방한 중국인 관광객들의 관광지 선택속성 중요도 - 만족도 연구

본 연구는 방한 중국관광객을 대상으로 그 들이 관광지를 선택함에 있어 중요하다고 생각한 점과 실제 만족도와는 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 알아보기 위해 실시한 연구이다. 이 연구의 목적은 중국인 관광객들의 해외여행을 국내로 유치하기 위한 마케팅 기초자료를 제시하는데 있다고도 하겠다. 먼저, 관광지 선택속성에 대한 선행연구 검토를 통해 측정도구를 추출하여 중국인 관광객들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 음식 가격, 음식의 다양성, 숙박요금, 쇼핑가격, 여행비용 순으로 중요도와 만족도 간 차이가 크게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 중국인 관광객들이 대체적으로 비용에 있어 만족도가 떨어지는 것으로서 가격에 있어 차별화 마케팅이 필요하다고 여겨진다. 정부에서 추진하고 있는 중저가 숙박시설의 빠른 개선이 필요하다고 하겠다. IPA 결과 중요도는 높은데 만족도는 낮은 영역에 속하는 항목은 존재하지 않는 등 선행연구의 결과와 비슷한 양상을 보이고 있다. 특히, 현재 제주도의 경우 이국적인 자연경관으로 중국인 관광객들에게 지속적인 인기를 끌고 있어 중국 관광지와 차별화된 매력물을 개발하고 홍보할 필요가 있다는 것이 본 연구의 시사점이라 할 수 있다. 더불어 한정된 지역에 집중되는 중국관광객의 다양한 지역으로의 유치활동이 필요하다고 하겠다. The purpose of this study is to present basic data for the marketing to make the Chinese tourists traveling abroad into the Korea. First, we surveyed them by our own standard, which is reviewed from literature study on measurement standard, to determine favor of their attraction. As we analysis, It has significant differ of satisfaction and importance by order of analysis of food prices, the variety of food, lodging, shopping, prices, travel costs. These results are showing us, generally they are discontented by cost, so we are necessary to invent creative marketing plan at costs. For example, mid-priced accommodation prosecute by government will need a quick improvement. According to ISA result, non of the high priority area is rated low satisfaction, like showing similar results from previous studies. Specifically, The exotic scenery in Jeju Island is very constantly favored, so we have to make a attraction on Chinese tourists and promote it. And also, we need to attract the Chinese tourists evenly, which are concentrated in a local area.

여행업의 지식관리시스템 품질이 지식경영 프로세스 및 혁신성에 미치는 영향 연구

본 연구는 여행업의 지식관리시스템 품질이 지식경영 프로세스의 지식창출과 지식공유에 미치는 영향과 지식창출과 지식공유가 지식활용에 미치는 영향 및 지식활용이 혁신성에 미치는 영향관계를 실증연구 하고자 하였다. 지식관리시스템 품질은 ‘정보시스템 성공모델’을 토대로 시스템품질과 지식품질로 구성하였고, 지식경영 프로세스는 지식창출, 지식공유, 지식 활용으로 구성하였으며, 혁신성은 단일차원으로 구성하여 연구를 실행하였다. 실증연구를 위해 지식관리시스템을 설치하여 실제 사용하고 있는 여행사의 종사원을 대상으로 2018년 8월 16일부터 8월 20일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 250부의 설문지를 배포하여 238부가 수거되었고, 그중에 응답이 불성실한 27부는 제외하고 총 211부를 실증분석에 이용하였다. 가설검증 결과 지식관리시스템 품질의 구성요인인 시스템품질과 지식품질은 지식창출과 지식공유에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 지식창출과 지식공유는 지식활용에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 지식활용은 혁신성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 연구되었다. 따라서 여행업의 지식관리시스템의 시스템품질과 지식품질이 우수할수록 지식창출과 지식공유가 많아지고, 지식창출 과 지식공유가 많을수록 지식활용이 많아지며, 지식활용이 많을수록 혁신성이 높아진다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of knowledge management system quality of travel industry on knowledge creation and knowledge sharing, the effect of knowledge creation and knowledge sharing on knowledge utilization, and the effect of knowledge utilization on innovation. For the empirical study, the sample of the questionnaire of this study is the employee of the travel agency which is located in Seoul and is currently actively utilizing the knowledge management system. The survey was conducted from August 16 to August 20, 2018, and a total of 211 copies were used for empirical analysis. As a result of factor analysis, knowledge management system quality consists of system quality and knowledge quality. Knowledge management process consists of knowledge creation, knowledge sharing and knowledge utilization. Innovation is analyzed in a single dimension. As a result of hypothesis testing, system quality and knowledge quality have a significant influence on knowledge creation and knowledge sharing, knowledge creation and knowledge sharing have a significant influence on knowledge utilization, As well as Knowledge utilization has been studied to have a significant effect on innovation.

Looking into the phase of modern tourism in the Korean people's life, this study examined the development process, the movement of international tourism, and the future of tourism, Although the research method was descriptive, this study was a meaningful in viewing tourism and international tourism from a historic sociological viewpoint. First, the author reviewed a primary foctors making tourism to be possible and arraged the tourism history distinctively in relation to a social conditions of an age. Based on these process, this study reviewed the role of international tourism and also forecasted its future within the framework of worldwide system. The results will give a chance to identify extensive phase of tourism that was located in the important culture of present-day life.
