        비대칭 이중곡률 스테인리스 원형강관 보-기둥의 좌굴내력에 관한 실험적 연구

        본 연구에서는 스테인리스 강관의 구조재로서 적용성 검토를 위해 편심 축하중을 받는 스테인리스 원형강관 보-기둥에 대한 좌굴강 도와 거동을 파악하고자 한다. 주요변수는 축력과 양단 비대칭 모멘트를 받는 이중곡률 보-기둥에 세장비(細長比)와 편심비(e/k)로 한 스테인리 스 원형강관의 최대내력 및 변형능력 등의 역학적 특성을 규명하며, 이론해석을 통한 실험값과 비교함으로서 스테인리스 강관 구조설계을 위한 기초 자료를 구하는데 그 목적이 있다. 실험결과를 해석결과와 비교해본 결과, 세장비 70의 편심비가 0인 시험체만이 낮고, 그 외 모든 시험체는 해석을 통한 M-P 상관곡선을 상회하는 결과를 보이나, 편심비가 작을수록 해석값에 근접하고 있어, 이론해석에서 적용한 세장비를 고려한 좌굴계수나 강도저감계수가 스테인리스 원형강관에 대해서는 별도의 값이 적용될 가능성이 있는 것으로 판단되며, 더 많은 실험에 의해 확증되어야 할 것이다. This study is a series of experimental investigations of the buckling strengths of eccentrically compressed, cold-formed, stainless-steel, circular, hollow-section beam columns. The principal parameters that were used in this study were the slenderness ratios (Lk/r = 30, 50, 70) and the magnitude of eccentricity e(one way: 0, 25, 50, 75, and 100mm: the other way: 0, 12.5, 25, 37.5, and 50mm) on the asymmetrical end-moment of a double curvature. The objectives of the study were to obtain the maximum loads through an experiment and to compare the experimental behaviors with the analysis results. The ultimate buckling strength of the square section members were evaluated using a numerical method, in accordance with the bending moment-axial force(M-P) interaction curves. The behavior of each specimen was displayed in the form of the strength-displacement and moment-angle(M-$\theta$) relationship.

        스테인리스강관과 일반구조용강관 단주내력 비교에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 스테인리스강관과 일반구조용강관의 비교를 통한 스테인리스 강관의 건축구조용 강재로서 적용성 검토를 위해, 폭(지름)-두께비, 단면형상을 주요 변수로 한 소재의 인장강도실험과 단주의 압축강도실험을 실시하여 소재의 기계적 성질과 단주의 강도 및 거동을 파악한다. 실험결과, 스테인리스강관은일반구조용 강관에 비해 인장내력, 항복비, 연신율, 에너지흡수능력 등이 월등히 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 항복내력 또한 KS규격 항복강도 $2.1tf/cm^2$ 나 일본 스테인리스설계기준강도 $2.4tf/cm^2$ 을 충분히 만족한 값으로 일반구조용 강판보다 더 높은 값을 보였다. 스테인리스 각형강관은 일반구조용 각형강관에 비해 폭-두께비의 제한값을 초과하는 경우에도 국부좌굴에 의한 급격한 내력저하 없이 연성적인 거동을 보이나 소성가공에 의한 영향은 폭-두께비가 증가하면서 더 많이 받는 것으로 나타났으며, 스테인리스 원형강관은 일반구조용 원형강관보다 지름-두께비가 증가함에 따라 국부좌굴과 소성가공의 영향을 더 적게 받는 것으로 나타났다. 소성변형능력 또한 일반구조용 강관에 비해 스테인리스 강관이 우수하게 나타났다. This study evaluate the characteristics of stainless steel for the use of stainless steel tubes as structural members. The strength of stainless steel tube was compared with that of steel tube stub-columns through tensile experiment and compressed experiment. The selected experimental parameters were diameter (width)-thickness and section shape. The results of tests showed that stainless steel tubes could be predicted as superior to steel tubes in terms of tensile strength, yield ratio, elongation percentage, and absorption ability of energy. The yield strength of stainless steel tubes were found to be higher than the Korean Standards ($Fy=2.1tf/cm^2$) and the design strength of SIJ-ASD($Fy=2.4tf/cm^2$). It was also higher then the yield strength of steel tubes. The plastic deformation of stainless steel tubes was found to beto that of steel tubes.

        중심압축하중을 받는 스테인리스 강관 기둥의 좌굴내력에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 스테인리스 각형강관 및 원형강관에 대한 좌굴내력에 관한 연구로서 건축구조용 강재로서의 적용성 검토를 위해, 세장비를 주요 변수로 한 소재의 인장강도실험과 stub-column의 압축강도실험, 기둥의 중심압축실험을 실시하여 강재의 기계적 성질과 기둥의 강도 및 거동을 파악한다. 또한 이론해석과 각국 기준식(AIK-LSD, AISC-LRFD, AIJ-LSD, SIJ-ASD) 및 복수강도곡선의 적용을 통한 이론값과 실험값을 비교함으로서 건축구조용 강재로서 적용성 검토와 구조설계기준 확립을 위한 기초 자료를 구하는데 목적이 있다. The maximum strength of the stainless steel square and the circular hollow section columns, which are cold-formed and TIG welded, is experimented on and analyzed. The paper presents centrally compressed experiments, including stub column tests and coupon tests, on stainless steel pipe columns. A total of 24 stainless steel pipe column experiments are conducted, using the slenderness ratios ($L_k/r$ = 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70) as parameters. The experimental results were compared with the design standard curves, AIK-LSD and AISC-LRFD, AIJ-LSD, SIJ-ASD curves, and multiple column curves.

The principal parameters in this study are slenderness ratios(Lk/r=30, 50, 70) and magnitude of eccentricity e(0, 25, 50, 75, 100㎜) for single-curvature asymmetrical end moment. Objectives of this study are to obtain the maximum loads by performing an experimental work and to compare the experimental behaviors with analytical results. The ultimate buckling strength of CHS members are evaluated by a numerical method for axial force-bending moment(P-M) interaction curves. The behavior of each specimen is displayed in the form of strength-displacement and moment-angle(M- θ) relationship. The numerically obtained ultimate buckling interaction curves of columns show a reasonably good agreement with the available experimental results for slenderness ratio 30, 50, 70. But experimental results for slenderness ratios 30(e/k=0) were below M-P interaction curve.

        This study presents centrally loaded experiments on cold-formed stainless steel and carbon steel circular hollow section<br/> columns. And attempts to experiment for the use of these stainless steel columns as structural compression members. An important<br/> part of the study is to investigate experimentally the mechanical properties and the strength of columns, which compared the<br/> stainless steel circular hollow section with the carbon steel circular hollow section. The paper presents compressed experiments on<br/> columns, including stub column tests and coupon tests. On the column experiments, a total 24 stainless steel and carbon steel<br/> column experiments are conducted, the slenderness ratios( λ=20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70) as parameter. The experimental results were<br/> compared with the multiple column curves, ECCS and SSRC.<br/> Test result showed that stainless steel circular hollow section columns could be predicted superior to strength and plastic<br/> deformation. And that can be applied to structural members with many benefits.
