀, 댕기, 대대가 있다. 충청지방 혼례복식의 형태는 왕실 혼례복에 준하여 유사하거나 덜 화려하였다. 이는 혼례 자체가 규범이고 혼례복은 국정혼례복으로서 전국이 정형화 되어 있기 때문이며, 충청지방은 서울 경기의 영향권이었으므로 더욱 그러한 것으로 사료된다. 연구과정에서 발견된 특이점은 혼례복 속에 입는 모시 적삼이 `시원하게 시집살이가 잘 풀리라`는 의미가 있다는 것이 일률적이나, 이는 혼례 일의 긴장과 낯선 환경에서 예상되는 체온 상승에 따른 대처방안일 가능성이 더 크다는 점이다. This study was conducted based on the idea of aiming at succeeding to and developing our own national tradition by classifying systematically the traditional wedding clothes dressed in ChungCheong province, and finding out their characteristics. There are two kinds of wedding dress; one is used for family and the other is for villagers in ChungCheong province. The characteristics of the wedding dress is a ready-made one whose size is larger and baggier than the ordinary one. The dress bridegroom`s dress is to be worn regardless of their status, and bride`s dress and ornaments according to the rich and the poor. In the process of study, the fact that traditional wedding had been standardized was found. As wedding costumes are nationally-designated one, and are in the same category across the nation, it is meaningless in itself to find out the characteristics of typical pattern in a certain province. It can be said that a lot of existing theses have made mistakes owing to the absence of exact concept on it * Wedding dress is considered as outer clothing wedded at wedding ceremony. * Wedding dress is unrelated to season. * For women, wedding dress regarded as the one used for the first marriage. 1.Classification of wedding costumes was indicated in mark. 2. Since wedding ceremony is standardized, it has a unilateral form nationwide. Thus, the difference depending on provinces means the change within the form of standardization. `Wedding dress in a district` should be dealt with according to the wedding tradition. 3. Wearing the unlined summer jacket made of ramie fabric has been generally thought to be helping women to have a comfortable life in the parents-in-law´s house without much difficulty. However, it seems more likely to be thought of as the means to lower the high temperature caused by stress and anxiety while spending long hours at the wedding, and as the revelation of mother`s deep consideration of her daughter as well.

동화를 통한 독서토의 활동이 유아의 어휘력 및 이해도에 미치는 영향

This study was to investigate the effect of nursery tale using reading discussion activities on young children s vocaburaly and comprehenson ability. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of nursery tale using reading discussion the vocaburaly and comprehenson ability of the early childhood. So the teacher of kindergarten spoke the nursery tale to the early children, then the teacher was willing to increase the vocaburaly and comprehenson of the nurseley. The results of this study were as follows. First, there were children of the experimental group increase vocaburary more than the control group. Second, there were children of the experimental group improve their comprehension of the nursery tale than the control group. In summary, this reacher found that though the experimental group participating the discussion and the control group not participating the discussion is not significand difference on pretest. on posttest the difference between both group is significant.

지능형 예매 시스템을 이용한 지역축제 관리시스템의 요구분석

오늘날의 지역축제는 역사적, 문화적, 지역적 특징을 기반으로 하여 기획된 다양한 축제가 지방 곳곳에서 개최되고 있다. 이에 따라 각 지방자치단체들은 지역경쟁력을 강화하고 활성화하기 위한 방안으로 지역축제를 적극 활용하고 있다. 우리나라의 지역축제 중에도 그 지역의 문화컨텐츠와 상관없이 획일화된 축제내용과 진행, 홍보 노력의 부족 등으로 축제의 가치를 발휘하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 오늘날 대부분의 축제 예매 관리시스템이 현장예매와 인터넷으로만 이루어지고 있는 단점을 보완하여 지방자치단체나 백화점, 대형마트 등에서도 홍보 및 예매를 할 수 있도록 지능형 예매 시스템을 구현하기 위한 요구분석 내용을 기술한다.

데이터마이닝 기법을 이용한 축제 만족도 평가에 미치는 영향 분석

엑스포(EXPO)란 국제적인 규모와 체제를 갖추어 개최되는 박람회를 뜻하며 인류 상호간의 이해와 복지향상, 인류의 비전 제시를 목적으로 이루어지는 박람회로 일반 무역박람회와 구분된다. 즉 엑스포는 참가국의 국가종합홍보를 위한 세계적 규모의 경제·문화 올림픽이라 할 수 있다. 국내에서 개최된 2012 여수 세계박람회는 ‘살아있는 바다, 숨쉬는 연안(The Living Ocean and Coast)’이라는 주제로 93일간 국가가 주관하여 개최되었다. 바다와 인간의 소통을 위한 탈 산업시대의 새로운 해양시민상 (Seatizen)을 제시하고 사람, 바다 그리고 연안이 함께하는 박람회를 목표로 하였다. 본 논문에서는 2012 여수 세계박람회의 방문객들을 대상으로 축제 만족도 평가에 미치는 영향 요인들을 조사하고, 만족도가 높은 요인들을 파악함으로써 향후 축제 만족도 평가 시 예측 가능하도록 데이터마이닝 기법을 이용하여 축제 만족도 평가에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다.

수술실 간호사의 팀워크 강화 실행연구

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to improve the teamwork of nurses in an operating room using action research and to identify the effect of that. Methods: This study performed two cycles of planning, performing, evaluating and reflecting to improve the teamwork through individual and group interviews. The participants were nine peri-operative nurses working in a general hospital in Daegu, Korea. Results: The two cycles of this action research were performed successfully with active participation of the participants. The results of this study showed decreased error rate of nurse's record in the operating room and increased official announcement of new information. The error rate of nurse's record in the operating room has decreased and the official announcement of new information has increased in the first and second round compared with the former periods. In the final phase of this research, the participants reflected positive experiences such as self- confidence, stability in doing jobs and shared feeling with the colleagues. Conclusions: This study showed that the action research was useful to improve the teamwork of nurses in an operating room especially in solving the problems affecting teamwork of the nurses.

분산 데이터베이스 환경에서의 MPP 통합검색시스템 설계 및 구현

인터넷 쇼핑몰을 통하여 사용자들은 다양한 상품의 구입과 유통정보시스템의 구축으로 복합적이고, 차별화된 전략을 통해 소비패턴의 큰 변화를 가져왔다. 이러한 추세는 대형마트를 중심으로 확산되었고, 대형마트를 선호하고 구매력을 향상시키는 요인이 되었으며, 경제성장과 소득수준의 향상으로 사용자들의 욕구 또한 고급화되고 다양화되는데 큰 영향을 끼치고 있다. 이로 인하여 인터넷에서 처리되는 정보의 종류가 점차 확대되고 다양화되면서 정보를 처리하기 위한 구현기법도 복잡해지고 있으며, 웹사이트들은 단순히 정보제공 차원을 넘어서고 있다. 이에 따라 사용자들은 동적인 정보제공, 보안기능, 통계처리들의 기능도 요구하고 있다. 이러한 요구를 수용하기 위해서는 웹 자원을 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 시스템이 필요하다. 이러한 이유로 현재 대형마트별로 홈페이지가 구축되어 있어 사용자들이 원하는 생필품을 검색할 수 있으나, 어느 특정지역을 대상으로 통합하여 검색할 수 있는 시스템은 없는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 D 지역의 대형마트를 선정하여 사용자들이 주로 이용하는 생필품들의 가격을 조사하여 상품에 대한 가격을 웹상에서 보다 쉽게 비교하여 검색할 수 있도록 MPP(Mart Products Price) 통합 검색 시스템을 구현하였다.

전래놀이 동요 프로그램이 유아의 사회적 능력에 미치는 영향

Children's playing songs have been sung and enjoyed by children in their daily lives. By singing children's playing songs, they learn words, get acquaint with music as a musical language, and get familiar with the process of socialization as well. This research takes the approach that the proper understanding and affection for the Korean tradition that is prone to be disappeared can be made through the natural activity of children. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the program of traditional children's playing songs on young children's social competence. The research questions were as follows: First. What are the effects of the program of traditional children's playing songs on young children's social competence? The subjects of the study were 60 children consisted of 30 children of A kindergaten(the experimental group) and 30 children of B kindergaten(the comparison group) in K city. The data were collected by social competence questionnaire. The experimental group and the comparison group were provided daily lessons based on kindergaten curriculum but the experimental group was provided a programm of traditional play song. Each programactivity was a 30minutes lesson for8 weeks. Activity times were provided for the various activities of each characters. In order to analyze the collected date, which were also worked along with program. Analysis of data was applicable to mean, standard deviation, and th find out the statical significant differences between the scores of the pre-test and post-test, the date were analyzed by t-test and ANCOVA. The results of this study were summarized as follows: First. The program of traditional playing song s improved young children's social competence. There were differences in the development of social concern and participation competence between experimental and control group. There was no significant difference in the development of social competence to adapt the social rules between two groups. Traditional children's playing songs program is effective for the improvement of young children's emotional intelligence and social competence. So it must be used at our kindergarten's educational program.
