        호텔 브랜드 개성이 확장 브랜드에 미치는 영향 -소비자 지식의 조절효과-

        The objective of this paper is to identify the difference relation to adoption and preventing factors according to the characteristic of hotels, types of department, and the type of outsourcings for the introduction of outsourcing in hotel industry. method of survey was applied, more specifically a questionnaire survey was used. The departmental managers and senior executives of large, medium-sized hotels in seoul were sampled as the subject, and 58 copies of questionnaire survey paper were given out to them. And as an analysis method for the collected questionnaires through the survey, SPSS for Windows version 13.0 statistical package, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, T-test, Mann-Whitney test, and Kendall`s W test were performed. The major findings were as follows: First, types(back office, house keeping) of department have nothing to do with adoption and preventing factors of hotel outsourcing. Second, it turns out that types of hotel outsourcing have a bit effect on adoption and preventing factors of hotel outsourcing.

        리조트 방문객 관점에서 리조트 ESG 활동의 중요성이 기업신뢰 및 고객행동의도 간의 관계

        From a marketing perspective, this study aims to identify major factors for eco-friendly management and social responsibility of resorts, as well as governance, to determine how they affect corporate trust perceived by customers and their behavioral intentions. As for the survey for the study, an online survey was conducted, and only those in their 20s or older were designated as respondents. Additionally, we have enhanced the quality of our responses through an additional explanation of ESG. 156 copies of the collected questionnaire were used for analysis. As a result of the study, it was found that environmental factors, social factors, and governance factors, which are factors of resort ESG management activities, all have a significant effect on corporate trust. In addition, corporate trust was found to have a significant effect on behavioral intention. In addition, in the relationship between resort ESG management activities and behavioral intention, environmental and social factors among resort ESG management activity factors were found to have a significant effect on behavioral intention. However, it was found that governance factors did not significantly affect behavioral intentions. As such, research results that companies' ESG management activities also affect consumer responses can contribute to improving awareness of the need and importance of companies to actively participate in ESG activities in the future. Now, companies' ESG activities are seen as useful management strategies that can have a positive impact on consumers as well as investors in terms of activities for long-term growth.

        Tourism Research 연구동향 분석 : 2011년~2020년 게재 논문을 중심으로

        본 연구는 관광산업연구에 기여한 한국관광산업학회의 학술지인 “Tourism Research”에 게재된 논문의 연구주제, 연구형식, 연구대상, 분석방법 등을 일목요연하게 정리해 봄으로 향후 관광산업 분야 연구의 기초자료 및 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 연구 기간은 Tourism Research가 등재후보지로 선정된 2011년부터 2020년 10월까지 학술지에 게재된 논문을 분석하였다. 특히 많은 관광관련 학술지 중에서 Tourism Research를 선정한 이유는 한국관광학회 다음으로 역사가 오래 되었음에도 불구하고 등재후보지 선정년도가 늦기에 기존 연구현황과 동향을 조사하여 향후 체계적인 관광산업 관련 연구를 위한 새로운 관점을 제공하고자 한다. 연구결과, 첫째 연구주제를 호텔, 관광, 외식, 축제 및 이벤트, 카지노, 항공사, 학생, 기타로 나눠 살펴보았고 그 결과, 호텔·관광·외식 관련 연구가 게재된 논문의 약 70%를 차지하고 2018년부터 축제 및 이벤트, 카지노, 항공사, 학생 관련된 연구가 증가 되었고 뿐만 아니라 정성적 연구가 늘어나는 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 게재된 논문의 정량적 연구와 정성적 연구 편수를 조사한 결과 년도 별 차이 없이 정량적 연구가 전체 게재된 논문 수의85~95%를 차지하고 정성적 연구는 5~10%를 차지하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 셋째, 통계분석 기법을 조사한 결과, 가장 많이 사용하는 것은 회귀분석이지만 최근 통계 도구와 분석방법의 다양화·전문화로 고급통계분석법의 사용이 늘어나고 2019년을 기점으로 R를 활용한 빅데이터 분석 뿐만 아니라 키워드관계분석 등 다양한 분석 방법을 활용한 논문들이 게재되기 시작하였다 This study summarizes the research topics, types of research, subjects of research, and methods of analysis published in "Tourism Research," an academic journal of the Korea Tourism Industry Association that contributed to the research of the tourism industry. Based on this, we would like to provide basic data and implications for future research in the field of tourism. At this time, the research period analyzed the papers published in the journal from 2011 to October 2020 when Tourism Research was selected as a candidate for listing. In particular, the reason for selecting Tourism Research among many tourism-related journals is that it has a long history after the Korea Tourism Association. Also, the year of selection of candidates for the listing is late. So we are going to investigate the existing research status and trends of Tourism Research and provide a new perspective of systematic tourism industry research in the future. Based on this, Tourism Research aims to contribute to purely academic research. We also want to help support businesses in the industry and foster the government. In addition, I would like to contribute to practical research that can be used in practice.

        호텔리조트연구 동향분석

        The purpose of this study is to examine the developmental research project of hotel & resort based on the understanding of research trend regarding hotel & resort. Content analysis is used to examine 517 articles in Journal of Hotel & Resort published from 2003 to 2015. This study analyzed 5 subjects, the number of resort-related articles by year, the trends by subject, study subject by year, study method by year and the method of data analysis by year. In particular, it was divided into four parts(the hotel & resort part, food & beverage part, tourism part, etc) in the number of resort-related articles by year. And empirical studies using the type of questionnaire were reached higher than 80% in the study method by year. Academicians should continue to conduct research in these areas in an effort to provide industry practitioners with information which can be utilized in the operations. The current study provides comprehensive data regarding methodological trends for future research on resort.

        식생활 라이프스타일과 O2O서비스 품질이 만족과 행동의도에 미치는 영향 연구

        The purpose of this study is to understand the effects of food lifestyle types and service quality characteristics on satisfaction and behavioral intention. The results of analyzing the data of 272 people collected for this study are as follows. First, it was investigated that the health-seeking lifestyle type had a significant effect on security, which is a service quality characteristic. Second, it was investigated that the lifestyle type pursuing simplicity had a significant effect on convenience, efficiency, information, delivery food and packaging status, accuracy of delivery food, appearance of delivery staff, and knowledge. Third, it was investigated that the diversity-seeking lifestyle type had a significant effect on the appearance and knowledge of delivery staff. Fourth, it was investigated that the lifestyle type pursuing eating out had a significant effect on security. Fifth, it was investigated that the taste-seeking lifestyle type had a significant effect on manageability, efficiency, informativity, and accuracy of delivery food. Sixth, it was investigated that the lifestyle type pursued by manufacturing date had a significant effect on all service quality characteristics. Seventh, in terms of the effect of service quality characteristics on satisfaction, it was found that efficiency, delivery app information, security, delivery food, and packaging status affect satisfaction. Finally, it was investigated that satisfaction had a significant effect on the effect on behavioral intention.

        오토캠핑장 선택속성이 오토캠핑 제약요인과 재방문의도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 오토캠핑 유형 중의 하나인 차박과 일반적 오토캠핑카 이용객의 캠핑장 선택속성이 캠핑 제약요인과 재방문의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 연구하였다. 이를 위해 최근 1년간 캠핑 경험이 있는 이용객 317명을 대상으로 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰성 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 캠핑장 선택속성, 캠핑 제약요인 및 재방문의도 간의 관계를 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 캠핑장 선택속성이 제약요인에 미치는 영향을 다중회귀분석한 결과, 캠핑장 내 화장실, 샤워실, 개수대, 취사시설, 관리상태 등의 속성이 제대로 이루어지면 대인적 제약을 덜 받지만 캠핑장 내 직원, 홈페이지 운영, 예약시스템 등의 속성이 제대로 이루어지지 않으면 구조적 제약을 받게 된다. 이 외에도 캠핑객들은 운송수단의 불편함이나 시간의 제약 등을 중요시 하는 것으로 조사되었고 뿐만아니라 캠핑 방법, 시설의 불편함, 장비 부재, 정보 부족 등에서도 캠핑 참여의 제약요인으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 캠핑장의 선택속성이 재방문의도에 미치는 영향을 다중회귀분석한 결과, 캠핑장을 선택하는데 있어서 캠핑장의 규모, 캠핑사이트의 수, 캠핑사이트 간의 거리, 사이트 당사용 가능한 면적의 크기 등을 중요시 하는 이용객들은 이러한 속성에 만족할수록 재방문의도가 높을 것으로 조사되었다. 그리고 캠핑 제약요인이 캠핑장 이용고객의 재방문의도에 미치는 영향을 다중회 귀분석한 결과, 캠핑에 있어서 함께 갈 사람의 부재, 운송수단의 불편이나 없음, 시간의 부족 등은 캠핑장을 재방문하고자 하는 의도에 걸림돌 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of the study is to find out how camping site choice properties affect camping constraints and revisit intentions. To this end, 317 users with camping experience in the past year were surveyed. Using statistical techniques, SPSS/PC+WIN 21.0 and AMOS 18.0, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmative factor analysis, and reliability analysis were performed. We also conduct multiple regression analysis to analyze the relationship between camping site selection properties, camping constraints, and revisit intent. As a result, the camping site selection property has a statistically significant impact on camping constraints. In particular, among the camping site selection attributes, the use of camping sites has an impact on interpersonal constraints. And management facility factors have been investigated to affect structural factors. Furthermore, accessibility among camping site choice attributes has significant effects on interpersonal and structural constraints. As a result of investigating the impact of the camping site's choice on the intention of revisit, spatial factors among the camping site's choice properties affect the intention of revisit. Furthermore, as a result of investigating the impact of camping constraints on revisit intent, it was found that interpersonal and structural constraints of camping constraints affect revisit intent.

        호텔 블로그 특성이 블로그 이용자 태도와 참여의도 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향

        Nowadays, there are many blog users who use blogs to get information on hotels, so blog marketing is becoming more important. So the purpose of this study is to find out how the characteristics of the hotel-blog effect to customers' attitude, participation intention and purchasing intension. Above all, we methodically established the concept of Blog through experimental study and preceding research, found out how the characteristics of Blog effects consumers' attitude, participation intention and purchase intention of hotel products. The sample of this study was confined to the age over 20 and the survey was carried out by means of the convenience sampling method. The survey was carried out from April 6th to April 12th, 2016 and 187 questionnaires except for the invalid ones among total 250 ones were used for the analysis. Results from this study found that the evaluation factor on the blogs through internet has been classified into the detailed hypotheses having 5 factors such as intimacy, reliability, interactivity, economics and visibility. This study result will not only suggest a right direction of the information search to the bloggers visiting the hotel blog but also be used as the base line data for using effectively as the marketing means of the hotel enterprise.
