        먹의 종류가 한지의 열화에 미치는 영향

        The Chinese ink is essential to not only past but also present to calligraphy, oriental printing and painting. However, the influence of the Chinese ink on the deterioration of Hanji is not fully understood yet. In this study, we used three kinds of Chinese ink: pine-burnt soot, oil-burnt soot ink-sticks, and a liquid type Chinese ink, and two kinds of Hanji: traditional and conventional products. And we prepared Hanji samples which were not only gelatin sizing and non-sizing but also Chinese ink application and non-application for the accelerated aging of wet thermal and UV irradiation. Changes in sample weight, color changes, folding endurance, and zero-span tensile strength were measured before and after accelerated aging. Basis weight increasing rate of which applied liquid type Chinese ink to Hanji was higher than other types. Color changes of samples were greater in conventional Hanji, gelatin sizing, pine-burnt soot application, and wet thermal aging. The decreasing rate of basis weight, folding endurance, and zero-span tensile strength on the gelatin sizing and liquid type Chinese ink application Hanji were greater than the others. Especially folding endurance reduction on the gelatin sizing Hanji by wet thermal aging was remarkable. Consequently, conventional Hanji, gelatin sizing, and liquid type Chinese ink application accelerated the deterioration of the Hanji.

        인천,대전지역 근로자의 직장구강검진 인식 및 만족도

        Workers. oral health is important to guarantee workers. right of health and increase productivity. The aim of this study was to investigate recognition and satisfaction of national oral examination for workers in Incheon and Daejeon. Three hundred seventy-nine workers who were selected by convenience cluster sampling answered the questionnaire about experience, recognition and satisfaction of national health examination and oral examination by self recording type. A total of 76.0 percent of the subjects had national health examination, and 51.7% had national oral examination. A total of 64.9 percent had experienced notice about national health examination from the company, and 28.2% about national oral examination. The subjects had high positive score about intention of treatment, dental scaling, and change of toothbrushing method depending on oral examination, need of national health and oral examination, and usefulness to one.s health through national health and oral examination. Office workers, regular workers, and the workers with monthly income more than 2 million won had more notice about national health and oral examination compared with sales and production workers, contract workers and the workers with monthly income less than 2 million won. We suggest institutional management of the notice about national oral examination be needed, especially for economically poor, or contract workers to increase the ratio to have national oral examination.

        옴니보어 관점에서 본 문화 이용권 사용실태 분석

        본 논문은 한국사회에서 계층의식의 문제를 제기하는 것을 시작으로 계층의식과 문화자본과의 연관성, 그리고 문화자본이 어떠한 방식으로 존재하는지를 살펴본다. 그 과정에서 옴니보어론이 한국사회에서 어떤 의미를 가지는지를 선행연구 분석을 통해 밝혀내고, 그러한 관점에 입각해서 기존의 문화 바우처와 현재의 통합문화이용권 사업을 비판적 시각으로 분석한다. 현재의 통합문화이용권 사업은 사회적 소외계층이 주관적으로 인식하는 계층의 상승을 통해 양극화 심화 현상을 문화적으로 완화시킬 수 있다는 중요성이 있음에도 불구하고 그 기능을 다하지 못하고 있음을 지적한다. 그러한 부족함을 보완하기 위한 방안으로 본 연구는 문화예술교육 정책과의 연계 강화와 기획프로그램의 확대를 제시한다. This study begins with noticing a problem of stratum consciousness in Korean society and continues to understand the correlation between stratum consciousness and cultural capital and how cultural capital exists. In the process, we have worked on what the theory of Omnivoire means in the Korean society from the literature review. Based on this perspective, this paper critically analyzed the current state of cultural voucher. Despite cultural voucher having the power to culturally mitigate the polarization by improving subjective stratum consciousness of the minority, it is not functioning well in our society. In order to overcome such shortcomings, this study suggests to reinforce the link with policies regarding education of art and culture.

        국내 유통 복령(Poria cocos)의 농약, 중금속, 방사선물질 및 회분 함량 조사 연구

        본 연구를 통해 국내 주요 한약재인 복령의 유해물질에 대한 안전성 확립과 허용기준치 설정의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 국내 유통 중인 복령 10건(국내산 5건, 중국산 5건)에 대한 잔류농약(321종), 중금속(7종), 방사능(3종), 회분 함량을 분석하였다. 잔류농약은 국내산 1건에서만 농약 성분인 cypermethrin 0.03 mg/kg이 검출되었으나 기준치 이하로 나타났다. cypermethrin은 과수 및 원예농업에서 해충 방제의 살충제로 사용되는 성분이다. 중금속은 Hg를 제외한 Zn, Pb, Ni, Cu, Hg, Cr가 모든 시료에서 검출됐지만 기준치 이하로 나타났다. Cd는 중국산 1건에서 0.011 mg/kg이 검출되었다. 방사능 농도도 모든 시료에서 MDA값 이하로 나타나 불검출 수준이었으며, 회분 함량도 모든 시료에서 기준치인 1.0% 이하로 나타났다. 이번 조사에서 국내에 유통 중인 복령의 유해물질에 대한 위해성은 안전하게 나타났다. 일반적으로 버섯류는 중금속 함량이 높다고 알려져 있다. 복령은 토양 속에서 생장하는 재배 특성상 유해물질에 항시 노출되어 있으므로 재배, 저장, 유통 등 생산단계 전반에 대한 지속적인 모니터링과 체계적인 관리기준 설정이 필요할 것으로 보인다. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data on the safety of Poria cocos, a major Korean herbal medicine, and to establish tolerance levels for hazardous substances. Residual pesticides (321 types), heavy metals (7 types), radioactivity (3 types), and ash content were analyzed in 10 Poria cocos products distributed in Korea (5 domestic and 5 in China). Of the residual pesticides, cypermethrin was detected at 0.03 mg/kg in one domestic sample and was below the standard value. Of the heavy metals, the levels of Zn, Pb, Ni, Cu, Hg, and Cr were below the standard values in all samples. Hg was not detected in any sample. Cd was detected at 0.011 mg/kg in one Chinese sample. The radioactivity concentration was also below the MDA value in all P. cocos samples. The ash content was less than the standard value of 1.0% in all P. cocos samples. The findings indicate that P. cocos distributed in Korea is safe. However, because P. cocos is always exposed to harmful substances because of the nature of its cultivation in the soil, it seems necessary to establish systematic management standards for the entire production stage, such as cultivation, storage, and distribution.

        국내 표고(Lentinula edodes) 주산지인 장흥지역에 적합한 국산 원목품종 선발

        본 연구에서는 원목재배용 표고(Lentinula edodes) 국산 품종에 대한 장흥지역에서 적합한 표고품종 선발을 위해 국내산 총 5개(천백고, 수향고, 백화향, 풍년고, 산조303호) 품종과 일본산 2개(모리290, 모리유지로) 품종을 선택하여 적합품종 선발을 위해 재배시험을 실시하였다. 생산량 조사결과 산조303호가 40.9 kg으로 모리290 39.2 kg, 모리유지로 37.7 kg 보다 우수한 생산량을 보였다. 표고의 품질은 백화향이 갓이 반구형으로 형태가 우수하였으며, 화고형으로 발생하는 특징을 가진 것으로 확인되었다. 기존 재배중인 일본산 품종과 발생특성이 유사하며 생산량이 우수한 산조303호와 고품질의 표고를 생산하는데 유리한 백화향이 장흥지역에서 적합한 국산 표고품종으로 선발하였다. In this study, to select suitable shiitake strains in Jangheung region for domestic strains of Lentinula edodes for log cultivation, a total of five different Korean strains(Chunbaegko, Sanjo 303ho, Poongnyunko, Baekhwahyang, Soohyangko) and two Japanese strains (Mori 290, Moriyujiro) were selected and a cultivation test was conducted to select suitable strains. As a result of the yield, Sanjo 303ho produced 40.9 kg, which was superior to 39.2 kg for Mori 290 and 37.7 kg for Moriyujiro. As for the quality characteristics, it was confirmed that Baekhwahyang had a hemispherical shape, and high quality fruit bodies. In conclusion, Sanjo 303ho, which has excellent production, and Baekhwahyang, which is advantageous for producing high-quality shiitake, were selected in Jangheung region for domestic strains.

        단보 : 광릉 활엽수림의 낙엽층 차단저류능 추정에 관하여

        In order to better understand the role of litter layer on hydrological cycle in forest, we estimated the interception storage capacity of the litter layer at Gwangneung deciduous forest. We first made a thickness map of the litter layer at the study site based on field survey and then collected representative litter samples for the laboratory experiment. We constructed a measurement device consisting of sample tray, drain collector, tipping bucket, and a data logger. Using this device, we examined the relationship between the interception storage capacity (Ci) and the thickness (d) of the litter layer. For the range of d from 25 to 100 mm, there was a simple linear relationship between C(i) and d, which changed with the intensity of the simulated rain. The results were extrapolated to d smaller than 25 mm by considering that no interception occurs without litter layer. Overall, C(i) increased rapidly when d was low (< 25 mm) but the rate of increase decreased as d increased due to clumping. With an average thickness of 59 mm, the estimated C(i) at the site was 0.94 (±0.39) mm. Such an interception storage capacity of the litter layer is comparable to that of the forest canopy, suggesting that the litter layer can play an important role in the forest water cycle.
