        시험관 아기 시술을 시행하는 난임 여성의 미술치료 체험연구

        본 연구는 시험관 아기 시술을 시행하는 난임 여성들이 미술치료에서 체험하는 내용들을 총체적으로 탐구하고 상세히 기술하여 그 본질과 의미가 무엇인지 알고자 하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 난임 병원에서 시험관 아기시술을 시행하는 중에, 집단미술치료, 개인미술치료의 형태로 해당 병원에서 수행된 미술치료를 체험한 난임 여성을 연구 참여자로 한정하여, 서울에 위치한 A, B, C 난임 병원에서 최소 7회기에서 최대 36회기의 각기 다른 미술치료에 참여한, 30세 이상 43세 이하의 여성, 총 7명을 선정하였다. 보다 풍성하고 구체적인 경험을 전달하게 위해 Max van Menen의 해석학적 현상학적 연구방법을 적용하고, 2018년 6월부터 2018년 8월에 걸쳐 일대일 심층 면담을 통하여 자료를 수집하였다. 이를 토대로 자료를 분석한 결과, 다음과 같이 10개의 본질적 주제와 29개의 하위주제가 도출되었다. 이것을 기반으로 내린 연구 결론는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시험관 아기 시술을 시행하는 난임 여성을 위한 미술치료는 난임 여성의 억압되었던 감정을 표출시키고 자아를 강화하여, 내면의 힘을 발견토록 이끌어준다. 둘째, 시험관 아기 시술을 시행하는 난임 여성은 특히, 집단미술치료 안에서 난임 치료에서의 심리적 어려움에 대한 보편성을 확보하고, 이타성으로 확장하여 긍정적 정서 상태에 이르는 것을 체험한다. 셋째, 시험관 아기 시술을 시행하는 난임 여성이 특히, 시술을 실패했을 경우, 그 심리적 어려움을 미술치료로 극복할 수 있고, 이후 난임 치료를 재시도할 수 있는 자기 회복력을 갖는다. 넷째, 시험관 아기 시술을 시행하는 병원에서 미술치료의 기회를 제공하였을때, 난임 여성들은 시술 치료와 병행된 심리치료로서의 미술치료로 심리적 안정감을 얻는 체험을 함을 알게 되었다. The purpose of this study was to describe in detail the vivid contents that infertile women is being experience in opportunity of art therapy session and to explore their various experiences so that establish what is their original nature and meaning. Participants in this study were women who experienced group art therapy, individual art therapy, or art therapy performed in two forms while performing In Vitro Fertilization-Embryo Transfer in A, B, C hospitals located in Seoul, and it consisted of total 7 women who aged 30 to 43 years and participated in a minimum of 7 sessions and a maximum of 36 sessions of art therapy. To convey a richer and more concrete experience, Max van Manen’s Hermeneutic Phenomenological Methodology was applied and the data of study was collected from June, 2018 to August, 2018. As a result that analyses the date the total of 10 essential themes and 29 sub-themes were derived. The conclusions of this study on the art therapy experience of women with infertile women who perform In Vitro Fertilization-Embryo Transfer based on the existential subject, hermeneutic phenomenological writing, and discussion are as follows. First, art therapy for women with infertile women who perform In Vitro Fertilization-Embryo transfer leads to expresses the oppressed emotions of the infertile women and to strengthens the self, and to discovery of the inner strength. Second, the women who perform In Vitro Fertilization-Embryo Transfer experience to reach a positive emotional state by gaining the universality of psychological difficulties particularly in infertility treatment and expanding it to altruism. Third, in the event that infertile women who perform In Vitro Fertilization-Embryo Transfer fails in procedure, the psychological difficulties can be overcome by art therapy and it gave courage to restart the infertility treatment. Forth, when the opportunity of art therapy has been provided by hospital which is perform In Vitro Fertilization-Embryo, the infertile women experience psychological help from art therapy as psychotherapy combined with procedure treatment.

        미술치료 석사 과정생의 미술치료 체험연구 : 호스피스 대상자를 중심으로

        Purpose: This study is intended to understand the meaning and essence of the experiences of the students in art therapy master's course for art therapy in hospice care. Methods: Participants were five students in art therapy master's course. Data were collected through interviews and e-mail. They were analyzed using van Manen's hermeneutic phenomenology method. Results: Eight essential themes and 17 sub-themes were emerged. Conclusion: The art therapists who provided the hospice art therapy as a form of medical art therapy have led to the positive changes for everyone involved. Firstly, the art therapists provided the patients chances to do creative activities in the mundane hospital lives and to take stock of their past lives. Secondly, the art therapists gave the family members of the patients with the opportunities to express their pain and suffering. Thirdly, the art therapists had chances to think about their lives in a deeper way and grow mature as an individual being and an art therapist. In sum hospice art therapy provided meaningful opportunities to not only the dying patients but also everyone else involved regarding a variety of positive aspects including forgiveness, acceptance, understanding, and personal growth.

        여중생들이 경험하는 동성 친구와의 갈등에 대한 현상학적 체험연구

        Purpose : The objective of this study is to figure out what kind of conflicts middle school girls have with their same sex friends and what they experience and learn through the conflicts and to provide primary data with the middle school girls who are suffering from conflicts with their friends. Furthermore, this study aims to know how they form an intimate friendship with their same sex friends through the experience of conflicts. Method: One of quality research methods of hermeneutic phenomenology by Max Van Manen was adapted for this study and 17 girls who are in the 1st ∼ 3rd grade of a middle school were intensively interviewed from August to November in 2007 and their poems and pictures were collected, too. Result : As a result of analyzing what the middle school girls had experience through the conflicts with their same sex friends, 9 ultimate themes have been basically categorized. ‘They tend to get estranged from their close same sex friends who treat them with a careless and rude manner’, ‘They hope that their same sex friends associate more intimately with them than with any others’, ‘The number of friends could be a cause of a conflict’, ‘They tend to have an antipathy against a friend who consider them as a competitor or a rival’, ‘Even though they feel the state of lassitude with their same sex friends, they have a tendency to avoid and ignore it’, ‘Try to get it over thinking the troubles that they would get in the future’, ‘They have hard time enduring the situation of conflicts with their same sex friends’, ‘A third person could help them to solve the problems with their same sex friends’, ‘The conflicts with their same sex friends could result in a better relationship in the long run’.

        기관미술치료 실습지에서 받은 미술치료학 전공 석사학위과정생의 현장 수퍼비전 체험연구

        본 연구의 목적은 기관미술치료 실습지에서 받은 미술치료학 전공 석사학위과정생의 현장 수퍼비전은 어떠한 체험이며, 그들의 체험의 본질과 의미가 무엇인지를 이해하는 것이었다. 연구참여자는 총 12명으로 미술치료학 전공 석사학위과정생 10명과 석사과정내에 이를 경험한 수료생 2명이었다. 자료의 수집기간은 2016년 6월부터 2016년 11월까지 6개월간이었고 Max van Manen의 해석학적 현상학적 연구 방법을 적용하여 본질적 주제11개와 하위 주제 30개를 도출하였다. 이에 따른 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현장 수퍼바이저를 통해실습 전반에 방향성을 가지게 되었으며, 더불어 회기 이외의 요구되는 훈련과 기관과의 소통에 대해 배우며 초보미술치료사로서 한 단계 더 성장하게 되었다. 둘째, 실습 현장에 존재하는 현장 수퍼바이저의 존재 자체만으로도 안전감과 긴장감을 동시에 느끼게 되었고, 그 밖의 여러가지 감정과 이미지를 가지게 되었다. 셋째, 나를탐색하게 되었고 자신이 미술치료사로 성장했을 때의 미래에 대해 생각해보게 되었다. 또한 이론과 실습을 통합시키는 현장 수퍼비전을 통해 미술치료에 대한 더 넓은 시각을 가지게 되었다. 넷째, 내담자와 자신과 현장수퍼바이저가 하나의 연결고리가 되어 함께 성장했음을 깨닫게 되었다. The purpose of this study was to examine the meaning and the essence of the on-site supervision experience of an art therapy master s degree student in institution-based art therapy. There were 12 participants in total: 10 students in a master s degree art therapy program and two graduate students that had experienced on-site supervision during their master s degree course. Data was gathered for 6 months, from June to November 2016, and researchers indentified 11 essential themes and 30 sub-themes after applying Max van Manen s Hermaneutic Phenomenological Research Method. The study suggested the following conclusions: first, the participants had more clarity on their sessions with the aid of the on-site supervisor and grew as beginning art therapists by learning various things, including other trainings and communicating with institutions. Second, participants expressed a simultaneous sense of security and nervousness and experienced different feelings and impressions. Third, participants started to look into their future and began to think about their career as art therapists. In addition, they were able to acquire a broader perspective toward art therapy with the help of the on-site supervision, since it incorporates both theory and practice. Fourth, participants expressed a recognition that the clients, on-site supervisors, and participants have grown together as a result of the work they have done together.

        취업모의 첫 자녀 양육경험에 관한 해석학적 현상학 연구

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to have a more in-depth understanding of what experiences the working mothers giving birth to and rearing their firstborns would undergo and what implications such experiences have. Method : For this purpose, the researcher applied Max van Manen's analytical and phenomenological research approach to perform this study through a total of 10 steps including focusing on the essence of working mothers' child-rearing experiences, existential survey of them, analytical and phenomenological reflection on them, analytical and phenomenological writing, and the like. Result: Based on the results of analyzing working mothers' statements, the researcher categorized 30 sub-themes under 9 themes: "I should readjust of my life for work and child-rearing in parallel," "the firstborn would give me both senses of happiness and burden," "conflict between work and child-rearing," "child can be reared together with all the people around him/her," "I have to study my parents' mood, while not feeling confident in myself as his/her mother," "I feel really alive at my workplace," "since I am a working mother, I should put emphasis on quality than quantity," "I feel hurt as working mother," and "I run hard to be a good mother." Conclusion: As a result of analyzing the essential themes and their sub-themes about working mothers' firstborn-rearing experiences, the following conclusions were drawn; First, working mothers' firstborn-rearing experiences provide them with an opportunity to reestablish their identity through physical, psychological and social child-rearing experiences. Second, working mothers' firstborn-rearing experiences focus on quality rather than quantity of the time spent with their children. Third, working mothers' firstborn-rearing experiences would be richer with a positive cooperation from the supporting system.
