현재의 전력시스템은 컴퓨터와 통신기술의 발전으로 분산시스템인 EMS(Energy Menagement System)/SCADA(Super-vision Control and Data Acquisition) 형태로 운영되어 전력의 생산, 전송 그리고 분배가 효과적으로 이루어지고 있다. Current power systems are distributed geographically and operated in the form of Energy Management System(EMS)/ Supervision Control and Data Acquisition(SCADA) with the aid of computers and communications. Recently a variety of utilities have had interests in using inforrration technology to bring the efficiency and low operational costs. There is also a trend to integrdte the production, transmission, distribution and management/control of power into one and unified distributed system. To this end, Electric Power Hesearch Institute(EPRI) announced a new standard communication protocol called Inter-Control Center Protocol(ICCP).ICCP specifies the use of Manufacturing Message Specification(MMS) for services required by rccr in application layer and supports the communications between heterogeneous control centers. This paper presents the characteristics of MMS,ICCP and their relationship. Futherrnore, we implement the basic functional blocks of ICCP using MMS services under TCI/IP environments. Finally, we model a simple power system and apply the rccp protocol to this system in a window-based scheme, and finally show the operation and validation of this protocol.

The gene encoding F protein of CBP-1 strain, a heat-stable Newcastle disease virus (NDV) isolated from the diseased pheasants in Korea, was characterized by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), nucleotide and amino acid sequences. Virus RNA was prepared from the chorioallatoic fluid infected with NDV CBP-1 virus and cDNA was amplified by RT-PCR, cloned and sequenced to analyze. The PCR was sensitive as to detect the virus titer above $2^5$ hemagglutination unit. 1.7kb (1,707bp) size of the cDNA was amplified and cloned into BamHI site of pVL1393 Baculo transfer vector. The nucleotide sequences for F protein were determined by dye terminator cyclic sequencing using four pairs of primers, and 553 amino acid sequences were predicted. In comparison of the nucleotide sequence of F gene of CBP-1 with those of other NDV strains, the homology revealed 88.8%, 98.5% and 98.7% with Kyojungwon (KJW), Texas GB and Beaudette C strains, respectively. As the deduced 553 amino acid sequences of F protein of CBP-1 were compared with those of other NDV strains, the homology appeared 89.9%, 98.7% and 98.9% with KJW, Texas GB and Beaudette C strains, respectively. The putative protease cleavage site (112-116) was R-R-Q-K-R, indicating that CBP-1 strain is velogenic type. The amino acid sequences include 6 sites of N-asparagine-linked glycosylation and 13 cysteine residues. These data indicate that the genotype of CBP-1 strain is more closely associated with the strains of Texas GB and Beaudette C than KJW strain.

In designing office space in current era, human beings, that is office users seem to be taken into account more than any time in history. Office space is becoming not just administrative space, but a place of communications and creative decoration. It is not a place for the system of just coordinating production operations and work, but a place for a variety of dynamic job performances based on space users’ initiative actions. The focus of office space design is more on providing human beings with emotional support to adopt and tackle changes better and encourage them to work more creatively rather than on functional aspect. Conventional way of office design was often repetitive work. However, now it is to be transformed into more creative space. This project requires creative inspirations and a diverse and high level of work capacity. It also designs the space as a living place for people to think, rest and work with multiple functions. Especially, in planning lobby area natural and environment-friendly materials will be used instead of artificial materials to accommodate rest area, event area and information communicating area. Conference area is also designed to be flexible to meet changing needs of space use instead of restricted in conventional one function of its use.
