본 논문에서는 분산 트랜잭션 처리 시스템(Encina)의 객체 지향 인터페이스(Encina++)에 대해 기술하였다. Encina++는 Encina 응용 프로그램들과 상호 운용이 가능토록 설계되었고, Encina와 DCE의 기능을 사용하여 구현되었다. Encina++는 DCE IDL에 기초한 클라이언트/객체 모델을 사용함으로써, 위의 상호 운용성 뿐만 아니라 현재의 OMG CORBA 사양에서는 누락되어 있는 보안 및 쓰레드 기능을 지원할 수 있다. Encina++의 클라이언트/객체 모델에 기초한 응용 프로그램 개발은 Encina만을 이용한 응용 프로그램 개발에 비해 프로그램 생산성을 높일 수 있다. This paper describes Encina++, an object oriented interface to the Eneina distributed transaction processing system. Eocina++ has been designed to support interoperability with existing Encina applications and is implemented on top of the Encina and DCE interfaces. By using the client/object model based on the DCE instead of OMG CORBA IDL, Encina++ supports interoperability as well as strong security and threading -- support that is not currently available through OMG specifications. The added flexibility provided by the Encina++ client/object model leads to a reduction of effort to application when compared with application developed using only Encina.

본 연구는 현재 운영되고 있는 병원형 Wee센터 및 이와 유사한 성격의 정신건강전문의 연계 및 상근참여 사업의 실무 담당자 11명을 대상으로 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 2018년 7월-8월까지 3차에 걸쳐 실시하였다. 그 결과 사업 운영상의 문제점을 확인하 고 이를 바탕으로 향후 병원형 Wee센터 사업의 발전방안을 탐색하고자 하였다. 연구결과 문제점으로는 첫째, 인력부족으로 인한 업무의 비효율화와 구성원의 소진, 둘째, 병원형 Wee센터와 기존 Wee센터, 학교, 지역사회 연계기관 등 다양한 관계 기관들간의 역할경계 모호성의 문제, 셋째, 정신과 전문의 수급 부족 및 치료 연계의 한계등이 도출되었다. 이를 바탕으로 향후 병원형 Wee센터의 발전적 변화를 위한 방안들이 논의되었으며 끝으로 연구의 제한점과 제언이 제시되었다. This study of the purpose is to explore the problems and development strategies of Wee center in hospitals and Wee project linked with psychiatrists. To pursue it, the study was occupied focus group interview with 11 interviewees who are on the frontline to come up with consult the high-risk students and/or to manage the organizations from July to August, 2018. As a result, the research reveals three critical problems in Wee center in hospitals and Wee project linked with psychiatrists. The first problem is that the shortage of manpower has made inefficiency of human resource management and burnout of employees. The second issue is unclear job tasks among Wee center in hospitals, Wee class, schools, and other stakeholders. The third problem is on account of the demand-supply unbalance in psychiatrist and it has made the limitation to treatment linkage for the high-risk students. This study suggests several significant development strategies as well as academical and practical recommendations for future research and Wee centers.
