        고등훈련기(T-50)의 시장지향적 수출 전략에 관한 연구

        This research investigates the export strategy for pioneering a new market of Advanced Pilot Trainer T-50, a business unit of KAI company, and increasing its market share. The export strategy is proposed based on the Corporate Marketing Model along with the market oriented concept. Specific sales strategies are extracted in consideration of product analysis, market analysis, and integration of product and target market. Therefore, six countries in Africa are selected as the primary target markets on account of their market potentials. In addition, T-50 is repositioned to 'T-50Af' as 'high price competitive and multi-role trainer.' The business implications include the expansion of the market in Africa and the pursuit of the consistent development and growth of T-50.

        보문 : 패션기업의 사회적 책임활동이 기업이미지와 구매의도에 미치는 영향

        This study examines the effect of corporate social responsibility on the corporate image and purchase intention. The data were obtained from 320 male and female ``C`` university students in Daejeon in October of 2010. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis using the SPSS-WIN 15.0 and AMOS 7.0 program. The results were as follows. First, corporate social responsibility consists of five dimensions: community/cultural service, social contribution, environmental protection, consumer protection/legal responsibility, and economic responsibility. Purchase intention consists of comparative purchase and priority purchase. Second, social contribution, consumer protection/legal responsibility, and economic responsibility affect the corporate image. Third, social contribution and consumer protection/legal responsibility also affect purchase intention. Forth, the corporate image affects purchase intention. The findings of this study are expected to be used as basic data for establishing differentiated marketing strategies in fashion company.

        영어교육 매체로서 트랜스미디어 스토리텔링 아카이브 구축을 위한 기초연구 : 학습자료 선정 및 구성을 중심으로

        This study investigated English learners’ and teachers’ opinions regarding learning materials which will be stored in the transmedia storytelling archive via questionnaire and interview. Seventy three Korean English learners and five English teachers participated in the study. The questionnaire data were analyzed on the subject of learner factors and media factors which were reclassified into several sub-factors. The interview data were analyzed in terms of teaching and learning areas, media choice and convenience of use. The research results are as follows: learners prefer movies, TV drama, and news scripts produced after 2010 as learning materials whereas teachers prefer movies, documentaries, and novels produced after 2000 as learning materials; learners think that learning materials applying transmedia storytelling techniques are effective in listening and speaking, whereas teachers think they are effective in all language areas; for both learners and teachers, the combination of two media, movies and novels, is most suitable for applying transmedia storytelling techniques; and in terms of convenience in using learning materials, learners mention that a teacher feedback is most necessary, while teachers mention that test materials and lesson plans are most necessary. Based on the research results, the selection and composition of learning materials to be stored in the transmedia storytelling archive were proposed.

        대학 실용영어 교재에 관한 학습자의 반응

        비서들이 업무를 수행하는데 가장 취약하다고 느끼거나 교육 요구도가 높은 것이 영어능력의 향상이고, 대부분의 비서과 교과과정에서 실용영어를 중심으로 영어교과목이 제공되고 있음에도 불구하고, 그 관심과 지원에 비하여, 실용영어 교육에 대한 연구는 매우 부족하다. 비서과에서 제공되는 영어 과목에서 한 번 선택된 교재가 다년간 사용되고, 또 수업시간에 교재에 대한 의존도가 매우 높은 현실을 볼 때, 교육목표에 부합되고 학습자가 선호하는 교재의 선택은 매우 중요하다. 교재 선택 시 고려되어야 할 사항이 무엇인지 파악하기 위하여 학습자의 교재에 대한 학습자의 선호도 파악이 중요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 전문대학 비서과에서 제공되고 있는 실용영어 교재에 관한 학습자의 요구를 파악하여 향후 교재의 선택과 개발에 고려되어야 할 사항을 제시하는 데 있다. 2년제 대학 비서학과에서 영어과목을 수강하고 있는 학생 101명을 대상으로 한 개방형 설문을 통한 사전조사를 먼저 실시하였다. 사전조사 결과를 근거로 작성된 구조화된 설문을 다시 2년제 대학 비서학과에서 영어과목을 수강하고 있는 424명을 대상으로 실시하여 전문대학 실용영어 교재들에 대한 (1) 학생들의 만족 이유, (2) 학생들의 불만족 이유, (3) 학생들이 선호하는 주제/소재, (4) 학생들이 선호하는 학습 활동, (5) 학생들이 선호하는 편집, 디자인, 학습자 지원을 파악하였다. 연구결과를 중심으로 실용영어 교재 선택 시 우선적으로 고려되어야 할 사항을 제안한다. The ability to effectively communicate in English is vital when working in organizations, especially for administrative assistants. With the emphasis on English skills, most administrative assistant majors enrolled in junior colleges are required to take practical English classes. In those English classes, the textbook plays key roles in both teaching and learning. The textbook provides a plan for teaching and a visible outline of what is covered in the class. In order to use the textbook systematically and flexibly, it is important to understand how it is constructed and how it can be adapted to meet the needs of particular learners. If any textbook is to meet the expectations of the students, a student needs analysis must be conducted prior to selecting the textbook. However, the research conducted on practical English textbooks for administrative assistants is scarce. The purpose of this study is to assess students' reactions towards practical English textbooks used in their current practical English classes. 101 students' responses to the open questionnaire and 424 students' responses to the structured questionnaire developed for the study were analyzed to discover: (1) reasons why they are satisfied with their textbooks; (2) reasons why they are dissatisfied with their textbooks; (3) preferred themes/topics; (4) preferred learning activities; and (5) preferred editing features, design elements, and supports. The implications are discussed based on the results obtained.

        레이저 치료 후 발생한 부작용 69예에 대한 고찰

        Background: During the past two decades, laser treatments have been increasingly performed by various personnel in Korea. However, as a result, adverse events related to laser treatments have also increased. Objective: This study aimed to characterize cutaneous adverse events associated with laser treatments in Korea and to consider feasible ways to minimize possible laser-associated adverse events. Methods: Adverse event reports after laser treatments were collected from the members of the Korean Dermatological Association. A retrospective analysis of clinical data was performed regarding the pre-treatment lesion, specific laser type applied, personnel who performed the procedure, and consequences in terms of treatmentrelated complications. Results: A total of 69 reported cases of adverse events associated with laser treatment were collected. The most frequently reported adverse event was postinflammatory dyspigmentation, followed by secondarily induced dermatological disease, treatment-inflicted burn, and residual scar. Conclusion: Both expected and unexpected adverse events occur after laser treatments. Most adverse events are not serious, but proper dermatological attention should be given to avoid complications. It should be noted that the safest and the most successful laser treatment can be provided only by qualified personnel. (Korean J Dermatol 2016;54(5):362∼367)

        암 환자의 혈장 Transforming Growth Factor-β1 농도

        한국인의 대표적인 성인 고형 종양인 위암, 간암, 유방암과 소아 백혈병 및 2종의 소아 고형 종양 환자로부터 혈장 transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) 농도를 sandwich ELISA 분석법을 이용해 측정함으로써 TGF-β1을 이 질환들에 대한 새로운 종양표지자 (tumor marker)로 사용할 수 있는지 검토하였다. 또한 연령 및 성별에 따른 혈장 TGF-β1 농도의 정상치를 조사하였다. 신생아에서 70대까지 혈장 TGF-β1 농도의 차이는 없었고 남녀간의 차이도 없었다. 위암 환자의 혈장 TGF-β1 농도는 16.0±6.8 ng/㎖ (평균±표준편차)로 정상 대조군의 TGF-β1 농도 (8.3±5.0 ng/㎖) 보다 유의하게 높았으나 간암, 유방암 환자의 혈장 TGF-β1 농도는 대조군과 차이가 없었다. 그리고 위암 환자 16명, 간암 환자 8명, 유방암 환자 7명 중 각각 7명 (43.7%), 1명 (12.5%), 1명 (14.3%)에서만 혈장 TGF-β1 농도가 증가되었다. 5명의 소아 백혈병 환자에서는 관해 (remission) 여부와 상관없이 혈장 TGF-β1 농도가 모두 정상 범위에 있었으나 2명의 소아 고형암 환자에서는 종양 절제 전에는 혈장 TGF-β1 농도가 높았다가 절제 후 정상으로 떨어졌다. 결론적으로 1) 정상인의 혈장 TGF-β1 농도는 연령 및 성별에 따른 차이가 없다는 것을 알 수 있었고, 2) 성인 고형암인 위암, 간암, 유방암에서는 낮은 민감도로 인해 TGF-β1을 진단을 위한 선별 검사로 이용하기에는 부적절한 것으로 판단되었으며, 3) 정상 대조군보다 혈장 TGF-β1 농도가 높았던 위암 환자와 종양 절제 전후로 혈장 TGF-β1 농도가 민감하게 변했던 소아 고형암 환자에 대해서는 향후 표본 수를 늘려 부가적인 연구를 해야 할 것으로 사료된다. To evaluate the usefulness of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) as a new tumor marker, we determined the plasma TGF-β1 levels using sandwich ELISA assay in cancer patients. Patients with three most common adult cancers in Korea (stomach, liver and breast cancer) and children's cancers (leukemia and two kinds of solid tumor) were enrolled for the study. Furthermore, 39 individuals were subjected to age and sex-stratified plasma TGF-β1 analysis. No statistical difference was demonstrated with respect to age or sex. The mean plasma TGF-β1 level (16.0 ng/㎖) of stomach cancer patients was significantly higher than that (8.3 ng/㎖) of controls. However, there was no difference among the mean plasma TGF-β1 levels of liver, breast cancer patients and controls. Seven of 16 patients (43.7%) with stomach cancer, one of 8 (12.5%) with liver cancer, and one of 7 (14.3%) with breast cancer showed higher TGF-β1 levels compared to controls. Plasma TGF-β1 concentrations of five leukemic children remained in the normal range regardless of the remission state. In contrast, initial high TGF-β1 levels from two children with solid tumors returned to normal range on surgical resection of tumors. From the above results, we could conclude that plasma TGF-β1 levels of apparently healthy individuals seem to be rather constant irrespective of difference in age or sex, and the plasma TGF-β1 has the limited value as a screening test for the diagnosis of aforementioned adult cancers because of its low sensitivity. Finally, additional studies need to be pursed for the large number of stomach cancer and pediatric solid tumor patients in order to reach a secure conclusion on the usefulness of plasma TGF-β1 as a tumor marker in these patients.

        AHP를 이용한 복리후생 선호도에 대한 연구

        본 연구는 성별과 직급에 따라 법정외 복리후생 프로그램에 대한 선호도 차이가 있는지를 확인하기 위해서 부산·경남에 위치한 기업에 근무하는 직원들 32명을 대상으로 AHP 기법의 설문조사를 하여 얻은 자료를 바탕으로 실증분석을 수행하였다. 먼저 AHP 기법을 적용하여 각 개인의 법정외 복리후생 프로그램 12개에 대한 상대적 선호도를 계산한 후에, 이러한 각 개인의 선호도가 응답자의 성별이나 직급에 따라 차이가 나는지를 통계적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 법정외 복리후생 프로그램에 대한 선호도가 성별에 따라서는 상당히 다르게 나타났지만, 직급에 따른 차이는 별로 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 남자 종업원과 여자 종업원의 선호도는 확실히 차이가 있는데, 남자 종업원은 사택, 임대주택과 같은 주거 프로그램에 대한 선호도가 상대적으로 높았고, 여자 종업원은 본인 교육비 지원, 세부분류-기타와 같은 기타 프로그램, 그리고 동호회 활동 지원에 대한 선호도가 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 주거 다음으로 두 번째로 선호도가 높은 프로그램인 의료·보건은 남녀간의 선호도 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 이론적, 실무적 의의, 한계점과 추후 연구방향에 대해 논의하였다. This study empirically investigates the preference of employee group among the employee benefit programs based on AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis of 32 questionnaires. Employee benefits are various non-wage compensations provided to employees in addition to their normal wages or salaries. On the results of the literature review, this study divides employee benefit programs into four main categories such as housing aid, healthcare aid, entertainment support, and other. Each category is also divided into three subcategories. AHP, which was developed by Saaty(1980), is used to analyze preference of employee among twelve employee benefit programs. This study also statistically analyzes the differences of preference among employee group. Employee group includes gender and rank of employee. Main findings are as follows. The most preferred category is housing aid, and the least preferred one is category-other program. However, there are considerable gender differences in the preference, while there are no distinct rank difference. Women employees prefer some programs such as own education support, entertainment group support, and subcategory-other program, while men employees prefer programs of housing aid category. Therefore, human resource(HR) managers need to design the employee benefit plan, which considers these gender differences in the preference. Finally, theoretical and managerial implications, limitations of this study, and future research directions are discussed.
