사관생도들의 가족기능, 정신건강, 진로정체감이 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향

이 연구에서는 사관생도의 학교생활적응에 영향을 미치는 주요인으로 가족기능, 정신건강, 진로정체감 등을 설정하고, 이들 요인과 학교생활적응 간에 어떠한 관계가 있는지 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구는 공군사관학교 전체 생도 551명을 대상으로 2015년 6월부터 8월 16일까지 가족기능, 정신건강, 진로정체감, 학교생활적응의 측정도구로 정보를 수집하였고, SPSS 20.0 프로그램으로 자료를 분석하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 설정한 구체적인 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사관생도의 가족 기능, 정신건강, 진로정체감, 학교생활적응 간의 상관관계는 어떠한가? 둘째, 사관생도의 가족기능, 정신건강, 진로정체감이 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향을 어떠한가? 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과, 가족기능, 정신건강, 진로정체감, 학교생활적응 간에 유의미한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 가족기능, 정신건강, 진로정체감의 하위요인들이 학교생활적응의 하위요인들에 영향을 끼치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과에 대해 본 연구의 시사점 및 향후 연구방향에 대해 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the predictors of family function, mental health, and career identity on school life adjustment in cadets. The subjects of this study consisted of 551 cadets in ROK Air force academy. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, pearson correlations and multiple regression by using the SPSS 20.0. The research questions were as follows. First, what are correlations among family function, mental health, career identity, and school life adjustment in cadets? Second, What are the effects of family function, mental health, and career identity on school life adjustment in cadets? The major findings of this study appeared as follows. First, there were significant correlations among family function, mental health, career identity, and school life adjustment in cadets. Second, the subfactors of family function, mental health, and career identity affected the subfactors of school life adjustment in cadets. Directions for future research and limitations are also discussed.

사관생도의 소명의식이 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향: 심리적 안녕감의 매개효과

본 연구는 사관생도의 소명의식이 심리적 안녕감을 매개로 학교생활적응에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 알아보는 것이다. 이 연구 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구 가설은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사관생도의 소명의식은 학교생활적응에 정적인 영향을 줄 것이 다. 둘째, 사관생도의 소명의식은 심리적 안녕감에 정적인 영향을 줄 것이다. 셋째, 소명의식이 학교생활적응에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 심리적 안녕감은 매개역할을 할 것이다. 본 연구를 위해 공군사관학교 생도 509명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였고 AMOS을 이용하여 소명의식, 심리적 안녕감, 그리고 학교생활적응 간의 관계를 살펴보았다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소명의식은 학교생활적응과 심리적 안녕감에 정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 소명의식과 학교생활적응의 관계에서 심리적 안 녕감의 부분 매개효과가 나타났다. 마지막으로, 시사점 및 향후 연구방향에 대해 논의하였다. This research examines the effect of Calling on School Life Adjustment in cadets and the mediation effect of Psychological Well-being on the relationship between Calling and School Life Adjustment. Survey data from 509 cadets in ROK Air force Academy were analyzed with SEM, using AMOS 21.0. Results are as follows. First, Calling had positive effects on School Life Adjustment and Psychological Well-being. Second, Psychological Well-being partially mediated on the relationship between Calling and School Life Adjustment. Implications and limitations are also discussed.

어머니의 정서표현성이 유아의 사회적 유능감에 미치는 영향: 가족건강성의 매개효과

본 연구는 경기 지역의 유치원 5세 유아를 둔 어머니 374명 대상으로 어머니의 정서표현성이 유아의 사회적 유능감에 미치는 영향과 이들 간의 관계에서 가족건강성의 매개효과에 대해서 살펴보았다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어머니의 정서표현성, 유아의 사회적 유능감, 가족건강성 간의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과, 정서표현성의 하위 요인인 긍정적 정서표현성과 사회적 유능감의 정서조절, 정서성, 또래관계 기술, 사회적 규범이해와 정적상관관계가 나타났다. 부정적 정서표현성과 사회적 유능감의 정서조절, 정서성, 또래관계기술, 사회적 규범이해과 부적상관관계가 나타났다. 사회적 유능감과 가족건강성과의 관계를 살펴본 결과 하위요인 간 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 정서표현성과 가족건강성과의 관계에서는 긍정적 정서표현성과는 정적 상관관계, 부정적 정서표현성과는 부적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 어머니의 긍정적 정서표현성, 부정적 정서표현성이 유아의 사회적 유능감에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 어머니의 정서표현성이 유아의 사회적 유능감에 미치는 영향에서 가족건강성의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 가족건강성이 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 해석할 수 있었다. 가족건강성의 매개효과 검증 결과에서도 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. This study examined the effect of the mother’s emotional expression on the young children’s social competence and the mediating effect of family strength in the relationship between 374 mothers with kindergarten 5-year-old infants in Gyeonggi Province. The research results are as follows. First, as a result of examining the correlation between mother’s emotional expression, young children’s social competence, and family strength, positive emotional expression and social competence and emotional regulation, emotionality, peer relationship skills, and social norm understanding were found. There were negative emotional expression and negative correlation between social competence and emotional regulation, emotionality, peer relationship skills, and social norm understanding. As a result of examining the relationship between social competence and family health performance, there was a positive correlation between sub-factors. In the relationship between emotional expression and family health, there was a positive correlation with positive emotional expression performance and a negative correlation with negative emotional expression performance. Second, the mother’s positive emotional expression and negative emotional expression were found to be factors influencing the child's social competence. Third, as a result of verifying the mediating effect of family strength on the effect of mother’s emotional expression on infants’ social competence, it could be interpreted that family strength has a partial mediating effect. The results of verifying the mediating effect of family strength were also found to be statistically significant.
