학생 안전체험교육시설 구축을 위한 체험형 안전교육프로그램 도출 기초연구 - 「학교 안전교육 7대 표준안」을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 2015년 교육부에서 발표한 "학교 안전교육 7대 표준안"을 기준으로 학생 안전체험교육시설 구축을 위한 체험형 안전교육프로그램 도출을 목적으로 진행되었다. 이를 위해 안전체험교육시설의 개념을 조작적으로 정의하였고, "학교 안전교육 7대 표준안"의 총 758차시에 대한 구성 체계 및 학습내용을 분석하여 7대 안전 분야별 전문가를 대상으로 2차에 걸쳐 전문가조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 1차 전문가 조사를 통해서는 총 758차시의 교육내용 중 체험형 안전교육프로그램을 총 150차시로 선정되었고, 선정된 프로그램의 타당성 검증을 위해 2차 전문가 조사를 델파이 기법을 통해 진행한 결과 총 5차시의 프로그램이 삭제되어 최종 145차로 결정되었다. 분야별 구체적인 프로그램 차시는 생활안전 분야 21차시, 교통안전 분야 22차시, 폭력 신변안전 분야 18차시, 약물 사이버중독 분야 5차시, 재난안전 분야 36차시, 직업안전 분야 10차시, 응급처치 분야 33차시로 선정되었다. This study was conducted to extract the student-centered experiential safety education activities in order to establish safety-experience-education-facilities based on "School safety education 7 standards" announced by the Ministry of Education in 2015. For this purpose, we established the concept of safety-experience-education-facilities, and conducted surveys twice targeting experts of each 7 fields based on the learned results of 758 sessions through "School safety education 7 standards". First, through the surveys, it was organized by 150 sessions out of 758 education class that extracted from safety-education-program sessions on experts, conducted a second expert survey for the validation of selected educational programs in Delphi format, the result of 5 sessions of the program is deleted, and 145 sessions was surveyed to be maintained. It was ascertained that 145 sessions of education program, 21 sessions of life safety area, 22 sessions of traffic safety area, 18 sessions of violence and personal safety area, 5 sessions of drugs and cyber addiction area, 36 sessions of disaster safety area, 10 sessions of occupation safety area, 33 sessions of first-aid area, is the experiential safety education activities that have to be applied to the safety-experience-education-facilities.
토끼의 하악골에서 β-TCP와 rhBMP-2의 골형성 효과에 대한 형태계측학적 연구

Introduction: This study was to assess the effectiveness of new bone formation and regeneration by using a rhBMP-2 and β-TCP as a carrier in rabbits’mandible. Materials and Methods: The mandibles of 36 rabbits were exposed and cortical bone was penetrated for this study. The experimental subjects were divided into 3 groups each 12 rabbits ; control group, experimental group 1, and experimental group 2. Control group had the defect itself without any treatment, in the experimental group 1, β-TCP only was grafted, and in the experimental group 2, rhBMP-2 soaked in β-TCP was grafted. The rabbits were sacrificed after 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8weeks, and new bone formation area was examined and measured for bone quantitative and qualitative analysis with light, fluorescent and polarized microscopy. Results: In the experimental group 1, new bone formation from the adjacent host bone was made by osteoconduction, and in the experimental group 2, direct new bone formation by osteoinduction of rhBMP-2 as well as new bone formation by osteoconduction of β-TCP were observed. Conclusion: rhBMP-2 of experimental group 2 is very effective in the bone formation in early 2weeks and bone remodelling from 3weeks
