공차 운송은 불필요한 환경적·사회적 비용을 발생키기 때문에 공차운송 효율화에 대해 다양한 연구가 진행되었다. 하지만, 공차 운송과 관련한 기존 연구에서는 공차 운행 특성 분석, 차량 경로계획 및 배차 시스템 등을 중심으로 연구가 이루어져 수송 주문의 특성을 고려한 공차 운송 최소화 방안 마련에는 한계가 있었다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 주문 특성을 고려하면서 공차운송거리를 최소화하기 위한 주문 매칭 알고리즘을 구현하였다. 주문 매칭 알고리즘은 주문 유효성 검증, 주문 매칭 후보군 선정 및 주문 매칭 최적화 단계로 구성된다. 특히, 주문 매칭 후보군 선정 시 복화운송을 위한 현실적인 제약 조건을 고려하였고, 주문 매칭 최적화 단계에서는 수송모형을 응용하여 모형을 설계하였다. 구현된 알고리즘에 KTDB(2016) 데이터를 기반으로 가상 주문을 생성하여 공차 거리를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 본 알고리즘 적용 시 공차 운행거리가 평균 8.3% 감소하는 것으로 나타나 본 알고리즘의 적용을 통해 운송 효율성을 높일 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. Empty vehicle trips cause traffic jams and environmental pollutions. In this study, we developed an order matching optimization algorithm to minimize empty vehicle trip distance. The algorithm consists of three steps: validation of orders, generation of trip candidates, and matching orders. The proposed algorithm was tested based on the KTDB statistical data sets and the computational experiments show that it can reduce total distance of empty vehicle trips. By matching orders effectively, vehicle dispatch planners can increase vehicle utilizations and digital freight matching platforms can develop additional revenue sources.
스마트 공급망 구현에 필요한 기본 요소들의 우선순위 결정에 관한 연구

As business environments have changed rapidly, smart technologies based on IT (Information Technology) has been applied to business practices to deal with the uncertain environment. In this study, we have reviewed the current status of SMART supply chain management (Smart SCM) initiatives in which smart technologies were used to improve SCM capabilities. Then, we selected factors to prioritize the effective implementations of smart SCM initiatives. These factors fall into four categories including supply chain integration, big data and analytical capability, IT Infrastructure and finally process automation. We applied AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) techniques to identify urgent improvement areas in smart SCM initiatives. The analysis results showed that the external supply chain integration is the most urgent area to be improved in smart SCM initiatives.
혈중 인슐린 및 당 농도에 미치는 글루코코티코이드의 영향

It has been reported that glucocorticoid causes the increase of blood sugar. In this study, it was studied on the influence of glucocorticoid on insulin and glucose in blood according as blood sugar value changes. Cortisone succinate and prednisolone acetate-these are synthetic glucocorticoid-were injected to the rabbits and their blood sugar and blood insulin values were observed. Blood sugar was measured by Somogyi-Nelson method and the isolated rat diaphragms were used in the biological assay of insulin. Glucose tolerance tests were applied to the rabbits. The results of this study followed 1) Blood sugar was increased by glucocorticoid and blood sugar value was twice than normal in the 7th day of the treatment of glucocorticoid. 2) Insulin value decreased than normal. So increased blood sugar value did not control by insulin. 3) glucose tolerance test was not normal in the last day of the treatment of glucocortkcoid. But it was normal in the 30th day when glucocorticoid had stopped to inject. It was certain that the action controlling blood sugar value was inhibited by glucocorticoid from these results.
