비전 검사기용 근적외선 LED 비대칭 조명광의 설계에 관한 연구
적외선은 파장의 길이에 따라 0.75~3㎛를 근적외선, 3~25㎛을 적외선, 25㎛이상을 원적외선이라 한다. 적외선은 눈에 잘 보이지 않지만 투과성이 높고 인체에 안전하다는 특성이 있다. 이러한 특성을 바탕으로 최근에 근적외선대역의 산업적 활용도가 대폭적으로 증가하여 3D depth, 생체인식, 의료바이오, 보안감시등과 같은 다양한 분야에서 활용하려는 노력이 활발히 증가하고 있다. 근적외선대역의 산업 분야에서 검출력에 대한 요구가 증가되고 있고 이에 따라 검출력 향상에 큰 영향을 미치는 조명 장치의 성능도 요구 되고 있다. 적외선 산업에 포함되는 Machine Vision은 보안 및 품질관리를 향상시키기 위한 기술로서 특화된 분야에서 공정 기술에 적용되어 그 가치가 더욱 살아나고 있으며, 더욱 다양한 제조 분야로 범위를 넓히고 있다. 또한 근적외선 영역은 실리콘 투과율이 높고 가시광선과 특성이 비슷하여 Machine Vision에서 그 활용도가 높다. LED는 소비전력이 낮아 효율이 높고, 수명이 길며 다양한 색상을 갖는다는 장점이 있다. 조명장치로서 적합한 장점은 10㎲ 이내에 최대 발광이 가능하여 카메라와 동기화 시켰을 때 빠른 응답성을 갖는다는 점과 조명의 모양을 비교적 자유롭게 제작할 수 있어 검사기 조건에 따른 광학계 설계에 유리하다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문의 비전 검사기는 Linear CCD type으로 선형광원을 이용한다. Linear CCD 카메라는 내부에 리니어(linear) 촬영 소자를 장착하여 그 위치를 화소크기만큼씩 이동하면서 화상을 획득하여 합성함으로써, 고해상도를 요구하는 영상분야에 이용되며 정확한 검출력을 위해서는 광원의 균일도가 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 Linear type의 Machine Vision의 검출력을 향상시키기 위해 근적외선 LED를 이용하여 고균일도를 갖는 비대칭 조명광을 설계 및 제작하였다. 이를 위해 근적외선 LED의 특성과 효율을 분석하고 고균일도를 갖는 실린더 광학계를 광학설계프 로그램(Lighttools)을 이용해 설계하였다.

This study is concerned with investigating critical factors of Community of Practice as a operational strategy for knowledge management in the "S" corporation. Effective knowledge creating, storing and sharing requires human networking as well as system. Corporation "S" organized Community of Practice, which is a group based on work process, skill, and interest. Many researchers argued that knowledge is a meaningful resource in an organization to booster the management performance, and knowledge management helps facilitate creating, storing, sharing, and reusing the organization's knowledge typically using advanced technology. In literature, there are a lot of studies dealing with the importance of knowledge management in a competitive market. However, few studies exist covering an issue of investigating case of CoP(Community of Practice) as a operational strategy for knowledge management. The purpose of this study is to suggest effective CoP establishment and implementation methods, a explore a conceptual definition and major features of CoP, and identify background and purpose of CoP, based upon "S" experience. In order to conduct this study, literature review to examine CoP's concept, major components and developmental stages was conducted. CoP constructs a shared domain of knowledge. CoP are groups of people who share a common concern, a set of problems, or a passion about topic based on trust among members of community. CoP was classified into research-oriented and production-oriented according to domain knowledge. The effective methods this study suggests are : setting up clear CoP objectives by each CoP; dual CoP system with career centered and subject centered; alignment with business strategy; guide by knowledge integrator, and professional competence development as CoP purpose. Key success factors to CoP activities also include effective communication, facilitators' competency, and managers' support. In the case of introducing CoP to the alternative approach to knowledge management and human resources development, the theoretical and practical implications of CoP for facilitating knowledge creation and sharing process were drawn to take the practical prescriptions for CoP implementation in the specific area. Major findings from this study were that activities in CoP were supported members to research the knowledge for organizational development, and led them to play roles of both a knowledge creator and knowledge consumer. In general, our results indicate that CoP activities play effectively an important role influencing on "S" corporation's management performance.

물류체계의 혁신이 생산 등과 같은 부분에 비해 경쟁력을 강화시킬 수 있는 부분이 많기 때문에 최근 들어 물류체계의 혁신이 중요한 과제로 등장했다. 물류체계의 혁신이 중요하기 때문에 물류의 아웃소싱(out-sourcing)을 하는 등으로 비용을 절감하고 물류 관리를 효율화하기 위한 물류 혁신을 도모하고 있으나, 우리나라 기업들의 물류 비중은 선진국에 비하여 높아서 기업 경쟁력 제고의 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 그래서 운송업체의 경쟁력 제고를 위한 물류체계의 혁신을 분석하는 것이 의의가 있어, 경쟁력 제고를 통한 이익 실현을 도모할 수 있도록 물류체계의 개선 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 화물 우농 전문 기업인 K사를 연구 대상으로 물류체계를 개선할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는데 물류체계 혁신은 단순히 물류비용의 절감만으로 이루어지는 것이 아니라, 관리의 효율화가 수반되었을 때 가능하기 때문에 물류비용의 절감과 물류관리의 효율화 등을 포함하는 물류체계가 주요 대상이다. 특정 사례 분석을 통해 얻은 결과를 일반화 할 수는 없지만, 실질적인 도움이 될 수 있다는 측면에서 의의가 있다고 하겠다. 이 논문은 1장에서 연구의 목적, 연구의 범위 및 방법을 논하고, 2장에서 화물운송업의 실태분석을 논하고, 3장에서 K사의 물류체계를 분석하고, 4장에서 물류체계의 문제점과 개선방안을 논하고, 5장에서는 전체적으로 내용에 대한 결론을 논하였다.
