        그림설문지를 이용한 유아 대상 영양교육 효과 분석

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of the nutrition education on preschool children`s nutrition knowledge and behaviors. The study subjects were preschool children attending J kindergarten located in Wonju. Each of the control group and the education group consisted of 49 children and the education group was exposed to nutrition education while the control group did not. The nutrition education intervention lasted 9 weeks weekly basis. The t-test for the homogeneity of each group showed no meaningful difference at the beginning point of nutrition education. After nutrition education a test of nutrition knowledge using picture-questionnaire was carried out by the researcher for the subjects of education group and control group and the caretakers of the education group were offered self-administered questionnaire on the changes in children`s dietary behaviors. The results of the study were as follows: 1. Nutrition education intervention showed a meaningful difference in children`s understanding nutrition; the kinds and function of food, the relationship between food and body, the function of nutrients and enhanced their idea on hygiene compared to the control group (p < p.005). 2. However, nutrition education intervention made no statistically meaningful difference in children`s dietary behaviors such as having breakfast, keeping balanced diet, washing hands before meals, saying “thanks” before and after meals, cleaning the table after meals, brushing teeth after meals and so on. Therefore, we found that it is hard to expect children to correct their dietary behaviors in such a short period of 9 weeks and nutrition education for preschool children should be offered to caretakers at the same time.       • 일부 수원지역 임신부들의 임신적 비만도에 따른 임신후반기 식행동 분석

        이 연구는 임신전 비만도와 임신후반기의 식행동과의 관련성을 분석하여 비만 임산부의 올바른 영양관리를 위한 교육자료를 수집하고자 하는 목적으로 시도되었다. 임신전 비만도는 임신전의 체중과 키를 이용한 BMI값으로 결정하였고 입덧이 지난 23-26주 사이에 직접면접에 의한 설문조사를 실시하였으며 일일식이섭취를 24시간 회상법으로 조사하여 비만도와의 관련성을 분석하였다. 전체 조사대상 임신부들은 일일 평균 영양소 섭취량을 보면 인(mg) ㆍ 비타민A(RE) ㆍ 비타민 C(mg)는 권장량의 100% 이상 섭취하였으나 열량을 비롯하여 단백질, 칼슘, 철분, 비타민 B1, 비타민 B2, 나이아신은 권장량보다 훨씬 적게 섭취한 것으로 나타났다. 3대 영양소의 섭취 열량비율은 분석한 결과 수척군은 한국인 영양권장량에서 권장하는 3대 영양소 열량비율을 보였으나 비만군은 지질에서 얻는 열량이 상대적으로 높게 나타났으며 유의적으로 당질 섭취가 적었다. 비만군이 수척군과 정상군보다 육류 섭취시 지방을 제거하는 경향을 보였으며 식사속도는 비만할수록 빠른 경향과 결식율도 높았다. 또한 비만군에서 신생아 출생체중도 유의하게 높았으나 비만할수록 임신기간 중 체중증가량은 유의하게 적게 증가한 것으로 분석되었다. 콜레스테롤과 섬유소, 비타민 A 섭취량도 비만군에서 유의적으로 적었다. This study investigated the pre-pregnancy BMI related with dietary behavior. It's propose is to find solution of dietary methods to improve the obesity of pregnanct women. All the subjects were 78 cases in the pregnant had not any diseases and were 20∼40 years. The survey method was investigated with structured questionnaire and 24 hour recall method used with the Food Model. 24 hour recall method was investigated of only one day of 23-26 weeks the first visited after decreased in hyperemesis because the intake of meals is to normal in post-pregnancy. 24 hour recall data were analyzed to using the Can-Pro software. Height of pregnant women were measured in 23-26 weeks and weight of them were measured at visited in the hospital. BMI (Body Mass Index) was calculated to weight of pre-pregnancy. Dietary habits and attitudes were included overeating, Eating speed, snack, intake of animal fats, intake of carbonated beverages, preference of cooking methods, preference of sugar foods, preference of sodium foods, preference of spice foods and preference of fatty foods. Women history was included the number of total pregnancy. The questionnaire of physical and psychic stress were investigated using national health survey of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs. As a result of this study is following. It was analyzed to BMI of pre-pregnancy related with intake of nutrients. There were under weight group correctly intake of calorie ratios of the three macro nutrients in Recommend Dietary Allowances for Korean, but over weight group were the highest intake of calorie ratios of fat than other groups. Also they tend to remove animal fat than others were. Eating speed was the fastest in over weight groups, besides neonatal weights increased significantly in over weight groups. But weight gains were the lowest in over weight groups. In all the subjects, intake ratios of phosporus (mg), vitamin A (RE), vitamin C (mg) was above a hundred percent of the recommend allowances, but calorie, protein, calcium, iron, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, and niacin was very below of the recommend daily allowance.
