사회적 자본과 안전인식 그리고 개인 웰빙에 관한 실증연구1

본 연구는 이미 실무영역에서 널리 활용되고 있지만, 사회적 자본과 안전의 관계에 대한 연구는 아직까지 진행되고 있지 못하다는 점에 주목하였다. 이에 선행연구의 연구 공백을 메꾸고 정책설계를 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 사회적 자본과 안전인식 나아가 개인 웰빙 간의 관계를 구조방정식모형을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 사적네트워크, 공적네트워크, 사적신뢰, 공적신뢰 모두 개인의 안전인식에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으나, 그 강도는 다소 약하게 측정되었으며, 개인의 안전인식과 개인 웰빙간에는 강한 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 사적네트워크와 공적신뢰 변수는 개인 웰빙에 긍정적 영향을 주고 있었지만, 공적네트워크는 개인 웰빙에 부정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 개인의 건강, 소득 수준, 그리고 직장과 일상생활의 균형도 중요하지만, 국가기관 및 이웃 간의 네트워크와 신뢰, 그리고 안전인식에서 비롯되는 만족감 또한 개인 웰빙에 상당히 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. This study noted that, even if the relation between social capital and perception of safety has been widely used in the field of public policy, empirical studies on the relation have not yet been conducted. In order to provide information for policy design, this study analyzed the relationship between social capital, perception of safety and subjective well-being using structural equation model(SEM). The study found that social networks, public networks, social trust, and public trust have positive effects on individuals' perception of safety, but their influences are measured low. Continuously, perception of safety has strong positive relation with subjective well-being. Social networks and public trust have also positive effects on subjective well-being, but public networks have negative effects on subjective well-being. Through this study, it found that personal health, income level and work life balance are important to personal well-being, but the satisfaction resulting from social capital and safety is also a significant part of personal well-being.

Diagnosis of gastric subepithelial tumors (SETs) is sometimes difficult with conventional endoscopy or tissue sampling with standard biopsy, so non-invasive imaging modalities such as endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) and computed tomography are used to evaluate the characteristics of SETs features (size, location, originating layer, echogenicity, shape). However imaging modalities alone is not able to distinguish among all types of SETs, so histology is the gold standard for obtaining the final diagnosis. For tissue sampling, mucosal cutting biopsy and mucosal incision-assisted biopsy and EUS-guided fine-needle aspiration or biopsy (EUS-FNA or EUS-FNB) is commonly recommended. Endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) and endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) are used for resection of SETs involving the mucosal and superficial submucosal layers, could not treat adequately and safely the SETs involving the deep mucosa and muscularis propria. Submucosal tunneling endoscopic resection (STER) and endoscopic full-thickness resection (EFTR) is used as a therapeutic option for the treatment of SETs with the development of reliable endoscopic closure techniques and tools.

In order to guarantee the durability performance of vehicle suspension component, the criterion for design and evaluation based on service loading condition are necessary. The criterion should describe service loading condition because it has much diverse range due to different driving area and culture. In this study, it was established durability evaluation criterion under Chinese service condition for Chinese type semi-active suspension system. The main parameters causing system failure were founded through the analysis of failure examples. The loading condition including the parameters was measured from the vehicle test on Chinese public road over 8,000㎞. The measured data was used to make the durability evaluation criterion by extrapolation method based on Chinese operating profile. The criterion was compared with others from Korean and European public road in oder to analyse the severity of Chinese road condition. The block program test signal was designed to evaluate the durability of Chinese type semi-active suspension system.
