        現代企業의 經營者는 法的理念에 따라서 所有者의 利益을 爲하여 經營하는 責務가 있지만 創造에 對한 衝動, 自己集團과 一體化하려는 性向, 他人에 對한 奉仕心 이와같은 非金錢的인 인센티브를 動機로 하여 經營을 하게되고 社會的 利益을 修行하므로서 利益者 集團과 關聯하여 調整토록 해야 하기 때문에 經營者 支配의 추세에 즈음하여 社會·經濟的인 正當性의 根據를 明確히 確立해 나가야 할 것이다. The modern business manager has the duty to manage according to the legal ideaology for the profit of the owner, but at the same time he must manage his business and work for the social interests with the motivation of the nonprofitable 'incentives' such as impetus for creation, inclination to identify himself with his group, and service to others, and also he must control his role in relation to the interest group. That is the way he can establish socio-economic authority in accordance with the trend of manager-governing legitimacy.

        現在와 같이 複雜化하고 多樣化한 時短制(Part time) 就業은 앞으로는 하나의 重要한 就業形態로 登場하기 때문에 經營者 側에서는 低廉한 勞動力이므로 雇傭에서는 매우 便利할 뿐 아니라 調整도 安易하게 될 것이다. 低廉한 勞動力으로 雇傭의 柔軟性을 追求하는 企業들은 經營上 合當한 勞動力을 選擇하지만 勞動條件 等에 關하여는 正規社員과의 格差를 改善할 諸般 對策을 講究할 必要가 있다. As the diversification of employment is in progress, the employment of part-time workers is expanded and therefore the chief economic subjects like the employer, the union, the government, etc. need to have more interest about it. In order to examine the background of this pending question as a socio-economic problem and also cope with it positively, with relation to this new pattern of employment deeply penetrated into the labor market and existing employment system the proper measure for and the improvement about working conditions, etc. is necessary.

        Korea"s reality program is the mainstream in the TV program with 〈Infinity Challenge(무한도전)〉 2006. After the success of 〈Infinity Challenge〉, each broadcaster has created a competitive reality program similar to it. Since the late 2000s, Korea"s TV program is changed to reality programs. Million viewers think the reality program events actually happened. But in fact, reality program twist the cord humor based on real events. Thus, the director of the reality program adds "production techniques" in order to gain popularity. Therefore we call reality program that would combine facts and entertainment elements. Subtitles production technique is one of the most important thing in reality program. Initially, subtitles are used as an information transmission means in news or social prosecution programs. But since, the subtitles will serve to define the characteristic or set of characters. Today the subtitles are in the spotlight as a means of communication of program directors and viewers. So directors are involved in the program through the subtitles. And these interventions also have a considerable impact viewers. This study analyzes the reality program 〈Three meals a day(삼시세끼)〉 and 〈Infinity Challenge〉. It make sure the subtitles are very useful things and how it affects reality programs. We have discovered through the analysis of the following facts. First, the form of subtitles depend on the nature of the crew, so it change the style, content and composition. Second, the subtitles will affect the formed of the cast"s character. Thus, the director shall be more concerned about the correct use of subtitles.

        오늘날 우리는 貿易伸張이란 國內外的인 課題앞에 國際競爭에 있어서 有利한 立場을 確保히기 爲하여는 資本의 合同 同種 業種間의 過熱된 競爭을 避하고 企業合同의 完全한 形態인 會社 合倂은 當然한 時代의 要請이기도 하다. 企業의 集中現狀의 한 形態인 企業合竝은 經營의 合理化 市場獨占, 營業分野의 多邊化 例産 會社의 救濟等 諸般 經濟上의 目的을 爲하여 認定되고 있다. 合倂은 企業合同의 가장 完全한 形態로서 會社法은 勿論 勞動關係法, 經濟法의 關心의 焦點이 된다. Nowadays Company Merger is proper for the occasion not only to get profitable trade expansion in the inside and outside of the country but also to avoide Combined capital and on overheated economy, bet ween the same Kind enterprise, But there is a lots problems legally on company merger, It is difficult to Understand the escentials of company merger because it had no the rules. Merger of Corportion as one type of concentration is the recogmized institution for Various economic purposes such as rationalization of management, expansion of business, avoidance of competition monopoly of market, realization of scale economies, diversification of business fild, restoration of bankrupt corporation and the like, In reality, merger of Corporations are practised for Various purposed in many Countries and it is the main target of Corporation Law, and labor Law in the Senes that is the legal and economic integration of main economic subjects.

        不當勞動行爲制度의 存在價値는 資本所有權의 諸機能을 侵害하여 勤勞者의 利益에 逆機能을 侵害하는 使用者의 作用에서 蒸起되는 바 勤勞者의 基本權(團結權, 團體交涉, 團體行動權 生存權)이 侵害되었을 때 原狀 回復보다 使用者의 社會的責任이 더욱 切感되고 勞動委員會의 本 質的이고 積極的인 信賴를 構築하는 方案이 硏究檢討되어야 한다. Since the 29 June dencocratigation announcement. the unfair Labor Practice and its remedy in Korea have been much focused on and become an essentical and Business Circle . When the basic right are infringed. it is Generally regarded the best way here in Korea if right of unity. right of Collective bargaining. and right of collective action can be restored to the original state, but it is deeply required that the social . responsibilites should be turther extended to employers therfore. in this respect. we shoed try to find out the true meaning of the untair labor practice system.

The management in the globalization era should comprehensively train is personel that they can possess not language ability and knowledge of international management but also the capability to manage in the foreign countries, to negotiate with foreign people, to lead the foreign employees, and to understand the cultural difference in the management etc. And also the management should enhance the ability of its personel that can have the job view that even in the course of globalzation and information society they are working in the workplace where humbanity is highly manefasted and their personlity is well shaped.

In the innovative mechanism the positive and thorough innovation, not the theory of businessmanship, is regarded as of great importance, and the vital innovation which makes little of the gradually progressive innovation or the interdependency among the innovation, and the challenge spirit which alters the way of thinking and habitual behavior of the members within the organization should be strengthened and developed.

        ME(Micro Electronics)化는 從業員의 職務構造에 對하여 크다란 變化를 일으켜서 業務를 外注化하여 "파-트 타이마"나 勤勞者의 下請 派遣 等으로 不完全 勤勞者를 增加하게 하고 勞動者를 減縮시켜서 中間管理層이 감소하게 되고 技術者 增加와 直接 生産勤勞者의 축소를 초래한다. 職務構造의 變化에 對應키 爲하여 轉勤 退職에 따른 配置轉換에 對한 順應程度를 具體的으로 考慮해야 할 것이다. A current trend towards ME(Micro Electronics) causes many changes in the structure of office duties: it drives to sublet office duties or to despatch laborers, resulting in an increment of incomplete laborers and part-timers: with reduction of workers, it decreases middle-class managers: with an increase of technical experts, it reduces laborers in the direct production line. In order to confront changes in the structure of office duties, a definite consideration should be given to the degree of laborers' adaptation to a redistribution of the personnel, which results from their transference and retirement.

The principle of management is of course maximization of the profit, and yet the construction of new principle harmonious with modern society is required, and at the same time business ethics and its social responsibility based on the human cooperation is proposed. The manager should consider the value bases of various interested parties in the light of his own value system and in addition unite various theories and approaches.

        社會의 進化는 必然的 革命이 아닌 目的活動的 改善과 漸次的 進化에 依한다. 生産樣式은 生産의 區分에 不過하고 生産力과 生産關係는 經濟的 槪念이 아니다. 生産力의 發展은 技術과 科學發展에 直結되고 이는 다시 人間精神 作用의 所産이며 單純한 物質의 힘이 아니다. 昨今의 東歐事態는 지난 40年 以上 적어도 外形上으로 굳건히 維持되어온 마르크스 ·레닌主義가 종말로 치닫고 있음을 反證하는 것이다. The social improvement depends on the gradual evolution of the purpose-sensitive a ctivities, not on the inevitable revolution. The mode of production is just a means of production analysis and the relationship of production and productivity is not a economic notion. The advancement of productivity directly relates to the progress of science and technology and also it is the result of the human mental activities, not a simple material energy. The recent affairs of Eastern Europe is strong evidence to foretell the end of Marks-Leninism which has been un fallingly, preserved over the last forty years at least superficially.
