Background: The current educational goals and missions of pharmacy schools in Korea were analyzed to examine the current orientation and future direction of pharmaceutical education. Methods: Educational mission statements were obtained from the homepages of 35 pharmacy schools and subjected to convert into codes. Themes and categories were induced using qualitative content-analysis from the codes and compared according to location of school (capital area versus province), public versus private, and date of initial enrollment (before versus in 2011). The themes and categories were compared with "the eight-star pharmacist" suggested by World Health Organization (WHO) and International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP). Results: Twelve themes, 44 categories, and 496 codes were identified. Themes included pharmaceutical expertise, professionalism, contribution to society, basic educational ideology, sphere of activity, leadership, research, dealing with future change, problem-solving ability, self-management and development, cooperation, and respect for life. Mission statements of schools that initially enrolled in 2011 cited humankind level contribution (p=0.011), patient-centered care (p=0.026), and globalization (p=0.018) more frequently than those enrolled before 2011. Most schools mentioned about care-giver, researcher, and decision-maker which were stated in "the eight-star pharmacist". Conclusion: To meet the growing social requirements of a pharmacist's roles, wide-ranging active discussion on establishing educational goals should be made.

최근 무선통신 등의 발달과 수많은 전자기기가 보급된 상황에서 다양한 전자장비 사이의 EMC호환성이 대두되고 있다. 이러한 이유로 외부 전자계에 장애를 유발하지도 않고, 일정 수준의 전자파 환경에서도 오동작 없이 원활한 작동이 이루어질 수 있도록 관련 기기 상호간의 전파환경을 개선하는 것이 절실히 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 전자기 간섭을 줄일 수 있는 대표적인 방법에 접지, 쉴딩, 필터링 기법이 있는데 본 논문에서는 필터링 기법 중 π형 LC필터에 설계기법을 정리하고 이를 발사체 탑재시스템에 적용한 사례를 소개하였다. π형 LC필터의 경우 엄격한 규격을 요구하는 발사체 전자탑재시스템의 개발시 EMI문제를 해결하는데 매우 유용하게 활용될 것으로 기대된다. Ensuring Electromagnetic Compatibility(EMC) between a variety of electric and electronics equipment and systems in a modern world of sophisticated and intricate electronics has become increasingly important in order to provide successful operation of different subsystems in the same electromagnetic environment. Electromagnetic Interference(EMI) being either narrowband or broadband can be radiated, conducted or propagated by any combination of these two propagation modes. EMI suppressing techniques involve grounding, shielding, and filtering. This paper is focused on the passive filtering scheme. It introduces the design of π-type LC filter, then shows the simulation results and the application example. This way is very useful to solve the EMI problem in development of an electrical onboard system for launch vehicle
측정치 시간지연과 선체의 유연성을 고려한 전달정렬 기법

This paper deals with the transfer alignment problem of SDINS(StrapDown Inertial Navigation System) subjected to roll and pitch motions of the ship. Specifically, to reduce alignment errors induced by measurement time-delay and ship body flexure, an error compensation method is suggested based on delay state augmentation and DCM(Direction Cosine Matrix) partial matching. A linearized error model for the velocity and attitude matching transfer alignment system is first derived by linearizing the nonlinear measurement equation with respect to its time delay and augmenting the delay state into the conventional linear state equations. And then DCM partial matching is properly combined to reduce effects of a ship's Y axis flexure. The simulation results show that the suggested method is effective enough resulting in considerably less azimuth alignment errors.
진동 및 충격을 고려한 발사체 전자탑재 장치의 릴레이모듈 설계

전자기계식 릴레이는 전자식스위치에 비해 전자파 및 신호간섭 등에 의한 스위칭 오동작 확률이 적으며 물리적으로 연결/차단되어 전기적으로도 완벽히 분리가 가능한 장점을 갖고 있다. 따라서 발사체나 인공위성의 전자탑재장치에 전원공급 및 명령구동 스위치로 릴레이가 많이 사용된다. 일반적으로 우주용 및 군용을 만족하는 릴레이의 경우 충격규격은 200g 이하이다. 이는 한국형발사체의 충격요구조건인 3000∼ 5000g의 충격에 만족되지 않는다. 이를 해결하기 위해 절연계(Isolator)를 이용한 릴레이모듈 설계방안을 제시하고 시험결과를 통하여 설계결과를 검증한다. Electro-mechanical relay is popular component for switching in electrical system of launch vehicle or missile because it is robust to electro-magnetic interference relatively to solid-state switches. However, the relay is poor under shock and vibration environment (The relay specification of military grade is generally limited below 200g"s shock level, but the KSLV-II environmental specification for pyro-shock is required about 5000g"s shock level). So, this paper suggests to the design of relay module using isolator to solve this problem.
