The objective of this work is to manufacture an auto reforming system of the skirt to reduce a great financial loss, danger at a works, intensity of work, environmental pollution, and so on. The LPG container was generally designed and manufactured having over 20 year life time. But skirt, circular shape part to keep standing of LPG container, is easy to damage during transportation because of carelessness and its weight. The system consists of input and output part, hydraulic generation part, operation part, and controller. And it had some special functions of feedback control system, machine stop, and alarm to prepare for the emergencies or abnormalities. The manufactured device was useful to enhance operation efficiency, improve of working environment, and save resources showed that the skirt was restored to the former state about over 95% without any risk, smog, and mist generation and the elapsed time for one cycle took about two minutes and occurred nose was below 59.8㏈.
C200 마르에이징강의 기계적성질에 미치는 Nb 첨가량 및 시효처리의 영향

Objective of this study was effects of Nb(Niobium) contents and age hardening conditions on the strength of C200 maraging steel which are commonly using in aircraft, space field, nuclear energy, and vehicle etc. To investigate the effects, steel was manufactured by a VIM (Capacity: 30㎏f, Max Temp. : 1650℃, 10?³? Torr, 45 min/charge) added 0%, 0.03%, and 0.06% niobium with basic chemical compositions. And the steel was hot rolled automatically, solution annealed at 815℃ for I hour, and age hardened with 48%KNO₃+52NaNO₃ at 455℃, 482℃, and 510℃ for 1,2,4, and 8 hours each other. The most excellent condition for elongation was 0.03% Nb material aged at 455℃ for 1 hour having about 97% of base metal. The most excellent aging condition was 8 hours aged at 482℃ with 0.06% Nb content showing that the strength of the specimen increased twice more than that of the base metal.
광통신 부품 Lid glass 고온압축성형의 관한 연구

Data transmission capacity that is required in 2010 is forecasted that increase by optical communication capacity more than present centuple, and is doing increased demand of optical communication related industry product present. Specially, Lid glass' application that is one of optical communication parts is used in optical communication parts manufacture of Fiber array, Ferrule array, Fanout Black, Silica optical waveguide chip and splitter etc. Also, it is used widely for communication network system, CATV, ATM-PON, FTTH and system. But, Lid glass need much processing times and becomes cause in rising prices of optical communication parts because production cost is expensive. The objectives, of this work is to suggest the micro concave and convex pattern manufacturing technology on borosilicate plate using high temperature and compression molding method. As a result, could developed micro pattern Mold more than 5 pattern, and reduce Lid Glass manufacture cycle time.
CIM 탈지공정 중 오염방지를 위한 필터 및 연소장치 제작 연구

본 연구는 일반적인 현장에서 CIM(Ceramic Injection Molding)을 위하여 혼합된 P, EVA, CB 등의 바인더가 탈지공정에서 대기 중으로 방출되는 배기가스로 인하여, 작업공간의 오염 및 작업자에게 유해하며 환경오염이 발생되는 문제점을 해소 하고자 탈지로의 흡/배기구에 필터장치 및 2차 연소장치를 고안하여 제작하도록 하였다. 또한 사출이 완료된 사출성형체는 탈지로에서 탈지공정을 거쳐 성형체가 되고 이를 소결로에서 소결을 실시 후 검사하면 외관상에 흑점이 약 6%정도 발생되고 흑점 발생분에 대해서는 전량 폐기를 하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 오염에 대한 근본적인 원인을 분석한 결과 갈색과 청색상의 결함부는 금속계 불순물과 Zr계 산화물에 의한 오염으로 조사되었으며, 이와같은 문제 해결을 위해 선정한 필터링 시스템은 Mesh 0.3 ㎛의 HEPA Filter를 시용한 시스템을 설계 및 제작하였다. 연소시스템을 설치하여 가동을 수차례 실시한 결과 기존에 발생되던 그을음 및 악취는 전혀 발생되지 않았으며, HEPA Filter(mesh 0.3 ㎛)를 이용한 필터시스템을 설치한 후 불량률은 평균 1.980%로서 개선전 대비 4.316% 오염에 의한 불량률이 감소되어 매우 효율적인 결과를 나타내었다.

In a recent trend where an industry is highly advanced and an environment preservation is emphasized, They also perform various researches on improving production process and developing new systems. In the pressing forging process among the semi-solid casting process, heated aluminum alloy turns into a semisolid state mixed with solid and fluid around at the fusion point. The solid is achieved in dendrite which remains in a fine solid state of globular shape stuck together. If it is placed in the mold, it maintains its shape independently like the solid. If it is pressed, it comes to have the state similar to the fluid and consequently is easily cast in the metal mold. It also aims to estimate the exact casting state of product through Super forge 2005, a program to interpret finite factors in order to perform forge die casting of plate in the middle of valve body in the car automatic transmission. Furthermore, it assesses the change of the distribution and transformation ratio.
