        난대림과 도시에서의 경관감상이 대학생의 심리?생리에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 산림에 대한 보건학적 가치 제고를 위하여 기초적 자료를 제공하기 위해 대학생 20명을 대상으로 난대림과 도시의 경관 감상에 따른 생리?심리에 미치는 변화를 파악하고자 수행하였다. 주요 결과는 첫째, 알파파(RA, RFA, RSA)를 측정한 결과, 좌측 후두엽(O1)이 도시경관보 다 난대림 경관을 감상할 때 더 활성화되었다. 둘째, 베타파(RB, RLB, RMB, RHB)를 측정한 결과, 통계적으로 유의미하지 않았다. 셋째, SEF50과 SEF90은 도시경관보다 난대림 경관을 감상하는 것이 더 안정?이완된 상태임을 나타냈지만 SEF90의 전두엽(Fz)을 제외하고는 유의미하지 않았다. 넷째, 기분상태검사(K-POMS-B)를 수행한 결과, 난대림 경관 감상은 긴장, 혼돈, 피로의 부정적인 기분상태는 감소하였고, 긍정적인 기분상태 요인인 활기는 증가하여 종합기분장애 점수는 도시(0.95±10.860)에 비해 난대림(-5.45±5.463)에서 감소하는 유의미한 결과를 확인하였다. This study was conducted to understand changes in physiology and psychology of 20 university students due to the appreciation of the landscape of a warm temperate forest and an urban area in order to promote basic data on improving the health value of forests. The main results were as follows. First, as a result of measuring alpha waves (RA, RFA, RSA), the left occipital lobe (O1) was more activated when viewing the warm temperate forest landscape than the urban area. Second, as a result of measuring beta waves (RB, RLB, RMB, RHB), it was not statistically significant. Third, SEF50 and SEF90 showed a more stable and relaxed state when viewing the warm temperate forest landscape than the urban area, but it was not statistically significant except for the frontal temporal lobe (Fz) of SEF90. Fourth, as a result of performing the Korean version of Profile of Mood States-Brief (K-POMS-B) to understand psychological changes, the negative mood state of tension, confusion, and fatigue decreased just by appreciating the landscape of a warm temperate forest, and the positive mood state factor, vitality, increased. The Profile of Mood States score showed significant results that decreased in the warm temperate forest (-5.45±5.463) compared to the urban area (0.95±10.860).

      • 전류제어형 PWM컨버터를 이용한 동기발전기용 여자시스템에 관한 연구

        동기발전기 출력전압은 여자시스템의 계자전류 제어에 의해 일정하게 유지된다. 고주파 PWM 컨버터(전류제어모드 buck컨버더)형태의 여자시스템은 부하변동이 발생하였을 때 동기발전기의 계자전류를 제어하게 된다. 이 논문은 정상상태 및 과도상태에서의 안정화를 개선하기 위하여 여자시스템의 설계 및 실험에 대해 다루었다. 시뮬레이션 및 실험 결과는 제안된 여자시스템이 50kW 동기발전기의 DVR에 의해 응답시간이 개선되었음을 보여주었다. The output voltage of synchronous generator is regulated constantly by field current control in excitation system. High frequency PWM converter (current control mode buck conveter) type excitation system for synchronous generator is able to control exciter current when the load change happened. This paper deals with the design and evaluation of the excitation system for a synchronous generator to improve the steady state and transient stability. The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed excitation system is able to improve the response time by the DVR(digital voltage regulator) of 5O[kW] synchronous generator.

        In this thesis, we deisign the logical database model by relational database design tool. We used the E-R model in a conceptual step. We used the mapping rule and BCNF algorithm for the normalization, and describe the implementation of the educational information by these methods.

        Bleomycin Inhibits Proliferation via Schlafen-Mediated Cell Cycle Arrest in Mouse Alveolar Epithelial Cells

        Background: Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis involves irreversible alveolar destruction. Although alveolar epithelial type II cells are key functional participants within the lung parenchyma, how epithelial cells are affected upon bleomycin (BLM) exposure remains unknown. In this study, we determined whether BLM could induce cell cycle arrest via regulation of Schlafen (SLFN) family genes, a group of cell cycle regulators known to mediate growth-inhibitory responses and apoptosis in alveolar epithelial type II cells. Methods: Mouse AE II cell line MLE-12 were exposed to 1–10 μg/mL BLM and 0.01–100 μM baicalein (Bai), a G1/G2 cell cycle inhibitor, for 24 hours. Cell viability and levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines were analyzed by MTT and enzymelinked immunosorbent assay, respectively. Apoptosis-related gene expression was evaluated by quantita tive real-time reverse transcription‒polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). Cellular morphology was determined after DAPI and Hoechst 33258 staining. To verify cell cycle arrest, propidium iodide (PI) staining was performed for MLE-12 after exposure to BLM. Results: BLM decreased the proliferation of MLE-12 cells. However, it significantly increased expression levels of interleukin 6, tumor necrosis factor α, and transforming growth factor β1. Based on Hoechst 33258 staining, BLM induced condensation of nuclear and fragmentation. Based on DAPI and PI staining, BLM significantly increased the size of nuclei and induced G2/M phase cell cycle arrest. Results of qRT-PCR analysis revealed that BLM increased mRNA levels of BAX but decreased those of Bcl2. In addition, BLM/Bai increased mRNA levels of p53, p21, SLFN1, 2, 4 of Schlafen family. Conclusion: BLM exposure affects pulmonary epithelial type II cells, resulting in decreased proliferation possibly through apoptotic and cell cycle arrest associated signaling.

        Gravity with Intermediate Goods Trade

        This paper derives the gravity equation with intermediate goods trade. We extend a standard monopolistic competition model to incorporate intermediate goods trade, and show that the gravity equation with intermediates trade is identical to the one without it except in that gross output should be used as the output measure instead of value added. We also show that the output elasticity of trade is significantly underestimated when value added is used as the output measure. This implies that with the conventional gravity equation, the contribution of output growth can be substantially underestimated and the role of trade costs reduction can be exaggerated in explaining trade expansion, as we demonstrate for the case of Korea’s trade growth between 1995 and 2007.

      • Suicidal gene therapy with rabbit cytochrome P450 4B1/2-aminoanthracene or 4-ipomeanol system in human colon cancer cell

        Suicidal gene therapy is based on the transduction of tumor cells with "suicide" genes encoding for prodrug-activating enzymes that render target cells susceptible to prodrug treatment. Suicidal gene therapy results in the death of tumor with the expression of gene encoding enzyme that converts non-toxic prodrug into cytotoxic product. Cytochrome P450 4B1 (CYP4B1) activates 4-ipomeanol (4-IPO) or 2-aminoanthracene (2-AA) to cytotoxic furane epoxide and unsaturated dialdehyde intermediate. In this study, therapeutic effects of suicidal gene therapy with rabbit CYP4B1/2-AA or 4-IPO system were evaluated in HT-29 (human colon cancer cell). pcDNA-CYP4B1 vector was transfected into HT-29 by lipofection and stable transfectant was selected by treatment of hygromycin (500 µg/mL) for 3 weeks. Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) analysis was performed for confirmation of CYP4B1 expression in CYP4B1 gene transduced cell. The cytotoxic effects of CYP4B1 transduced cell were determined using dye-exclusion assay after treatment of 2-AA or 4-IPO for 96 hrs. Dye-exclusion assay showed that IC50 of HT-29 and CYP4B1 transduced HT-29 was 0.01 mM and 0.003 mM after 4-IPO or 2-AA treatment at 96 hrs exposure, respectively. In conclusion, CYP4B1 based prodrug gene therapy probably have the potential for treatment of colorectal adenocarcinoma. J Radiopharm Mol Probes 1(2):118-122, 2015

        Recurrent L3 Chordoma Presented as Intradural Extramedullary Mass With Distant Metastasis: A Case Report

        Here, we report a rare case of L3 chordoma progressed to an intradural extramedullary (IDEM) mass and distant metastasis to the fascia lata. A 64-year old female patient presented to a local university hospital due to back pain and received excisional biopsy for a L3 destructive bony lesion. Local radia- tion therapy was initially administered, assuming a malignancy of unknown origin, but she developed cerebrospinal fluid leakage during adjuvant radiation therapy, which was managed by wound revision and lumbar drainage. As the destructive lesion progressed, she visited our hospital for a second opinion 3 months after the biopsy. After review of outside pathology, we diagnosed the lesion to be a chordo- ma, and performed a L3 corpectomy with cage and plate fixation. One and a half years later, positron emission tomography and computed tomography (PET-CT) revealed a right tensor fascia lata hyper- metabolic lesion. Excisional biopsy confirmed a distant metastasis of the chordoma. One year later, she complained of L2 radiating pain. PET-CT and CT myelogram revealed an IDEM lesion. Surgical ex- cision confirmed the transdural invasion of the chordoma. To our knowledge, this is the first report of an iatrogenic IDEM invasion and distant metastasis to the tensor of the fascia lata by a L3 chordoma.
