The main purpose of this study is to elucidate the morphological characteristics and genetic process of the low relief erosion surfaces which are distributed in the middle and southern districts of the Korean peninsular. The results obtained by this study are as follows. 1) The low level planation surfaces are distributed in the wide range in Yiichon, Yojoo, Pyongtaek, Seosan, Yesan, Tangjin, Iksan, Kimje, Kochang, Yechon, Youngju and Andong area. These planation surfaces have been dissected and formed undualating erosion surfaces or hilly planation surfaces of concordant surmmit level. 2) Almost of the low relief erosion surfaces are distributed in the granite area and their bedrocks are weathered deeply. The weathering mantles are estimated to be 20meters or more on average. Deposits are scarcely covered on the low relief erosion surfaces, except the gentle slopes or planation surfaces near piedmont. Judging from these facts, the low relief erosion surfaces are inferred to be formed by the differential weathering and denudation of granitic rocks, and fluvial erosion didn`t affect directly on the genetic processes of the low level erosion surfaces 3) The low relief erosion surfaces should be the relics of the previous denudation surfaces. This shall be interpreted that more flattened denudation surface had been existed before low level erosion surfaces being destroyed into undulating denudation surfaces. In Yechon area, main streams does not flow across low relief erosion surface, but flows along cut narrow valley developed in hilly mountains adjacent to it. This fact implies that there were no relations between development of the erosion surfaces by stripping of weathering mantles and the geomorphic process of a river flowing along the fault lines, tectolineament or joints.
소규모 필댐의 침투수 관리를 위한 감압정 효과에 대한 수치해석

감압정은 소규모 필댐과 같은 소규모 댐에서 침투수 관리에 효과가 있다고 보고되고 있지만 감압정의 효과에 대한 정량적인 연구는 드물고 설계기준 또한 전무한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 소규모 필댐의 침투수 처리 효과를 정량적으로 분석하고자 댐 제체와 기초지반의 조건에 따른 침투해석을 수행하여 침투수의 거동특성을 파악함으로써, 댐 제체 선단에 작용하는 양압력을 분석하였다. 감압정의 설치 여부에 따라 댐 하류부 제체 선단의 기초지반에 작용하는 양압력의 감소 효과를 분석하였으며, 분석결과 감압정은 기초지반에서 파이핑 및 제체 활동을 유발시킬 수 있는 간극수압을 저감시키는데 효과가 있는 것을 확인하였다. The relief wells have been studied to be effective in seepage control in small dams such as agricultural dams. However, quantitative studies on the effects of the relief well are rare and there is no design standard also. To quantitatively analyze the effects of the seepage control in small dams, the research of up-lift pressure influencing the toe of dam body was conducted by seepage analysis, which investigates the behavior characteristics, according to the conditions of dam and foundation. The effect of seepage control was studied by analyzing the reduction effect of up-lift pressure at foundation ground of the toe of downstream dam slope depending on the installation of the relief well. As a result, it was found that the relief wells are effective in reducing the pore water pressure in the foundation, which can cause piping and sliding failure.

본 연구에서는 한국 조선소 3개(대우조선해양, 삼성중공업, 현대중공업) 업체의 프로젝트관리부서(Project Management), 물류부서 및 구매부서 등을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였다. 30부의 설문지는 SPSS 21.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 조선 3사가 기대하는 제3자 물류업체(3PL)의 물류역량, 현재 물류역량 평가, 물류역량 인식의 차이와 원인을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 신뢰성을 바탕으로 한 서비스 제공을 가장 필요로 하는 물류역량이라고 인식하였다. 또한 안전관리 전문 인력의 보유 유무에 따라서 인식의 차이가 났다. 따라서 해양플랜트 제3자 물류업체는 물류비용 절감 노력뿐만 아니라, 응급 상황 대처 능력, 관리 노하우, 서비스 네트워크 등에 대한 역량을 강화해야 할 것이다. Purpose : The purpose of this study is to investigate the function and role of third party logistics (3PL) companies in offshore logistics. For this purpose, this study investigates how shipbuilders perceive the functions and the roles of 3PL. Research design, data, methodology : Establishing the concept of offshore logistics that requires expert knowledge, approaching offshore logistics through case studies, reviewing priorities of selection factors considered in selecting 3PL from 3 shipbuilding companies, and analyzing differences in recognition of logistics capability and the purpose of this study is to clarify the cause of the difference through questionnaires. Results : The results indicate that the difference of recognition, the ability to cope and resolve aggressively with customer requirements, which is a tangible logistics competence factor, showed the greatest difference, and second, there was a great difference in the presence of the safety management professionals. Conclusions : The findings in the paper suggest that the function and role of third party logistics (3PL) companies in offshore logistics.

The purpose of this paper is to find out the genetic process of the erosion basins in Korean peninsula through investigating distinctive features of their distribution and shapes. The conclusion of the study is as follows: a. Geologically, the erosion surfaces are, on the whole, distributed in the area of granite which is subject to subsurface-weathering compared to other rocks; however the mountains surrounding the basins are composed of metamorphic or sedimentary rocks which are more resistant against weathering than granite. b. For the relation between stream channel and a erosion basin, most of the erosion basin is developed where two streams are confluent or developed at the upstream of tributary streams. c. The plane shape of the erosion basins could be divided into two kinds: one is O-shaped basin where every side is surrounded by mountains; the other is U-shaped basin where three sides are surrounded by mountains but one side is open to the field. d. It is assumed that the cross section of the erosion basins are diverse in shape according to magnitude of the basin ; kind of rocks; height of mountains surrounding the basin ; shape of the slopes ; distribution of piedmont gentle slopes.
