도면정보 기반 건축공사 콘크리트 물량산출 성과물 검증방안 개발

견적업무는 공사비를 산출하는 것을 목적으로 수행되며, 단가정보와 물량정보의 곱으로 산출되므로 성공적인 건설 프로젝트의 수행을 위해 정확한 물량산출이 선행되어야 한다. 또한 현재 견적 전문가를 대상으로 한 설문조사에 의하면, 물량산출 성과물에 대한 만족도가 높음에도 불구하고 이에 대한 검증작업이 필요하다는 의견이 다수이다. 그러나 현재는 견적 작업자의 경험도에 의존하는 등 객관적인 검증방안이 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 작업자 개개인의 업무능력에 의존하지 않고 검증할 수 있는 검증방안을 제안하였다. 제안하는 검증방안은 산출서 물량과 비교하여 ±5%의 오차를 가지는 검증물량을 산출하여 산출한 물량에 대한 가이드 라인을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 기존에 수행된 프로젝트 데이터를 활용하여 도면 및 산출서를 분석하고, 도면으로부터 정보를 추출하여 검증물량을 산출할 수 있는 산식을 개발하여 검증물량산출 산식이라고 정의하였다. 본 연구의 결과인 검증물량산출 산식은 최단기간 내에 최소인원으로 물량산출 성과물에 대한 검증업무를 수행할 수 있게 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이로 인해 작업자가 산출한 물량에 대한 신뢰도를 확보할 수 있을 것으로 생각되며, 오류가 발생한 항목에 대한 검토가 수행됨에 따라 효율적인 견적업무가 가능하게 될 것으로 기대된다. In construction project, an error in quantity information immediately leads to an error in the quotation, highly reliable quantity calculation is required for successful performance of a project. But there is a difficulty in the current situation for the person in charge to review all calculation sheets for quantity review as the quotation work has to be performed in a short period of time. Accordingly, it is thought that a review plan is required to secure reliability on calculated results and the review plan should be able to be carried out within insufficient quotation periods. In the present paper, it is intended to present a plan that enables quantity to be reviewed with the minimum number of persons within the shortest period of time through an algorithm of calculating a verification quantity. The suggested algorithm allows the result of quantity calculation work carried out earlier based on 2-dimensional drawing to be compared, not with an accurate quantity, but within an error range.

Existing campus backbone networks will be replaced by Gigabit ethernet network which is able to handle various types of traffic and satisfying the needs of a large number of applications. For design of the Gigabit Ethernet, it is important to analysis exactly the characteristics of various type of traffic in current campus LAN networks. In this paper, We generalized campus communication networks which use a simulation techniques of QoS evaluation for remote traffic services and compare with the various backbone networks.

기존 교환기를 이용한 H 채널 서비스 수용 방안

현재 상용화되고 있는 ISDN(Integrated Services Digital Network)이 정보통신 산업의 활성화는 물론 정보사회에서의 하부구조로서 국가발전에 기여하도록 하기 위해서는 최근 수요가 급증하고 있는 H 채널 서비스에 대한 제공능력을 현재 구성된 ISDN 구조내에 추가할 필요성이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 ISDN 교환기내에 회선모드에 대한 H 채널의 교환기능 수용 방안을 검토하였다.

ISO/IEC JTC1/SC29WG11 MPEG has been standardizing UD(user description) to give a user personalized recommendation ser-vices. Besides, CD(context description), service description(SD), and recommendation description(RD) are recently being standardizedby UD Adhoc Group in MPEG with an advanced UD to cope with needs of current and upcoming services such as augmented realityand social network. The descriptions was reflected to MPEG-UD WD(Working Draft) at MPEG 107th meeting and the document wasfinally approved as international standard by national bodies with standard number(ISO/IEC IS 21000-22 UD) at 114th MPEG meeting.In addition, reference software WD to validate conformance of UD standard was approved at 113th MPEG meeting. In this paper, wedeveloped a demo program for visual communication according to guideline defined in reference software WD to validate the referencesoftware as well as UD standard.

영유아교사의 공감능력이 교사전문성과 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 영유아교사의 공감능력이 교사전문성과 직무스트레스의 관계 및 영향력을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구를 위해 서울과 경기도에 재직 중인 유치원과 어린이집 교사 188명을 대상으로 공감능력, 교사전문성, 직무스트레스 검사를 수행하였으며, SPSS WIN 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 인구학적 기술통계, 연구 도구에 대한 신뢰도 분석, 연구 변인에 대한 기술통계, 연구 변인의 상관분석, 단순 회귀분석, 다중 회귀분석을 진행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 영유아교사의 기관 유형에 따라 공감능력과 직무스트레스에 차이가 있었으며, 교사의 최종 학력에 따라 직무스트레스에 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 영유아교사의 공감능력은 교사전문성과 정적상관이 나타났으며, 직무스트레스와 부적상관이 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 영유아교사의 공감능력은 교사 전문성에 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무스트레스에는 부적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본연구결과는 영유아교사의 공감능력을 길러주는 것이 교사의 전문성을 높이고, 직무스트레스에 대처하는 데 도움이 됨을 시사하고 있다. 이에 따라 영유아교사의 공감능력을 높일 수 있는 프로그램 및 현장의 영유아교사를 위한 공감 관련 연수가 진행될 필요가 있음을 제안한다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship and influence between early childhood teachers’ expertise and job stress on empathy ability. For this study, 188 teachers in kindergartens and daycare centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do were tested for empathy, teachers’ expertise, and job stress. SPSS WIN 25.0 program was used for demographic descriptive statistics, reliability analysis of research tools, descriptive statistics for variables, correlation analysis of variables, simple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows: First, there was a difference in empathy and job stress according to the type of institution of early childhood teachers, and there was a difference in job stress according to the final education of teachers. Second, early childhood teachers’ empathy was positively correlated with teachers’ expertise and negatively correlated with job stress. Third, early childhood teachers’ empathy had a positive effect on teachers’ expertise and a negative effect on job stress. The results of this study suggest that raising the empathy of early childhood teachers is helpful for enhancing the teachers’ expertise and coping with job stress. Therefore, this study suggest that develop the programs to enhance the empathy of early childhood teachers and conduct training for early childhood teachers in the field.

어린이집 원장의 배경변인에 따른 전문성 비교

현대 사회의 변화로 보육기관을 책임지고 있는 원장의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 원장의 전문성이 보육기관에 큰 영향을 주기 때문이다. 하지만 근본적으로 어린이집 원장을 대상으로 한 연구가 매우 미흡한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 어린이집 유형에 따른 어린이집 원장의 전문적 자질, 연령, 경력, 학력에 따른 원장의 전문적 자질뿐 아니라 전문적 자질의 하위 영역을 비교ㆍ분석하여 원장 전문성을 체계적이고 조직적으로 조사하고자 한다. 이러한 연구결과는 영유아 보육현장을 지도 감독하고 있는 원장들을 분석하게 됨으로써 어린이집의 보육서비스 질 향상을 위해 원장들을 대상으로 하는 보수교육계획과 정책설정에 유의미한 정보를 제공할 것으로 기대해본다. 이러한 연구목적을 위해 첫째, 어린이집 유형에 따른 원장의 전문성은 어떠한가? 둘째, 어린이집 원장 연령에 따른 전문성은 어떠한가? 셋째, 어린이집 원장 학력에 따른 전문성은 어떠한가? 본 연구는 총 223명 원장의 응답을 연구자료로 사용하였으며 질문지는 지성애(2001)가 ‘영유아 보육시설장과 교사의 전문적 자질에 관한 조사 연구’에서 제작한 ‘보육시설장의 전문적 자질’ 도구를 사용하였다. 분석은 빈도분석(Frequency Analysis), 일원변량분석(ANOVA)을 사용하였으며 사후 검증을 위해 Scheffe검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석은 모두 유의수준 p<.05에서 검증하였으며, 통계처리는 SPSS WIN 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구의 결론은 민간 및 가정어린이집, 학력이 낮거나 경력이 짧은 원장의 전문성이 낮게 나왔다. 이 연구결과는 어린이집 원장의 전문성 내용을 재조명하고 원장의 전문성 향상을 위한 기초자료로 활용되며 영아보육현장에 의미 있는 정보를 제공할 것으로 기대해 본다.

관광 안내를 위한 지능형 지리정보 시스템의 연구

This paper proposes a framework of an intelligent geographic information system(IGIS) for tourist guide which reflects road status, traffic volume, hotel facilities, seasons, travel intervals, costs, persons, and famous places which they should want to travel. Starting with reviewing the characteristics of pervious spatial models, this paper presents basic concepts, design considerations, knowledge bases, and user interfaces for the proposed model and evaluates and execution process of the system. In addition, we describe the concatenation methods of related information systems for the intelligent geographic information system. Finally, the primary difference between the proposed knowledge database and its processing system and an intelligent, object-oriented geographic information system, called GeoViewer, is reviewed through comparing with their characteristics.
