이 연구에서는 시큐리티산업에 종사하고 있는 경비원들에 대한 교육훈련제도의 문제점을 파악하고 이에 대한 개선방안을 제시함으로서 시큐리티산업에 대한 인식의 향상과 경제적인 성장, 즉 시큐리티산업의 질적 향상에 연구의 목적을 두고 있으며 다음과 같은 문제점과 개선방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 교육시간이 업무중요도에 비해 매우 적은 시간이라는 것이다. 그러기에 신임 교육 및 직무교육의 충분한 교육시간과 교육내용의 개선이 필요하다는 것이다. 둘째, 교육이 형식적인 교육으로 이루어지고 있다는 것이다. 그러기에 교육이 이루어질 때 산·학·관의 합동 관리 감독이 철저히 이루어져야 할 것이다. 셋째, 교육에 대한 평가가 전혀 이루어지지 않고 있다는 것이다. 그러기에 교육 후에는 교육에 대한 이해도와 업무투입의 가능여부에 대한 평가가 이루어져야 한다는 것이다. This The purpose of this study is to improve the awareness of security and security industry, and seek the economic growth, which is the qualitative improvement of security industry by examining education and training system for security guards working in security industry and presenting the improvement plans. The problems and improvement plans are proposed as follows. First, the training time was very little compared to the importance of this work. Thus, sufficient training time and improved training contents of the training for new personnel and the job training are required. Second, training was being made perfunctorily. Thus, when training is made, industrial-academic-governmental cooperative management and supervision should be made thoroughly. Third, assessment on training was not made at all. Thus, assessments on how much they understood and whether they could start working should be made.

민간경비원의 윤리의식과 조직유효성 및 고객지향성의 관계

Pupose: The validity and the ethics of private security guards and the organization aims to clarify the relationship between customer orientation. Methods: 2012 located in the metropolitan area population of workers set to private security companies, after using a stratified cluster random sampling method was used in the final analysis, the total number of cases to 355 people. The questionnaire used in this study was composed of a total of 42 items, SPSSWIN 18.0, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis was conducted. Questionnaire reliability, the Cronbach``s α values were 0.635 or higher. Conclusion: The conclusions are as follows. First, Another person, organization, and personal ethics, higher organizational commitment and job satisfaction is high. Second, Showed high customer service to meet customer needs and to meet another person, organization, and personal ethics a high. Third, Appeared to meet increasing customer needs, higher organizational commitment, higher job satisfaction and organizational commitment to customer service appeared to meet higher.

무도수련장의 서비스품질과 서비스만족 및 재등록의사에 관한 구조모형 분석

이 연구는 무도수련장의 수련생들을 대상으로 서비스품질과 서비스만족 및 재등록의사에 관한 연구모형을 설정하여 현실 적합도가 높은 모형을 도출하고, 모형에 포함된 변수들 간의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 그리고 2012년 대구·경남지역 소재 무도수련장에 다니고 있는 수련생들을 모집단으로 선정한 후 유의표집법(purposive sampling method)을 이용하여 392명의 표본을 추출하였으며 확인적 요인분석과 신뢰도분석을 통해 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 설문지의 타당도는 외생변수의 경우 .788, 내생변수의 경우 .559이 상으로 나타났다. 설문지의 신뢰도는 Cronbach’s α값이 .615이상으로 나타났다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 무도수련장의 서비스품질은 서비스만족에 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 무도수련장의 서비스품질은 재등록의사에 영향을 미치지 않는다. 셋째, 무도수련장의 서비스만족은 재등록의사에 영향을 미친다. This study has set up a research model related to service quality, service satisfaction and re-registration intentions targeting the trainees of martial arts training centers to derive a model with high realistic suitability and attempted to clarify the relationship between the variables included in the model. This study has extracted a sample of 392 people using purposive sampling method after selecting the trainees attending a martial arts training center located at Daegu and Gyeongsangnam-do area in 2012 as the population. In this study, validity and reliability have been verified through the confirmatory fact analysis and the reliability analysis. The validity of questionnaire was shown as .788 in case of exogenous variable and .559 in case of endogenous variable. The reliability of questionnaire has shown Cronbach``s α value of .615 or higher. The conclusions are as follows. First, the service quality of martial arts training centers has effect on the service quality. Second, the service quality of martial arts training centers does not have effect on the re-registration intentions. Third, the service quality of martial arts training centers has effect on the re-registration intentions.

배양 인체 피부 흑색종세포에 대한 제라늄오일의 항산화 활성 및 멜라닌 합성에 미치는 영향

For the purpose of searching for whitening resources using essential oil of herb, the antioxidative activity and melanogenesis of Geranium (Palargonium graveolens) oil were examined in cultured human skin melanoma cells (SK-MEL-3). the cell viability, superoxide dismutase (SOD)-like activity, inhibitory activity of lipid peroxidation, tyrosinase activity and total amount of melanin were measured by colorimetric assay. For this experiment, SK-MEL-3 cells were treated with the media containing 25~55 μU/mL, glucose oxidase (GO) for 4 hours, and assessed for the cytotoxicity. GO significantly decreased cell viability compared with control and XTT50 value was determined at 45 μU/mL of GO. In the antioxidative activity of Geranium oil, it showed SOD-like activity and the inhibitory activity of lipid peroxidation. While, in the melanogenesis of Geranium oil, Geranium oil significantly decreased the tyrosinase activity and total amount of melanin which were increased by GO-induced cytotoxicity. From these results, it is suggested that Geranium oil was effective in the protection of GO-induced cytotoxicity by antioxidative activity and inhibitory effect of melanogenesis. Finally, an essential oil such as Geranium oil may be a putative agent for the improvement of whitening effect.
