음성질환자의 음성검사 시 강도 증가에 따른 음향학적 지표의 변화

Background and Objectives : Clinically, as a tool for voice assessment before and after the operation or the voice treatment, acoustic analysis is widely used. However, in clinical situations, acoustic parameters vary according to how the assessment is made. Thus, with voice disease patients as subjects, we are to investigate what influence intensity increase exerts on acoustic parameters and how to reduce variation according to the way of assessing. Material and Method : At the voice clinic of the department of otorhinolaryngology in Gangnam Severance Hospital, with 30 female voice-disease patients (40.6 years old on the average) and 23 male voice-disease patients (40.1 years old on the average) as subjects, using the Dr Speech vocal-assessment program, we statistically tested the significance of the difference in each of acoustic parameters between when the "Ah" vowel is produced with a normal voice and when the "Ah" vowel is produced with a loud voice. Results : Acoustic parameters that showed a statistically significant difference according to intensity increase were Jitter, SD F0, and NNE for females, and Jitter, SD F0, HNR, SNR, and NNE for males. Voice quality estimates showed a statistically significant difference according to intensity increase in female hoarse voice, female breathy voice, and male breathy voice. Conclusion : In this research, acoustic analysis, which is generally used for voice assessment before and after the operation or the voice treatment, showed a tendency that acoustic parameters became better under the influence of intensity increase except for the cases where a voice disease was severe. Thus, to raise the reliability of voice assessment, the range of intensity needs to be set up. This should be the topic for the future research.

This study tries to conduct a systematic analysis on whether adding up the royalties and license fees or not inmeasuring the taxable amount of tariff. We have confirmed that three main criteria to decide whether it is yes or not are non-inclusion, relatedness and condition of sale. We also have realized that whether satisfying a condition of sale or not depends on license agreement, sales contract, special relationship and so on. Furthermore, we have made case studies of bonded factory, film’s domestic distribution, exempt royalty and license fee, price for exclusive use of relevant technology, retroactive application of price change and strict interpretation. Based on the case studies we have derived the following conclusions: First, the royalties and license fees only actually paid to the licensors may be added to taxable amount. Second, the royalties and license fees incurred after the imported goods are made into domestic goods may not be added up. Third, the royalties and license fees paid as a price for usemay not be added up. Fourth, the analogical interpretation of relevant codes is not accepted.

This paper has categorized twelve FTAs signed by Korea into three clusters and come to the following conclusions: First, the origin verification is implemented by the customs administration of the importing party in the case of America·Oceania cluster. The importing party is allowed to request information from the exporter or the producer and implement verification visit. Second, the origin verification is carried out by the customs administration of the exporting party in the case of Europe cluster. Third, Asia cluster has adopted two steps procedure to carry out origin verification. The importing party may request the customs administration of the exporting party to conduct an origin verification. Then, the importing party may, under exceptional circumstances, implement verification visit to the exporting party when it is not satisfied with the outcome of the origin verification. We have also examined Korean standard of preferential origin verification.
혼합물 실험의 설계 및 분석:Simplex Centroid Design과 Poisson Log-Link Mixture Regression을 이용한 사례연구

혼합물 (mixture) 실험은 최적 반응치를 산출시키는 혼합물의 구성성분비를 찾기 위한 실험이다. 혼합물 실험에서는 구성성분비의 합이 1이라는 제약조건 하에서 실험의 설계와 분석이 수행된다. 본고는 식품의 저장성 향상에 관한 어느 연구에서 실시된 실험을 이용하여, 혼합물 실험의 설계와 분석을 예시한다. 이 실험에서, 설계로는 augmented simplex centroid design이 사용되었고, 분석을 위하여는 Poisson log-link mixture polynomial regression과 nonlinear programming이 사용되었다. Experimentation with a mixture is to find a set of proportions of mixture components for response optimization. In mixture experiments, designs and analyses are under the restriction that the sum of the component proportions is 1.This article illustrates design and analysis of a mixture experiment using an experiment performed in a study for improvement of flood storage. In this experiment, an augmented simplex centroid design was used as an experimental design, and Poisson log-link mixture polynomial regression and nonlinear programming were used for analysis.
