The purpose of this study is to develop the continuing education program for records managers. To reach the goal of this study, literature review and a survey was undertaken. Through literature review, essential knowledge areas of records manager were observed. The survey was also performed by 57 records managers in Korea to understand needs and satisfactions of the continuing education. In conclusion, this study suggested the continuing education program model including education contents, teaching methods, duration of lecture time, and lecturers etc. 본 연구는 레코드매니저의 계속교육 프로그램 개발을 목적으로 문헌연구와 설문조사를 중심으로 수행되었다. 문헌연구를 통해 레코드매니저가 갖추어야 할 필수적인 기록관리 지식범주를 살펴보았고, 설문조사를 통해 국내 기록물관리 전문요원 57명을 대상으로 계속교육에 대한 요구 및 만족도 등을 조사하였다. 문헌연구와 설문조사 결과를 토대로 레코드매니저를 위한 교육내용, 교육방법, 시간, 강사 등에 대한 구체적인 내용을 포함하는 계속교육 프로그램 모형을 제안하였다.
Salary Distribution and Team Outcome: The Comparison of MLB and KBO

The effect of salary distribution on output productivity within the workplace has long been a topic of interest in labor economics. The salary compression hypothesis emphasizes cohesiveness among workers. However, tournament theory suggests that salary inequality may lead to diminished incentive to work, thus reducing average productivity. Cooperation among players is important for sports teams but a superstar is also an important factor in obtaining great outcomes in the sports industry. This paper specifies empirical models of the production function with exogenous efficiency factors for a baseball team using stochastic frontier model. This study also addresses the different salary distribution effects with respect to workforce characteristics by comparing two different baseball leagues, Major League Baseball with the Korean Baseball League. This paper concludes that tournament salary hypothesis is supported in MLB but salary distribution seems less important in the KBO.

Nano?hybrid membranes made up using sulfonated (poly?arylene ether ketone) (SPAEK) and sulfonated graphene oxide (SGO) with various weight ratio i.e., 0.5, 1 and/or 1.5 wt % were fabricated with a traditional solvent casting approach and their appropriateness for the potential application of proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs) was probed. Structural characteristics of membranes were substantiated by 1H NMR, FT?IR, and XRD. The composite membranes revealed the outstanding thermal property with a primary weight drop at temperature of 200 °C, as proved by TGA analysis. TM?AFM images of composite membrane revealed the phase separated morphology of hydrophobic and hydrophilic regions, which afford the wide pathways for swift and easy conduction of protons. Additionally, integration of SGO dramatically raises the water absorption and consequently proton conductivity, whereas it decreases activation energy needed to transfer the protons via membrane. Proton conductivity value of 124 mS/cm was acquired using 1.5 wt % SGO/SPAEK composite membrane with a higher volume of water absorption i.e., 19%.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the quality of life of parents with children with developmental disabilities and to find ways to improve their quality of life. The subjects of this study were 231 parents with developmental disabilities, and 212 questionnaires were finally analyzed through the survey process. The results of the study are as follows. First, disability grade, occupation, and daily life performance were related to parent's quality of life. Second, the monthly average income, the number of leisure activities, the health status, and the degree of preparation for the old age were related to the quality of life of the parents. Third, the higher the family function and social support, the higher the quality of life of parents. Fourth, the higher the satisfaction of social services related to the developmental disabled, the higher the quality of life of parents. Based on these results, strategies for improving the quality of life of parents with developmental disabilities were suggested. 본 연구의 목적은 발달장애 자녀를 둔 부모의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하여 삶의 질 향상에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 연구대상은 발달장애인을 둔 부모 231명이었으며, 설문조사 과정을 통하여 최종적으로 212부를 통계 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자녀의 개인적 특성 중 장애등급, 직업유무, 그리고 일상생활수행능력은 부모의 삶의 질과 관련이 있었다. 둘째, 부모의 개인적 특성 중 월 평균 소득, 여가활동 횟수, 건강상태, 노후준비 정도는 부모의 삶의 질과 관련이 있었다. 셋째, 가족기능성과 사회적 지지가 높을수록 부모의 삶의 질은 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 발달장애인과 관련된 사회서비스의 만족도가 높을수록 부모의 삶의 질은 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 발달장애인 부모의 삶의 질 향상에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하였다.
국내 시장에서 유통되는 초오의 DNA 감별과 화학적 분석

Aconiti Kusnezoffii Tuber has been traditionally used to treat the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and joint pain. The main constituents are diterpenoid alkaloids such as benzoylmesaconine, benzoylaconine, mesaconitine, aconitine, and hypaconitine. In Korea, Aconiti Kusnezoffii Tuber is officially defined as the tubers of Aconitum kusnezoffii Reichb., A. ciliare Decasisne, and A. triphyllum Nakai. On the other hand, only the tuber of A. kusnezoffii is to be used in China. In order to identify the botanical origin of Aconiti Kusnezoffii Tuber circulated in Korea, we analyzed 24 samples of Aconiti Kusnezoffii Tuber obtained from local markets for comparative DNA analysis. The sequence analysis of nrRNA ITS 1 was useful to distinguish Aconitum species and revealed that the roots of A. karakolicum were circulated in Korean markets without discretion. HPLC quantitative analysis showed that aconitine was detected at the highest amount in A. karakolicum. Authentic diterpenoid alkaloids were coinjected for quantification of aconitine-type ingredients. All data were statistically grouped by Principal Component Analysis (PCA). This study suggests that both molecular and chemical analyses should be utilized for the standardization and the quality control for Aconiti Kusnezoffii Tuber.
