In this paper, the cell balance of secondary battery using a large number of MOSFETs is discussed. We can balance the cells by controlling battery charging current with help of MOSFETs. If the cells are not balanced, we can not use the whole energy of the battery while charging and discharging, therefore, the energy efficiency is decreased. To increase the energy efficiency, we propose the MOSFET control algorithm which will perform cell balancing by controlling the charging current.

헝가리 부다페스트의 문화와 도시관광에 관한 연구

This paper is to descript its country`s historic backgrounds, urban changes and developments, and cultural heritages and characteristics on tourism resources by being focused on the culture and urban tourism of Budapest in Hungary. Budapest is the capital and the largest city of Hungary, and the country`s principal political, cultural, industrial, and transportation center. In 1873, it became a single city occupying both banks of the river Danube with a unification of west-bank Buda and Obuda with east-bank Pest. Presently, The tourism area of Budapest is divided into two districts; Buda and Pest. Buda is the center of historic tradition and contains interesting sites; Old Places and Castle(Budavari Palota), Hills(Gellert hegy), Church(Matyas Templom) and Fisherman`s Fortress(Halaszbastya). Also as known as industrial headquarters, Pest has famous onuments and harmonic attractions; the third largest Parliament building(Orszaghaz) in the world, Cathedral(Szent Istvanbazilika), Heroes` Square(Hosok tere), Art Museum and Andrassy Avenue. As one of the traditional industial city in Europe, It has the Millennium Underground Railway, the second oldest in the world. Also Budapest, including the Banks of the Danube, the Buda Castle Quarter and Andrassy Avenue were registered on UNESCO World Heitage List based on the Convention for the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage. Finally, This paper provides important data to raise interests in Budapest tourism as an international cultural city. Also It seems to be utilized as basic travel informations for korean tourists visiting Budapest, Hungary.

카르스트 지형 세계유산에 대한 자연관광 경관 특성

본 연구는 관광을 통한 특별한 자아실현 욕구를 충족시키는 관광자원의 측면에서 세계유산으로 등재된 카르스트 지형과 관련된 유산에 대한 지형경관을 분석하였다. 카르스트 세계유산을 지형의 성인에 따라 구분하면, 지표면의 경관을 형성하는 유산으로는 중국의 `황룡 자연경관 및 역사지구`, `구채구 자연경관 및 역사지구`, `중국 남부 카르스트`, 베트남의 `하롱 만`, 불가리아의 `피린 국립공원`, 마다가스카르의 `베마라하 자연보호구역`, 쿠바의 `데셈바르코 델 그란마 국립공원` 그리고 크로아티아의 `플리트비스 호수 국립공원` 등이다. 지표면과 지하의 석회동굴이 형성되어 2차 생성물까지 포함한 대표적인 세계유산은 말레이시아의 `구능물루 국립공원`이다. 3단계의 석회동굴과 내부 생성물의 경관을 가진 세계유산으로는 미국의 `맘모스 동굴 국립공원`, `칼스배드 동굴 국립공원`, 슬로베니아의 `스코얀 동굴` 그리고 열대 카르스트의 전형인 필리핀의 `푸에르토-프린세사 지하강 국립공원`, `퐁 나케방 국립공원` 그리고 헝가리와 슬로바키아의 `애그텔레크 동굴과 슬로바크의 카르스트 지형` 등으로 구분되었다. 세계자연유산은 개발보다는 보존이 중요한 자산이며, 현재뿐만 아니라 미래에 살 후손들까지도 지금의 모습에서 훼손되지 않고 경관을 조명할 수 있도록 지속적인 노력이 요구된다. Thid study was analyzed to the characteristic of the karst formation landscapes reported to the world heritage list in views of the tourism resources to enough the wants of special self-realization through the tourism. When devided into a fomations of the karst natural heritages, the heritage making the surface landscapes are `Huanglong Scenic and Historic Interest Area`, `Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic and Historic Interest Area`, `South China Karst`, `Ha Long Bay`, `Pirin National Park`, `Tsingy de Bemaraha Strict Nature Park`, `Desembarco del Granma National Park` and `Plitvice Lakes National Park`. The world heritage composed of the surface and underground products was analyzed to The Gunung Mulu National Park. Finally, the world heritages that are famous of a limestone cave and inner production were `Mammoth Cave National Park`, `Carlsbad Caverns National Park`, `Skocjan Caves`, `Puerto-Princesa Subterranean River National Park`, `Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park` and `Caves of Aggtelek and Slovak Karst`. The world natural heritages are a important property, needs to a permanent exertion to reserve a primitive landscape for descendants.

제주도 세계지질공원의 지오투어리즘 활성화 방안 연구

세계지질공원의 목적은 지질공원을 대상으로 지오투어리즘을 활성화시켜, 관광을 통한 교육 및 지속가능한 보전, 지역경제의 발전을 달성하는 것이다. 이는 관광활동을 위한 다양한 편의시설 제공에 따른 새로운 수요창출과 교육 제공을 위한 고용기회 제공 및 공공분야의 투자에 의해 관광객들을 유인함으로써 지역경제 발전을 활성화 시킬수 있게 된다. 제주도지질공원은 홈페이지와 일부 인쇄물을 통하여 홍보하고 있으나 지오사이트에 대한 교육 환경및 편의시설 등의 부족으로 교육 및 보전을 위한 주민참여와 지역경제 활성화가 미약하다. 따라서 박물관이나 IT 기술을 이용한 지오보전 및 교육시설과 프로그램의 제공 방안과 홍보 전략이 필요하다. The aim of Global Geopark is to encourage the geotourism in the geopark, to learn the earth science and to archive the sustainable geoconversion and local economy through tourism. The local economy can development in geopark`s visitation of the tourist. The geopark provides a variety of amenities to create the new demand for tourism activities and the new employment to provide educational opportunities. The Strategy for local economy development of Jeju island Global Geopark is weak because of insufficiency of educational environment and infrastructure, but promote homepage, brochures and leaflets in some geosite. Accordingly, Jeju island Global Geopark was analysed to need educational facilities and programs using such as museum or IT technology and the promotional strategy.

농경전통 세계유산의 관광자원 연구

본 연구에서는 자손대대로 물려주어야 할 우리의 소중한 유산 중에서 전통적인 농경문화를 간직한 세계유산을 조사하고, 농경전통 세계유산이 가지는 관광자원으로서 매력물을 조사하며, 보호 및 보존을 위하여 위협요인을 분석하였다. 농경전통 유산은 목가적이고 전원적인 전통생활 방식을 유지 함으로서 우리 인류가 농업혁명 이래로 생활해온 전통적인 모습을 그대로 간직하고 있기 때문에 산업의 변화 단계에 인류의 생활방식을 볼 수 있다는 점에서 훌륭한 관광자원의 매력을 보유하고 있다. 2012년 기준으로 농경전통문화를 간직한 유네스코 등록 유산은 복합유산 1점을 포함하여 총 30점으로 분석되었으며, 이중 8점의 유산에 대한 관광자원의 특성을 분석하였다. 각 유산의 진정성과 고유성이 관광트렌드 변화로한 생태관광이나 탐험관광 등 대안관광 발달, 관광객 증가와 인구압으로 인한 도시 발전이 농경전통문화를 간직한 세계유산을 위협하고 있다. This study was investigated to World Heritage that have preserved an agricultural culture, investigated to an attraction in tourism resource and analyzed to the threaten factors for the protection and preservation. As the agricultural culture maintain the pastoral and rural traditional-lifestyle and keep with the picture since an agricultural revolution, World Heritage that have preserved an agricultural culture have a great value. But the authenticity and originality of the cultural heritage is threatening World Heritage because of the tourist increase to the development of the alternative tourism and urban growth to the population pressure.

제천세계한방바이오엑스포 개최에 따른 주민의 영향요인과 개최지지도에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to investigate how residents` benefits, devotion to the community and support for 2010 World Oriental Medicine-Bio EXPO in Jecheon are related to EXPO event impacts perceived by residents based on a social exchange theory. For the purpose of applying the social exchange theory as a theoretic basis of this study to effects on event and changes of attitudes of residents, related literatures and previous studies were reviewed. To summarize the findings of the analysis, there were six factors in the attitudes toward effects of 2010 World Oriental Medicine-Bio EXPO (positive economic effect, negative economic effect, positive social effect, negative social effect, negative environmental effect and positive environmental effect), while factors of residents` attitudes toward the development were classified into three(residents` benefit, devotion to the community, and support for EXPO event). A factor analysis was used to delineate underlying dimensions of EXPO event impacts and regression analysis was used to investigate relationship between EXPO event impacts and support. The result of regression analysis indicated that positive economic impact, positive social impact and negative social impact had an effect on residents` benefits and positive economic impact and positive social impact had an effect on residents` devotion to the community. Furthermore, this study support well the social exchange theory because residents` benefits and devotion to the community had a strong effect on their support for the EXPO event.

관광과 야외 레크리에이션 활동에 따른 기후 요소의 역할

관광 및 야외 레크리에이션을 위한 관광목적지의 이미지 및 선택에서 기후의 역할은 중요하지만 그동안 당연하다고 생각하여 연구 활동이 미미하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 관광 및 야외 레크리에이션 활동을 위한 목적지 선택과 방해 요인, 선호 계절, 선호 날씨 조건 그리고 기후조건이 미치는 영향 등에 대하여 분석하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 목적지 선택 속성으로 기후가 가장 중요한 속성으로 나타났으며, 방해요인은 비용과 직장 근무시간이었으며, 날씨는 가장 낮았다. 그러나 여름 활동의 방해요인은 피부 그을림과 트러블이 가장 높은 빈도를 나타났다. 둘째, 관광 및 야외 레크리에이션 활동은 가을에 선호하며, 선선하며, 맑고, 미풍이 부는 날씨를 선호하였다. 셋째 날씨 조건에 따라 관광 및 야외 레크리에이션 활동에 영향을 받으며, 피부 손상을 염려하여 약간 흐린 날씨를 선호하며, 눈이 내리면 동계 스포츠 활동을 선호한다. The role of climate is important in the image and choice for the tourism and outdoor recreation, but the result of this field study is insufficient. Accordingly, this study was analyzed into the choice attributes and negatively affecting factors on preferences of tourist destination, preferred seasons and weather conditions. First, the result is the most important of the climate on preferences of tourist destination and the negatively affecting factor is the tour cost and the work time and in the summer, suntanning and trouble of the skin. Second, it can be seen that participants are affected by weather conditions when deciding a recreational activity, cloudy weather conditions because of the skin damage increase their willingness for recreation and preferred a recreational activity when snowing.

농업유산을 통한 지속가능한 농촌관광 개발 전략 -강진군 병영면을 중심으로-

본 연구는 강진군 병영면의 농업유산을 탐색하고, 농업유산을 기반으로 하는 관광자원의 개발과 전략을 제시하고자 한다. 병영면의 대표적인 농업유산은 17세기 전라병영성 해자를 위한 군사용 수자원 확보를 위한 수리체계가 구축되었다. 평야 구릉상에 위치하는 5개 방조제가 서로 연계되어 가뭄과 같은 수자원의 부족시에는 하고제로 이동하여 병영성의 군사용 수자원으로 공급될 수 있는 수순환체계로 구축되어 있다. 국내뿐만 아니라 국제적으로도 존재하지 않는 병영면만의 독특한 수리구조이다. 이러한 농업유산을 통한 관광자원 개발을 위한 시사점으로 강진군이 그동안 대중관광목적지로 각광받지 못하여 관광객에게 인지도가 상대적으로 낮았던 약점을 기회로 변환시켜 강점으로 발전시켜나가는 것이 요구된다. 이를 위하여 강진군의 브랜드를 높일 수 있는 국가중요농업유산이나 국가중요어업유산을 개발하여 등재하고, 종합적인 지속가능한 관광개발계획을 수립함으로써 관광객에게 새로운 관광자원으로 부각시켜 강진군의 이미지 또는 브랜드로 발전시키는 것이 필요하다. This study explores agricultural heritages in Byeongyeong-myeon, Gangjin-gun, and propose the development and strategy of tourism resources based on agricultural heritage. The five reservoirs located on the hills of the plain which constructed 17th century to secure military water resources are connected to each other, and in the event of a shortage of water resources such as drought, the water circulation system is established to be transferred to Hagoje and supplied to the military water resources of the barracks. By developing and registering an important national agricultural heritage or an important national fishing heritage that can increase the brand of Gangjin-gun, and establishing a comprehensive sustainable tourism development plan, it is necessary to transform a weakness that has been relatively low in recognition by tourists into opportunities and develop them into strengths.
