산불방지교육의 필요성에 대한 삼척지역주민들의 인식연구

본 연구에서는 강원도 삼척지역 주민들을 대상으로 산불방지교육의 필요성에 대한 지역주민들의 인식을 설문을 통해 분석하여 산불방지교육에 대한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 산불방지 안전점검 필요성 여부에 대하여는 "전혀 아니다", "아니다", "그저 그렇다"가 55명(61%)으로 안전점검 필요성에 대한 지역주민들의 인식은 낮은 것으로 조사되어 이에 대한 교육이 필요하다. 둘째, 산불 발생 시 산불진압법 인식 유무에 대해서는 "그저 그렇다", "아니다", "전혀 아니다"가 68명이 응답하여 전체의 75%를 차지하고 있는 것으로 볼 때 지역주민들은 산불발생시 산불진압법에 대해 인식이 낮은 것으로 조사되었다. 셋째, 집 주변 산불 발생 시 직접 진화 여부를 묻는 설문에서는 "매우 그렇다"와 "그렇다" 74명으로 전체의 81%의 비율을 차지하고 있는 것으로 볼 때 집주변 산불 발생 시 직접 진화하겠다는 인식이 높은 것으로 나타나 이에 대한 사전 산불진화 교육이 필요하다. 넷째, 산불 발생 시 대피요령 및 대처방법 인식 유무를 묻는 설문에서는 "매우 그렇다"와 "그렇다"는 20명이 응답하여 21%로 조사되었다. 이는 산불발생 시 응답자의 1/5만이 상황에 따른 적절한 대응이 가능한 것으로, 지역주민들 대부분이 대피요령 및 대처방법에 대한 인식이 낮은 것으로 나타나 이에 대한 교육이 필요하다. 다섯째, 향후 삼척시의 산불방지교육프로그램 구성 시 산불발생시 지역주민들에게 실질적인 도움이 될 수 있는 산불진압법, 산불발생시 대피요령 및 대처방법, 대피장소, 화상시 응급처치법, 소화기 사용법, 산불관련 법규 등을 고려하여 지역주민들의 의견을 반영해야 한다. 여섯째, 향후 삼척시의 산불방지교육 대상자 선정 시 산불담당 공무원, 산불감시원, 산불진화대 뿐만 아니라 장기적인 관점에서 교육대상을 확대하여 지역주민(영농종사자, 유치원, 초등ㆍ중ㆍ고등학생 등)을 포함시켜 조기교육을 실시하고, 지속적인 교육 및 홍보 관리가 필요하다. This study provids a basic resource for forest fire prevention education by analyzing through a survey on the awareness of local residents of Samcheok city, Gangwon province, regarding the need for forest fire prevention education, and the results of the study are as the following. First of all, in terms of the need for forest fire prevention safety checks, 55 respondents(61%) answered "Not at all", "Not so much", "So-so", which indicated that the awareness of the local residents is low and therefore education is needed. Second, in terms of whether being aware of forest fire fighting methods in case of a forest fire, seeing that 68 people responded "So-so" and "Not at all" which makes up 75%, it was researched that the local residents' awareness on forest fire fighting methods is low. Third, the answers to the question on whether directly fighting forest fires that occur near one's home, 44 replied "Very much(49%)" and 30 replied "Yes(32%)" which makes up a total of 81%(74 respondents) that answered they will fight the fire in person. Fourth, regarding the question asking if whether one knows how to evacuate in case of a forest fire, 20 people answered "Very much" and "Yes" making up 21%. This means that only 1/5 of the respondents are capable of carrying out the proper response measures in case of a forest fire, and so a forest fire evacuation training in accordance with each age group is needed. Fifth, when designing a forest fire prevention education program for Samcheok in the future, the local residents' opinions regarding practical helpful contents such as forest fire fighting methods, evacuation methods in case of forest fires, evacuation locations, first aid for burns, how to use fire extinguishers, forest fire related laws should be reflected. Sixth, when selecting trainees for future Samcheok forest fire education, not only government employees in charge of forest fires, forest rangers, and forest fire fighters, but also trainees should be expanded in a long-term perspective, and local residents should be included to manage and promote a continuous education process.

소방성 혈관종과 조직학적으로 유사한 소견을 보인 원발성 피부 상피양 혈관내피세포종

Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma is a rare vascular tumor of endothelial origin that commonly occurs in the deep soft tissue, bone, lung, and liver, although cutaneous forms have rarely been reported. Tufted angioma (TA) is a rare slowly progressive vascular lesion characterized by multiple capillary tufts with the characteristic “canon-ball” appearance scattered throughout the dermis. A 35-year-old male presented a single, 2.5×1.5 cm sized, purpuric mass on the back. A biopsy specimen showed multiple lobules composed of epithelioid endotheial cells with intracytoplasmic vacuoles in a hyalinized and myxoid stroma, and large dilated vessels. The tumor cells were positive for CD31, CD34, and factor VIII-related Antigen, and the crescent shaped dilated vessels were negative for D2-40. We could not find any metastatic lesions on radiologic examinations. The patient was diagnosed with primary cutaneous epithelioid hemangioendothelioma. Herein, we present a rare and interesting case of primary cutaneous epithelioid hemangioendothelioma resembling TA histopathologically. (Korean J Dermatol 2013;51(8):646∼650)

문맥 윈도우의 크기와 위치 변화를 이용한 한국어 기반 명사구 인식

한국어의 비재귀 명사구 즉 기반 명사구(baseNP)를 인식하는 알고리즘을 제시한다. 본 논문에서는 한 개의 주어진 학습 알고리즘에 대해 문맥 원도우의 크기와 문맥 원도우의 위치를 달리해 가면서 학습시킨다. 이러한 방법을 통해 서로 다른 정보를 바탕으로 한 기반 명사구 인식을 수행할 수 있으며, 그 결과 서로 다른 여러 개의 결과들을 생성할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이렇게 얻어진 여러 개의 인식 결과들을 적절한 방법으로 결합하여 한국어에서 91% 이상의 높은 기반명사구 인식 정확도를 얻어낼 수 있다. 15만 단어 규모의 국어정보베이스의 말뭉치를 사용했으며, 학습 알고리즘으로는 메모리 기반 학습 알고리즘(memory-based learning)을 이용하여 실험하였다.

Atypical junctional melanocytic hyperplasia is a rare condition with unknown etiology. It is characterized by focal atypical melanocytic proliferation limited in the basal layer. Although this lesion is difficult to separate from melanoma in situ (MIS), it could be distinguished from MIS by the lack of several features, including lateral spread, upward epidermal migration, marked cytologic atypia, finely granular smoky melanin pigment, mitotic figures, and a subjacent host inflammatory response. In one study, atypical junctional melanocytic hyperplasia was found in 6.2% (25/400) of otherwise normal intradermal nevi. However, to our knowledge, no case of atypical junctional melanocytic hyperplasia with intradermal nevus has ever been published in Korean dermatologic literatures. Herein, we report a rare and interesting case of atypical junctional melanocytic hyperplasia with intradermal nevus. (Korean J Dermatol 2012;50(12):1077∼1080)

Cryoglobulinemia, first described by Wintrobe and Buell in 1933, is characterized by the presence of serum immunoglobulins that precipitate below 37oC and that dissolve on rewarming. Although the actual mechanism of cryoprecipitation and the etiology of cryoglobulinemia remains obscure, it is frequently associated with other systemic diseases, such as hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection, multiple myeloma, Sjogren`s syndrome, B cell lymphoma, and systemic lupus erythematosus. No cases of cryoglobulinemia associated with B cell lymphoma have ever been published in the Korean medical literature, and few such cases have been reported in other countries. Herein, we report on a rare and interesting case of cryoglobulinemia developed in a patient with gastric diffuse large B cell lymphoma. (Korean J Dermatol 2011;49(12):1087~1092)

Syringoid eccrine carcinoma (SEC) is a rare adnexal tumor with some controversy surrounding its correct definition. It may also be difficult to differentiate from its benign counterpart (syringoma), other adnexal carcinomas, and cutaneous metastasis from adenocarcinomas. Histologically, the tumor is characterized by syringoma-like tadpole morphology composed of basaloid cells with ductular differentiation. However, the tumor cells are deeply invasive and often extend to subcutaneous tissue, which distinguishes this malignancy from syringoma. Moreover, the tumor cells may rarely show striking vacuolization due to intracytoplasmic glycogen accumulation, called clear cell syringoid eccrine carcinoma. To our knowledge, no case of clear cell SEC in Korea has ever been reported. Herein, we present a case of a SEC (of the clear cell variant) complemented with an immunohistochemical study, the latter revealing cytoplasmic accumulation of glycogen and the presence of intercellular and intracellular lumina in clear tumor cells, as well as diverse hallmarks of SEC.

원반모양홍반성루푸스 환자에서 발생한 백반증

Vitiligo has been associated with various disorders, including pernicious anemia, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, alopecia areata, and Addison`s disease. Discoid lupus erythematosus (DLE), the most common form of chronic cutaneous lupus erythematosus, is an autoimmune disease characterized by skin involvement. A 64-year-old man presented with multiple DLE lesions on the face and the neck, as well as photosensitive eczema on the nape of the neck. After treatment, the DLE lesions improved, but poliosis and several depigmented patches appeared on the vertex, the nape of the neck, and on the right hand. Few reports are available about the concurrence of DLE and vitiligo in other countries, and only one case, which showed coexisting systemic lupus erythematosus and vitiligo, has been reported in the Korean literature. The pathogenesis of concurrence of these two diseases has not been fully elucidated. Herein, we present a case of vitiligo that developed in a patient with DLE.
