본 논문은 인터넷과 데이터베이스를 이용한 온라인/오프라인 통합 야외 조명시설 관리 시스템의 개발하고, 제어함과 조명등을 위한 데이터베이스의 구축에 관하여 연구한 내용이다. 또한 연구 결과물의 효용성을 높이기 위해 기존에 사용하는 양식을 기초로 개발하여 새로운 시스템의 적용 시 적응이 용이하도록 하였다. 따라서 온라인/오프라인 통합 야외 조명시설 관리를 통하여 조명시설 정보의 효과적인 운용이 가능하도록 개발하였으며, 이 시스템을 통하여 인력 및 유지보수비를 줄이는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This paper concerns developing an integrated online/offline light facility management system using internet and building a database system for control box and street light. Also, we designed the system to minimize the disparity with the conventional management system by referring to an old management ledger format. Thus, the proposed method may enable the system manager to administer the light facility efficiently and to reduce the manpower and maintenance cost, economically.

효율적인 온라인/오프라인 가로등시설 관리를 위한 데이터베이스 시스템에 관한 연구

본 논문은 조명시설 관리에 따른 유형을 파악하고 이에 맞는 관리 모델을 제안하며, 각 관리 모델에 적합한 온라인/오프라인 조명시설 관리 시스템의 개발에 관하여 연구한 내용이다. 또한 연구 결과물의 효용성을 높이기 위해 실제 사용하는 양식을 기초로 개발하여 새로운 시스템의 적용시 적응이 용이하도록 하였다. 제안된 관리 모델에 따른 온라인/오프라인 조명시설 제어를 통하여 조명시설 정보의 효과적인 운용이 가능하게 하였으며, 인력 및 유지보 수비를 줄이는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This paper concerns estimating a desired signal in a multipath environment using linearly constrained array processor with master-slave type array processing and spatial smoothing method in GSM system. In computer simulation, it is shown that the spatial smoothing approach performs better than the master-slave type array processing while both methods perform better than linearly constrained array processing with respect to SINR and BER performances. 본 논문은 GSM 시스템의 다경로 환경에서 선형 제약형 어레이 처리기를 이용하여 주종형 어레이 처리와 공간 유화 방법으로 원하는 신호를 추정하는 성능에 대하여 논한다. SINR과 BER 성능에서 주종형 어레이 처리방법과 공간유화 방법이 선형 제약형 어레이 처리방법보다 우수한 반면, 공간 유화 방법의 성능이 주종형 어레이 처리기 보다 더 나은 것으로 나타났다.

In this paper, A web-based server system was developed based on PDA(Personal Digital Assistants) for controlling and managing light facilities on-line with wireless communication efficiently. The control box of current light facilities may be implemented based on simple operational function. The operational quality of the light facilities will be efficiently improved with some practical advantages such as reduction of required facility, manpower and time in managing the lights and control boxes by using the popular PDA. 본 논문은 조명시설을 효과적으로 제어 관리를 위하여 휴대용 개인 단말기를 통하여 On-Line으로 작업이 가능한 Web서버의 개발에 관하여 연구하였다. 현재 조명시설의 제어는 단순한 기능에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구를 통하여 개발된 결과물을 통하여 대중화된 휴대용 개인 단말기를 이용하여 실시간으로 조명시설을 효율적으로 제어 및 관리함으로써 경제적, 인력적인 면에서 효과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다.

변혁적 리더십과 직무성과와의 관계에서 자기효능감 매개효과 연구

본 연구의 목적은 패밀리 레스토랑 종사원이 지각하는 상사의 변혁적 리더십이 직무성과에 미치는 영향관계를 규명하고, 자기효능감의 매개효과를 규명하고자 하였다. 설문조사는 2014년 2월 3일부터 23일까지 수행하였으며, 총 350부 중에서 316부를 SPSS 18.0을 활용, 매개효과분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 변혁적 리더십 요인은 카리스마, 개별고려, 지적자극, 분발고취이며, 직무성과에 미치는 영향관계는 모두 유의한 정(+)의 관계를 보였다. 둘째, 변혁적 리더십과 직무성과와의 영향관계에서 자기 효능감의 매개효과 검증 결과 카리스마, 지적자극, 분발고취 요인에서 자기효능감이 유의적인 매개역할을 하는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점으로는, 즐겁고 편안한 근무분위기 조성을 통한 자발적 참여를 유도하고 특정 업무를 수행할 수 있다는 자신감의 부여를 통해 직무성과를 창출하여 결과 및 피드백을 공유하고, 또 다시 새로운 성과를 찾아서 노력할 수 있는 여건을 직원들에게 심어주는 인사시스템을 구축하여야겠다. 한계점으로는 다양한 리더십 유형 및 직원의 고용형태에 따른 연구가 뒤따르면 더 나은 시사점을 제시할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of transformational leadership on job performance focused on the mediating effect of self-efficacy. The questionnaire was distributed from February 3rd to 23rd in 2014, of the 350 distributed questionnaire 316 copies were used in the analysis by moderating multiple regression method. The results of the study were as followed; Firstly, it was found that the factors of transformational leadership, charisma, intellectual stimulation, individual consideration, and inspiration motivation had significant influence on job performance. Secondly, the effect of the factors of transformational leadership, except individual consideration, on job performance was significant influence by mediating effect of self-efficacy. Based on these findings, this paper suggests implications that restaurants have employees feel free, pleasant atmosphere to work and conduct self-participation for organization. Limitations of the research such as lack of type of leadership and hiring condition are need to be discussed.
