대학생의 자살사고 관련 요인 연구 : 스트레스, 삶의 이유, 삶의 의미, 실존적 안녕을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 20대의 사망원인의 1위를 차지하는 자살의 문제에 대해 영향을 주는 요인을 분석하여 상담에서 자살을 예방하기 위한 합리적인 방법을 모색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 자살사고와 관련된 연구가 최근 10여년 간의 어떤 변인들을 중심으로 이루어져왔는지를 분석하였다. 자살사고에 영향을 미치는 것으로서 가장 많이 연구된 심리적인 변인을 위험요인(스트레스)과 보호요인(삶의 의미, 삶의 이유, 실존적 안녕감)으로 나누어 연구의 흐름을 살펴보았다. 그리하여 자살의 위험요인인 스트레스와 자살사고의 관계에서 그 정도를 낮추는 보호요인으로서 삶의 이유, 삶의 의미, 실존적인 안녕에 대해 고찰하였다. 각 변인들간의 관계를 고찰해보면 다음과 같다. 스트레스는 자살사고에 직접적으로 또는 다른 심리적 변인들을 매개로 하여 영향을 미친다. 또한 자살의 보호요인인 삶의 이유, 삶의 의미, 실존적 안녕감은 스트레스와 자살사고의 관계를 매개 또는 조절한다. 이러한 연구결과에 근거하여 상담 장면에서 임상적으로 활용될 자살사고를 낮추기 위한 방법을 제안하였으며, 후속연구를 위한 제언을 하였다. The purpose of the study is to find a reasonable way to prevent suicide in counseling by analyzing factors affecting suicide, the most likely cause of death among the 20s. In this regard, the study analyzed factors that studies on suicidal ideation have focused on for the last decade. Furthermore, it examined the flow of studies by categorizing psychological factors, the most studied as affecting suicidal ideation, into risk factors (stress) and protective factors (reason for leaving, meaning in life, and existential well-being). Thus, reason for living, meaning in life, and existential well-being were studied as protective factors that lower the level of suicidal ideation in the relationship between stress and suicidal ideation. The relationship between factors is as follows. Stress affects suicidal ideation directly or indirectly through other psychological factors. In addition, reason for living, meaning in life, and existential well-being mediate or moderate the relationship between stress and suicidal ideation. Based on the results, the study proposed a way to reduce suicidal ideation that is to be clinically used in the counseling scene and mentioned the direction for the follow-up study.

상담 석사 과정에 대한 석사생들의 교육 경험 및 만족도 분석

본 연구는 국내 상담 석사 교육과정에서 제공되는 교육활동의 실태와 내용을 상담 석사생들의 관점에서 확인하고, 그들의 교육 경험과 만족도를 탐색하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위해 상담관련 전공이 개설되어 있는 일반 및 특수대학원, 전문대학원 석사과정에 재학 중이거나 졸업한지 3년 이내인 상담 전공생 139명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 상담 석사과정에서 제공되는 교육활동을 크게 수업, 실습, 연구, 진로지도의 측면에서 살펴본 결과, 우리나라 상담석사과정 교육은 수업을 중심으로 이루어지고 있으며 상대적으로 실습 훈련이나 연구 활동, 진로지도가 충분히 이루어지고 있지 않았다. 이에 따라 상담 석사생들은 개인적으로 실습훈련 할 곳을 찾아야 하는 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 지도감독이나 관리가 이루어지는 체계적인 실습 훈련을 받고 있지는 못하는 것으로 확인되었다. 상담 교육과 상담 현장을 효과적으로 연계할 수 있는 제도 마련을 위해 미국의 대학원 교과과정에서 제공되고 있는 상담 실습 훈련 및 상담 현장과 대학원 간의 실습 연계제도에 대하여 살펴보고 우리나라 상담관련 전공 대학원 석사과정에서 보완되어야 할 실습훈련, 연구 활동 및 진로 지도의 측면에 대하여 제언하였다. The present study examined South Korean graduate students` educational experiences and satisfaction in the master`s level counseling programs. A total of 139 graduate students reported their experiences according to four areas (i.e., lecture, practicum, research, and career service). Result showed that the graduate students perceived their graduate programs mainly focus on lectures but relatively lack practicum and research opportunities. Also, the students perceived that career services are very limited. Furthermore, the participants reported that they had difficulties with finding practicum sites and supervision on their own, which may raise a serious concern with receiving less-than-optimal practicum and supervision. Finally, the authors introduced a training model adopted in the United States to show how to integrate graduate programs with counseling centers.

자기-아핀 표면 특성을 고려한 유기탄성체 복합재료 마찰 이론 및 타이어 트레드/노면 마찰 응용

This review paper presents an introduction of contact mechanics and rubber friction theory for sliding friction of elastomer composites in contact with rough surfaces. Particularly, Klüppel & Heinrich theory considers the self-affine (or fractal) characteristic for rough surfaces to predict adhesion and hysteresis frictions of elastomers based on the contact mechanics of Greenwood & Williamson. Due to dynamic excitation process of elastomer composites while sliding in contact with multiscale surface roughness (or asperity), viscoelastic properties in a wide frequency range becomes major contributor to friction behaviors. A brief description and examples are provided to construct a viscoelastic master curve considering nonlinear viscoelasticity of elastomer composites. Finally, application of rubber friction theory to tire tread compounds in traction with road surfaces is discussed with several experimental and theoretical results.
