Current transformers(CTs) whose rating is selected per a full load current of a feeder in high voltage system can be easily saturated due to high fault current that may be several hundred times of the full load current of the feeder. However, the protective relay shall operate properly at the fault without mis-operation under the CT saturation. So, in selecting the CT rating, it is necessary to consider the behaviour of CT and a performance of protection scheme in condition where CT can be saturated. In this paper, a performance of CT and a degree of saturation are studied and verified whether its ratings are proper for the operation of the protective relay.

學校 學級內에서의 敎職員間, 敎職員과 學生間 그리고 學生相互間의 갈등은 불가피한 性質의 것으로, 궁극적으로는 매우 建設的이거나 破壞的인 結果를 초래할 수 있는 兩面的인 잠재력을 지니고 있다고 할 수 있다. 本 稿의 目的은 이러한 學校·學級內에서의 갈등을 효과적으로 운영할 수 있는 戰略을 摸索해 보는데 있으며, 先行 연구문헌 특히 외국문헌을 中心으로 갈등의 種類와 性格. 갈등 進行 過程과 結果, 갈등 관리의 條件과 方法을 考察해 보았다. 結論的으로, 學敎·學級內의 갈등을 根絶시킬 수는 없지만, 논쟁을 권장하고 이해 갈등의 기술적인 협상을 통하여 그 파괴적인 경향을 크게 감소시킬 수 있으며, 敎職員과 學生들이 건설적인 토론과 협상과정을 통해 訓練받음으로써 葛藤은 보다 나은 學習環境을 창조하는 源泉이 될 수 있을 것이다. Conflicts among school personnel, between students and school personnel, and among students are inevitable. Such conflicts may contain the seeds of destruction or the seeds of a more unified and cooperative organization. In short, conflicts have the potential for producing both highly constructive and highly destructive consequences. The purpose of this paper is to grope the strategies which operates effectively the conflicts in the school and classroom, and examined the sort and nature of conflict, the process and outcome of conflict, and the condition and method of conflict management centering around preceeding research literatures, especially foreign literatures. Conclusively, conflicts in the school and classroom will not be eradicated, but through encouraging controversies and the skillful negotiation of conflicts of interest, the destructivenses resulting from conflicts within many schools can be greatly reduced. Through training students and school personnel in constructive argumentation and negotiating, conflicts can be a source that creates of superior learning environment.

靑少年 問題의 敎育的 一考察 : 敎育的 側面의 問題點 診斷을 中心으로 A diagnosis of problems from the perspective of education

靑少年 問題는 오늘날 우리 社會의 가장 심각한 사회문제 중의 하나로 擡臺되고 있으며, 그 深刻性은 날로 더해가는 느낌이다. 特히, 청소년 범죄의 質的인 변화와 학생 범죄의 急增 추세는 우리에게 敎育力의 强化를 요청하고 있다. 따라서 本 論文은 靑少年 問題를 敎育的 側面에서 고찰한 것으로, 청소년을 바람직한 방향으로 지도하기 위한 敎育的 指針을 제공하려는데 그 目的이 있다. 이러한 目的을 성취하기 위해 청소년 관계의 先行 硏究文獻을 理論的으로 考察하고 統計 資料를 分析하였다. 結論的으로, 청소년에 대한 기성세대의 敎育的 責任이 강화되어야 하겠으며, 그들의 꿈과 理想을 펼칠 수 있는 敎育環境이 마련되고 社會全體가 敎室이라는 認識이 확산되어야 할 것이다. The youth problems are being on the rise as one of the most serious social problems of our society today, their seriousness have a feeling to become worse day by day. Especially, the qualitative change of juvenile delinquency and rapidly increasing trend of student-crime are asked us for strengthening the educational power. Therefore, this paper is to review on the youth problems from the perspective of education, aims at offering an educational guideline for instructing young boys and girls toward a desirable direction. To accomplish this purpose, this paper examined the preceeding research literatures theoretically, and analyzed statistical data. Conclusively, the educational responsibility of the older generation to our younger generation should be strengthened, the educational environment that spreads out their dream and ideal will be provided, and the recognition that the whole society is classroom should be disseminated.
