The greenhouse gas emission according to the energy consumption is the cause of global warming. With various climates, it is occurs the direct problems to ecosystem. The various studies are being to reduce the carbon dioxide, which accounts for more than 80% of the total greenhouse gas emissions. In this study, estimate the carbon usage using potential biomass extracted from forest type map according to land-use by satellite image, and estimate the amount of carbon dioxide, according to the energy consumption of urban area. The CO2 adsorption is extracted by the amount of forest based on the direct absorption of tree, the other used investigated value. The CO2 emission in Jecheon was 3,985,900 TCO2 by energy consumption. At the land cover classification, the forest is analyzed as 624,085ha and the farmland is 148,700ha. The carbon dioxide absorption was estimated at 1,834,850 Tons from analyzed forest. In case of farmland, it was also estimated at 706,658 Tons.
실시간요금제하에서 산업용 수용가의 부하제어알고리즘 개발

In real-time electricity price environment, the energy management system can provide the significant advantage to the residential, commercial and industrial customers since it can reduce the electricity charge by controlling the load operation effectively in response to time-varying price. However, the earlier studies for load management mainly focus on the residential and commercial customers except for the industrial customers because most of load operations in industrial sector are intimately related with production schedule. So, it is possible that the inappropriate control of loads in industrial sector causes huge economic loss. In this paper, therefore, we propose load control algorithm for factory energy management system(F-EMS) to achieve not only minimizing the electricity charges but also maintaining production efficiency by considering characteristics of load operation and production schedule. Considering characteristics of load operation and production schedule, the proposed load control algorithm can reflect the various characteristics of specific industrial customer and control their loads within the range that the production efficiency is maintained. Simulation results show that the proposed load control algorithm for F-EMS leads to significant reduction in the electricity charges and peak power in industrial sector.
초음파 탐지기의 효과적 활용을 위한 초음파 분석프로그램의 개발

휴대용 초음파 탐지기(Ultrasonic Detector)는 전기설비에서 발생하는 부분방전, 코로나, 아킹, 트래킹 등과 같 은 전기적 방전현상 탐지에 매유 유용하다. 그러나 초음파 탐지기는 측정음의 특성을 사용자가 듣고 판정함으로써 주 관적 반응에 의해 그 결과가 좌우되거나 정확히 판정하기 곤란하게 된다. 따라서 초음파 음의 특성을 구별할 수 있는 새로운 분석적 방법이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 초음파 탐지기에 의해 측정된 코로나, 아킹, 트래킹의 초음파 음을 시 각화 할 수 있는 초음파 분석프로그램을 개발하였다. 개발된 프로그램에 의한 분석적 방법을 사용함으로써 초음파 음 의 특성에 의존하던 기존의 방식보다 초음파 진단결과의 정확성을 높일 수 있게 된다. Portable ultrasonic detectors are useful for detection of electrical discharge phenomena like as partial discharge, corona, arching and tracking occurring in an electric system. But the general potable ultrasonic detectors have drawbacks that the results are under the influence subjective reaction of users and it is difficult to determine the type of problem by listening to sound properties and estimate results. So a new analysis method distinguishing ultrasonic characteristics is required. This paper presented ultrasonic wave analysis program to visualize ultrasonic sound of corona, arching and tracking measured by ultrasonic detector. While depending on sound properties alone can be subjective, by incorporating analytical method using the developed program, users are able to increase the accuracy of their ultrasonic diagnosis results.

일놀이와 글쓰기로 가꾸는 책읽기는 독서와 독서교육, 독서지도를 풍요롭게 하는 실천이다. 영상매체와 스마트폰이 정보를 검색하고 취합하는 도구가 되며 과거의 책이 지닌 기능은 빠르게 대체되고 있다. 굳이 책을 보지 않아도 사는데 지장 없는 디지털 사회로 바뀌고 있다. 초등과정에서 자유롭게 통합교과를 구성하는 대안교육 현장이라는 특성을 살려 독서를 모든 교과와 연결하고 있으며, 마음을 살찌우는 독서로 몸과 마음이 건강한 사람으로 키워가는 교육을 실천하며, 입시와 경쟁의 교육체제에서 벗어나 독서의 즐거움에 주목하고, 일놀이 교육과 글쓰기 교육으로 아이들 삶을 가꾸는 교과통합으로서 독서를 교육과정의 바탕으로 삼는 작은학교의 일놀이와 독서교육을 살펴보았다. 가장 좋은 독서 교육은 독서 환경을 구축하고, 어른이 모범을 보일 때 가능하다. 작은 학교의 독서 교육이 지닌 한계는 있지만 어린이 마음을 살찌우는 독서교육을 위해 애써 온 어린이도서연구회의 교육 실천을 학교의 중요한 교육과정으로 삼고, 모든 교과의 바탕으로 책읽기를 배치한 교육 현장의 보기라는데 뜻이 있겠다. Reading education, cultivated through work and writing, is a practice that enriches reading, reading education, and reading instruction. Video media and smartphones become tools for searching and collecting information, and the functions of old books are rapidly being replaced. It is changing into a digital society where people can live without having to read books. I looked at work and reading education in small schools that take reading as the basis of the curriculum as a curriculum integration that makes children’s lives through work and writing education. By taking advantage of the characteristics of an alternative education field that freely composes an integrated curriculum in the elementary school, Malgeunsam School connects reading with all subjects, and practices education that nurtures people with healthy body and mind through reading that strengthens the strength of the mind. It pays attention to the joy of reading outside the educational system of entrance examinations and competition. The best reading education is possible when a reading environment is established and an adult sets an example. Although there are limitations of reading education in small schools, it is an example of an educational field in which the children’s book research group, which has been striving for reading education to enrich children’s hearts, is an important educational curriculum of the school, and reading is arranged based on all subjects. It has a meaning.
Detection and Location of Cable Fault Using Improved SSTDR

This paper proposes an improved spread spectrum time domain reflectometry (ISSTDR) using time-frequency correlation and reference signal elimination method in order to have more accurate fault determination and location detection than conventional (SSTDR) despite increased signal attenuation due to the long distance to cable fault location. The proposed method has a two-step process: the first step is to detect a peak location of the reference signal using time-frequency correlation analysis, and the second step is to detect a peak location of the correlation coefficient of the reflected signal by removing the reference signal. The proposed method was validated through comparison with existing SSTDR methods in open-and short-circuit fault detection experiments of low voltage power cables. The experimental results showed that the proposed method can detect correlation coefficients at fault locations accurately despite reflected signal attenuation so that cable faults can be detected more accurately and clearly in comparison to existing methods.
