Ankle-foot orthosis(AFO) with a pneumatic rubber actuator, which is intended for the assistance and the enhancement of ankle muscular activities was developed. In this study, appropriate amount of power pattern of the device and the effectiveness of the system was investigated. The subjects were performed the gait motion with and without the AFO. We made a comparison the muscular activities between with and without the AFO. A Biodex dynamometer was used to measure the maximal concentric strength of the plantar flexors of with and without the orthosis on right side. The experiment results in gait motion showed that the muscular activities wearing the AFO were reduced and the peak torque values wearing it were increased. Therefore, we confirmed the effectiveness of the developed AFO.

본 연구는 지역사회에 거주하고 있는 정신 장애인들의 항정신성약물 복용 경험을 심층적으로 탐색함으로써 약물이행 과정을 이해하기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 본 연구의 참여자는 지역사회에 거주하면서 항정신성약물을 복용하고 있는 정신장애인 8명이었다. 자료수집 기간은 2010년 11월부터 2011년 8월까지였으며, 일대일 비구조화 면담방법으로 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 Colaizzi (1978)의 현상학적 분석 방법을 사용하였다. 연구 결과 참여자들의 항정신성 약물 복용 경험은 ‘투약에 순응하기’, ‘약물이 필요함을 인식함’, ‘약 복용에 대한 부담감’, ‘약물 복용에 맞서기’, ‘약물을 동반자로 받아들임’의 5개 범주로 나타났다. The purpose of the study was to understand the experiences of antipsychotic agents in mentally disabled, and explore the nature of drug compliance. The research participants consisted of the 8 Persons living in Seoul from November 2010 to Aug 2011. The data was created by the interview on the experiences of antipsychotic agents. The analysis of the data was made Colaizzi"s phenomenological analytic method. Five categories that emerged from themes and themes clusters were: 1) following taking medicine 2) recognizing medicine’s necessity 3) burden from taking medicine 4) facing taking medicine 5) accepting medicine as a company.
